My AC condenser fan seemed to go out over the weekend. I called first thing on Monday morning and Robert was able to squeeze me into his schedule and take a look. We have a home warranty. We called the home warranty company when we had a leak. They sent out a plumber of their choosing. He called the home warranty company to let them know that the leak was not covered by the warranty. He then offered to fix the leak on his own. We accepted his offer. Two days later, we still had no water. He finally fixed the leak, leaving a hole in our front yard because he wanted to make sure the leak was fixed and for us to call him if it started to leak. Five minutes after he left, the pipe started to leak again. He was unable to return immediately and did not know when he would be able to come back. We then called So Cal Services. This company was hired by my insurance company to fix a leak in our slab. They rerouted the water overhead into the water behind my frig. They hooked into a fixture that was corroded and had obvious problems. They didn't say anything about the fixture and pushed the frig back over it. The drywall guy found it and we found it had already started leaking into the wall. They had to come back and replace it. They said they would give us a good deal $285 doesn't sound like a deal now that I have to wait for the wall to dry so my husband will have to put the drywall in and finish painting. They replaced the pressure relief valve out front and 2 days later we had a geyser directly below where the repair was done. we had to pay out of pocket for both of these repairs.
