I am extremely disappointed with Solar 360's handling of my solar installation. I started the project on May 24, 2024, paid 80% of the total cost, and was told it would be completed in 3 months. As of today December 3, 2024, the project remains unfinished. No one responds to our emails or phone calls anymore. I will be filing a complaint with BBB if our project remains incomplete and we do not hear back from the project manager and/or team. Key issues: 1. **Delays & Poor Communication**: The installation started on July 16, 2024, but delays continued, especially with the EV charger, which was only installed on August 23, 2024. After a final inspection on October 3, 2024, I was given no updates, despite my follow-ups. On October 15, I learned that we failed the inspection due to an incomplete roof layout. Revised plans were supposed to be submitted, but as of November 19, no progress had been made. The city and fire department confirmed Solar 360 hadn't contacted them since early October. 2. **Misleading Information**: I was assured no lien would be placed on my property, but despite receiving documentation saying the lien was removed, my bank discovered it was still active. This was only resolved when the bank intervened. This project, promised to take three months, is now over six months in and still incomplete. The lack of communication and follow-through has left me frustrated and concerned about the future of this project and any warranty support. read more

I don't know what happened to this company. We used them many years ago and were so happy. We even referred fiends to them. However, in the last month we have tried REPEATEDLY to get in touch with them about a needed repair. They have not responded to the online/email request that they make you use (we submitted the email on January 27. It is today February 26). You can not call the service department. In addition to the TWO email requests for service we have emailed them several more times and left phone message for the sales department (the only department that you can reach by phone). Please be VERY careful doing business with this company. It seems they abandon you once they get your money. read more

This company is acting like they're going out of business. Joe gave us an incomplete quote and disappeared. We tried calling numerous times to ask how much it will cost to lease. We never got a call back! Kept getting excuses- Like Joe has a family emergency, Joe will call you back in a couple of days. Well.. Joe vanished! I can't believe how disappointed I am in this company. Every part of the process has been terrible. They dragged their feet on the installation and it took them nearly six months past the original expected deadline finish. They broke things, did things poorly, and then fought me tooth and nail to even get the project done. The project manager would consistently not show up when scheduled and wouldn't give notice causing me to miss work multiple times. They forgot to apply for permits and failed inspections! Multiple times they would just stop responding and would give me attitude for being unhappy. Now that the installation is done and I need a service nobody can be reached. If you call them you get an automated message that says you need to email to get service. If you email nobody responds. If I call and try to reach sales to connect me to service nobody picks up and nobody calls me back if I leave a message. Update: I have emailed Rene like requested and still nobody responded. He may claim he doesn't have any emails from me but I forwarded him all the emails I have sent. Update: I emailed Rene a few more times. Eventually I emailed Rene using a new email address and Rene responded immediately. Looks like Solar 360 was screening my email address which if true makes things even worse. I had Solar360 install solar systems at my home and my business. Both projects were and still continue to be a disaster for us. Customer service is nonexistent. They keep telling me they will be here and they never call or show up. The solar grid on my commercial building since day one has never worked correctly. Now I'm having trouble with our residential one and I cannot get a single bit of service. I have tried for many months and have have given them plenty of opportunity to assist us. Project is past the completion date on the contract. Sales person no longer works for the company. I have left voice mails for the owner Frank with no response. Rene has not responded. .... this is the worse customer service. I'm extremely concerned about problems in the future. ... when they completed my roof install I had no heat. I called my heating company, they said the vent was blocked and to call the roofers. Spoke with Rene who wanted $500 deposit for them to come out. I went on the roof, took pics. They finally came after 1 month (and no heat) to fix it. I have yet to be reimbursed for thevheating company expense which Rene said they would reimburse. read more

BEWARE OF SOLAR 360! I had a lengthy 4 year old review detailing my very bad experience with them servicing the warranties for both my AC system (which the installed under Air360) and my panels. The VP of the company will do and say everything to avoid responsibility. He told the BBB that I asked for illegal work (despite their own manager offering the service to me) to have the negative BBB remark be taken down. He contacted Yelp and had my review taken down. I must say I wasn't looking forward for more quotes. Julio Quiñones however explained to me in depth of how solar works. He even help me understand where all the money was going to. I even found out I was being ripped off by another solar company charging me 8k just to recieve there bonus. Julio also updates me on upcoming news/promos/deals to give me the best product for my money. He is more to helping the customers and not looking for a quick come up which I appreciate greatly. If I could give 0 stars I would. From the start being sold solar from Mike McCue was the worst. I should have known then it would have all been downhill. He gets my loan amount, sees what I'm qualified for, and then charges me the full amount for the solar. He lord through the whole presentation. How the solar works, no bills, clean work, etc. During install there was trash left all around, took months for my system to be turned on, and once it was on it didn't work. Jared never responded back after my many calls to him. I went on my roof and my panel was off the roof. The clamp didn't hold my panels together. The panel was broken, wires hanging on my roof, and I was left paying my utility bill and my solar bill. Mike McCue doesn't help. 360 doesn't help. Awful company. Solar 360 installed my solar system 5 or 6 years ago. It is still running very well and I have had no complaints about the system installation and never had a major problem so I did not have to contact 360 again. However, recently I have considered adding battery backup but I am concerned that having another company install the battery system may invalidate my warranty. So I have attempted to contact 360 several times to ask if they install battery systems or, if not, would an install by another company invalidate my warranty - but I have not received a reply. Having said that Solar 360 did a great job installing my solar system and I have no complaints about the whole process from start to finish , but I am disappointed that I am not getting a response from them now. read more

If I had written this review last month, I would have given Solar 360 a highly favorable review. However, since the rain these past weeks, I got a chance to see the real side of this company. Solar 360 installed my solar panels approximately 6 months ago. Last week during the rain, water came drizzling down in my kitchen thru the recess lights. I called Solar 360 and reported it and got no call back. Finally after calling several times, their Customer Service Mgr gave me the owner's, Frank Monteleone, phone number. She said she was inundated with complaints and no one was getting returned calls. I called Mr. Monteleone and he appeared very nice. He said he checked and saw I had a new house and took full responsibilty and assured me that someone would be out to repair the roof and look at any other damages. The next day I received a call stating someone would be at my home Thursday or Friday and would call back to comfirm which day. That never happen! I followed up again with a call the owner the following Monday. Then I received a call from Eduardo Ricardo of Solar 360 claiming someone came and repaired the roof on Friday with sealant and new panels were on order. I told him I was home on Thursday and Friday and nothing was on my Ring. Also my gate was locked. He claimed the guy climbed up on the roof front the front. I notified Mr. Monteleone and he became very upset with me for catching his employee in a lie. He told me no one would be returning to my house and there were no panels on order. Furthermore, he woud be canceling my son's contract for solar. l let him know my son had been waiting for almost five (5) months and I had already recommended another solar contractor. Solar 360 would not returned any calls to him, as well, and tried to swindling him out of a lot of money. Solar 360 does a great job in selling you a contract. It's "Pie In The Sky". We chose Solar 360 after comparing products, installation costs, and warranties from other folks here in the Inland Empire. They were right on time with our schedule for planning and installing all our equipment. We were waiting longer for Southern California Edison to finalize everything on their end, especially as so many folks were tryijg to be finished before the end of 2019. There were some hiccups with the installation of one of our 240v outlets, but they made sure everything wAs fixed to our satisfaction and also looked cleaner. Our rep was Dominique and our project Manager was Sergio. They were always available for questions and project updates. We were very impressed with the solar panel and hardware installation because you can barely see one panel, the rest are stealthily placed. The inverters were installed without any damage or cracks into the outside wall. We were also registered for an app to allow us to track energy production. Had a vision to get solar a year ago and contacted Solar City. Needless to say that idea was scrapped because of cost. Six months after, decided to reignite the idea of solar and starting yelping. Came across Solar 360 and give a call. Shocked that they scheduled me for same day appointment (where do you see that nowadays right?). Read their reviews and was impressed and was asking for Dominique since I heard good reviews. Came in and talked it out and agreed (wow did they impress me with pricing). Read that usually it takes 45-90 days from contract to PTO. Those guys came in and did it probably within 30 days or so. Totally would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. read more

They were the only company that discussed energy efficiency measures as well as solar. We learned that by making a few inexpensive efficiency upgrades we could actually reduce the number of panels needed on our roof. We were shocked at their honesty.
