This place, despite being vegan, is an awesome experience especially for a date night. The food is made fresh to order with absolute precision and care. I couldn't even tell I was eating at a vegan restaurant. The atmosphere was trendy and cool. Service was spot on a quick. What a great addition to the already stellar Rino food scene

Came in late for a drink - restaurant / bar is absolutely gorgeous. Had a spritz and the broccolini app which was 10/10. Will return to try the pastas for sure. Bartenders were friendly

Loved the vibes & food was delicious!! Definitely a fun place to go on a date or even a girls night out. Pasta was delicious, my favorite was the arrabbiata pasta & cacio de Pepe. Service was great as well!!

Great food and great service! The focaccia was so good, that I didn't even take a picture of it!

Really disappointing launch experience. I had been genuinely excited about Soda Club opening because Denver doesn't exactly have an abundance of new vegan restaurants, and my birthday is this month. I've been watching their reservation page specifically so I could book a table for two once they opened. They officially opened September 1, yet their Resy page shows no reservation availability for two people for the entire month of September. I even tried changing the dates and party size because I initially assumed the reservation system wasn't working. I messaged the restaurant directly on Instagram, and they confirmed that they are apparently already fully booked for the month. I'm attaching screenshots of both. What makes this especially frustrating is that for the past couple of weeks my social media has been absolutely flooded with Denver influencers posting from Soda Club. From a potential customer's perspective, it's incredibly off-putting to watch seemingly endless influencer previews/invitations while ordinary customers can't find a single reservable table for two during the restaurant's entire opening month. I understand restaurant openings generate hype and that media/influencer events are part of marketing. But if you're going to devote that much attention to promotional guests while having essentially zero reservation availability for the public immediately upon opening, it creates a pretty terrible first impression. I was excited to support a new vegan restaurant and celebrate my birthday somewhere new. Instead, I'm apparently supposed to show up and hope two bar seats happen to be available as a walk-in. I obviously can't review the food because I can't get a reservation to actually eat it. This review is specifically about the customer experience surrounding the launch and reservation process, which has been extremely disappointing.

This is a vegan restaurant. I didn't know that when I went there. Good if you want vegan.

Either way it was late and we were looking for some sort of sit down to eat and glad we stumbled upon this place. We called first to make sure and honestly didn't realize it was a Speakeasy or something to that extent. When we arrived it looked like a book store and talked to the host and found out we were in the right place and although we didn't have a reservation they were able to accommodate us almost immediately which was great. The atmosphere was great and we both enjoyed our time. I don't drink anymore but got a mocktail but my girl drinks so she had a couple so we got to see the mixologist do their thing. I can tell he was itching to make more drinks but he was great and gave us some places to check out around town before we left back for California. The whole experience was great , my girl enjoyed her drinks and we both enjoyed the food and most importantly; the reason you would want to come here, the experience. The atmosphere and the service were great and recommend for quiet celebrations or date nights .

Ambiance is everything you expect a speakeasy to be. It's dark and intimate. The menu is big with a lot of creative options. Service is extremely friendly! I got the Stay Golden cocktail with malt gastrique fries. Both of which were CHEF'S KISS! Too bad I had a flight to catch in the morning or I would've been there all night to try more drinks!

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

That's when I came across Dearly Departed and I'm so glad I did. We arrived right when they opened at 5pm and were able to walk in and be seated immediately. The speakeasy is tucked into the underground portion of the restaurant, which adds to the charm. The space is beautifully decorated, moody, intimate, and effortlessly upscale. It truly sets the tone the moment you walk down. We ordered two spritzes and a charcuterie board, and both exceeded expectations. The drinks were refreshing, perfectly balanced, and felt elevated without being overcomplicated. But the real star was the charcuterie board. For $20, it was an incredible value, stacked with a variety of meats, cheeses, fresh veggies, nuts, and peppers. The freshly grilled bread was a standout touch, and the portions were more than generous. Every bite felt thoughtfully curated, and there was something new and delicious in every corner of the board. Between the ambiance, the quality of the drinks, and the impressive food, Dearly Departed delivered an experience that felt both cozy and refined. I'd absolutely recommend checking it out for the atmosphere alone. I'm already looking forward to going back and trying more from their menu.
