Highly recommend Javier from R&R!…read more Our bathroom had 2 issues. The shower had 2 points of discharge and water came out from both ends when we turn on the water. The control switch was not working properly and it appears to have something broken inside the switch. The second was the bathtub was dripping for months. Our property manager gave us some recommendation on handyman, and we reached out to a few others. Everyone of the handyman looked at the issues and said they couldn't do it. Javier from R&R was professional and friendly. He came, looked at the problems and gave us multiple options. We were told that our bathroom fixtures were on the older end, and replacement parts would be pretty slim. Javier said he would try his best to find ways to fix our problems, and if it can't be fix, then he would have to go with the full remove and replace option. Needless to say, the cheaper option would be less than half the price of the worst case scenario. We were presented with the cheaper options to be less than $1000, while the worst case scenario would be in the mid $2000 with our drywall cut open in order to do the fixture replacement. We would also had to then deal with redoing the drywall since that is not part of the company's scope of work. Javier came back after we accepted the estimate and was able to fix everything faster than I thought. To my surprised, he was able to find the replacement parts and fix everything. My experience with Javier and R&R has been exceptional. I highly recommend R&R to anyone with plumbing issue like i had.

I realize he could only offer to do so much within the rules of the company he worked for, but we were grateful for his honesty. He did not try deceive us into paying for an entirely new AC unit as a contractor who came by just before him did. Instead, he went right to work by replacing the capacitor and activating the unit first to see if the AC compressor even needed replacing. Thankfully, it didn't. Our AC stopped working, yet Mario did not rush the job even though it was very hot that day. He first ran a meter test to make sure the thermal switch inside the compressor was making contact before replacing the capacitor. Then he then proceeded to reactivated the AC and and check the temperature of the inside vents to see if cool air was coming out them properly. After he established that it was, he then offered my mother a senior discount, knocking the price for the new capacitor down from $497.00 to $397.00, which we were very grateful for. He was also very polite and easy to get along with and took the time to answer our questions. I just wish there were more contractors out there that were as sincere and knowledgable as he was. If you decide to use this company, ask for Mario. I decided to give the company PDSPlumbingAndAir.com 4 out of 5 stars because their intitial ad said they provide free estamates, but when we spoke to them over the phone, they said they charge a $79.00 dollar "Evaluation Fee" which would only be waved if we hired them for a job, meaning if they charge a price beyond what someone can afford, the potential customer would still owe them $79.00 dollars. ----------- J. Faucet water tested "Above EPA Limit" (in the red 500+), filtered refrigerator registered "Check Your Water" (in the red 301-499) and the new drinking water registered "Very Pure" (in the blue in the 0-50 range at 17!) We'd heard how bad Murrieta water is so we've been buying bottled drinking water. So glad we've finally made the change and know it's the best decision for our family. I don't leave reviews often for things but in this case, the excellence of this company could not go without recognition. This is a locally owned company which is a huge plus for me because I love to support local business. Scott did the installation and my parents and I were mesmerized by how clean it was. We immediately noticed the change in the water and are very happy. It doesn't stop there. We are getting epoxy installed in the garage and Scott told me not to worry, they would come disconnect everything, put it to the side for the installation and then connect it back after. When I logged on here, I saw that there were some poor reviews which peaked my curiosity. I looked at them and I can honestly tell you that these people don't know the kind of system they have. They obviously did not listen because everything was explained meticulously. They are comparing this system to systems that are subpar. Also complaints about spending a few extra dollars for service and filters. If your health and well being is not important for you to spend a little extra money and you would rather spend that money on a 10 dollar Starbuck coffee filled with diabetes then you are a lost cause. I 100% recommend this company and I just recently bought a house of my own and will have them install one there as well.
