I've debated leaving this review for a couple of weeks because I've never felt so disrespected at a business. I called Studio B Salon about 4-5 days before my desired appointment (a Saturday) to book an 8 AM slot with Vicki. I even repeated the time twice to make sure we were clear. On the day of my appointment, I arrived a few minutes after 8 AM, but no one was there. I kept calling, but no one answered. I didn't come to the door because the place looked empty, and the broken window made things feel off. Eventually, two ladies approached the door (one of whom I believe was Arlene and her client). When I asked about my appointment with Vicki, Arlene was dismissive, saying, "Well, she's not here, but if you have an appointment, she'll show up." After that, she ignored me, and it was actually her client who kindly let me in and had me sit down. I waited until 9 AM--over an hour after my scheduled appointment--but Vicki still hadn't arrived. When I finally told Arlene I was leaving, she apologized, saying, "I should have called her. I was so focused on my client only." It was disappointing that it took her that long to address my situation. I'm sure these women are talented in their work, but this experience left me feeling completely disrespected. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this, so unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon. read more

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. I came into this salon with virgin hair -- never colored, never processed. I trusted them to give me a professional, beautiful result. Instead, I walked out with a nightmare: orange, patchy, uneven hair that looks absolutely fried. The stylist clearly had no idea what they were doing, and when I politely expressed my disappointment, the OWNER Matt himself got defensive, rude, and completely unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a real solution, he blamed ME, saying "sometimes hair just lifts weird" as if that's a valid excuse for destroying someone's hair! No apology, no accountability, no care. The way the owner handled it was beyond awful, arrogant, dismissive, and frankly, insulting. This place doesn't care about your hair or your experience once they've gotten your money. Save yourself the heartbreak, the damage, and the money it will cost you to fix their mess. There are way better salons out there that actually know what they're doing and treat their clients with respect. Stay far, FAR away from this place! read more

Years of dying my hair at salons, and I just came across my worst experience ever. My hair is now very dry, frizzy, and course, and my scalp is burned. Not something I am used to, and I have been dying my hair all sorts of colors for years. If you want your hair to get ruined come to this place. I've been coming here for many, many years for haircuts. She has always done a fabulous job for me. Vicky is always friendly and she loves everybody. She can always get me in when I need to be there. Staff were very friendly. I really enjoyed my experience at Studio B. The person who helped me was about to be off her shift and she was sweet enough to still attend me. I just got a regular hair cut and had about 2-3 inches removes. She was super nice and she gave me many helpful tips on how I can take better care of my hair. They don't accept card only cash so make sure to bring cash. I personally did thing it was pricy 30$ for a simple hair cut but the experience itself from having my hair washed, to the hair cut was great so I def will be coming back for my next hair cut. read more
