This company was very prompt, pleasant and addressed the problem under my kitchen sink perfectly. I had another plumber out and had the plumbing under the sink replaced. It looked like a mess under there. Pipes going every which way. Kevin from I.E. Plumbing came out and said this really isn't correct and I'll fix it properly. He didn't speak badly about the other plumber, just said it was not done correctly. I appreciated that. What a wonderful job he did. Looks great and I'm very pleased. I now have a new plumber! I noticed our front yard had a severe flood on a Saturday morning. The needle on the water meter was moving so fast- water was flowing at a high rate! It looked like the water was coming out from under the driveway so I got a hold of I. E. Plumbing and Kevin came out as soon as he could. He detected where the leak was coming from and repaired it within a few hours. Luckily, the broken pipe was not under the driveway, it was right next to it and about 3 feet down. Early on Friday, Feb. 10, the morning of the eve of Super Bowl weekend, we woke to a leaky hot water heater. To many people, Super Bowl Weekend is the equivalent to Thanksgiving and they don't want work beyond noon that Friday. Fortunately for us, the I.E. Plumbing team, that was already crazy busy, said that they would try to fit us in. And, that they did! Late in the afternoon, they arrived, appraised the situation, took off to get all the necessary equipment and returned in enough time to install everything and leave before dark. I had made an appointment for I.E. to repair a couple of sinks. When they did not show up I called and was told that the scheduler forgot to let Kevin know. When they finally showed they broke a sink stopper that was not broke. They tried to glue it and not inform me about it. When I discovered it, I called and was told they would order a new one. That was April 4th. I called twice and was told that Kevin ordered it but it had not come in yet. I called the manufacturer on 5/19/22 and was told the part would be here within a week. I will never use I.E. again! read more

Used them twice, thought they were decent so I called again after I got home and the leak they "fixed" started to leak again. I called at 430pm and the person who answered didn't know if they could come out that day, she called me back 2 hours later and told me they could come out at 7 am the next morning. I took my chances and called again to see if anyone could come in the evening since water was spraying everywhere. I let them know I had kids and it was going to be hard to keep the water shut off all evening, he said to me "oh quit being dramatic you're not going to die" wow, such a rude comment. You don't treat customers that way. Super disappointed, I will never call them again and I will never refer anyone to their company again. Horrible! read more

My kitchen sink in my mobile home was backed up. Commercial strength liquid plumber solutions had no effect. A neighbor had hired Kevin to re-pipe her home and was very happy with his work. Based on her recommendation, I called I.E. Plumbing and arranged for them to come out the next day. Kevin and his partner were here early, routed out the drain and were gone in about half an hour. We had an issue in my mother-in-law's house with the down stairs toilet not draining. Kevin came out and looked at it and said that there wasn't a clog and no need to snake it, just a calcium build up and needed adjustment. OK. Except the toilet still didn't drain after he was done. My mother-in-law contacted Kevin again and said that his adjustment didn't work and asked for her money back. Kevin agreed to send a refund and said the toilet would need to be replaced. So when my husband tried replacing the toilet he discovered that roots had grown over the top of the toilet drain so it did need to be snaked. My husband called Kevin to ask if he wanted the job of snaking the drain but was told "I sent your money back, we're done!" Overall not the experience we expected or hoped for. Thankful he sent the check back, but he could have saved everyone time and money if he had snaked the drain or removed the toilet to see if there was an issue in ther first place. And when my husband called to try and give him the job of fixing it, which we were willing to pay for, we got a rude and short response. So we found someone else for the job. read more

I.E. Plumbing is really good. They come out quickly and are always on time. They do good work. Thy know their stuff. I've been using them for several years now and they have never let me down. I called them out to a rental property in Canyon lake to unclog the master shower drain and toilet. The tenant had called out three other companies and none of them could fix the problem. Kevin came out, figured out what was causing the clog and was able to fix the problem within an hour. Today, he came out to my house and installed two new toilets for us. He was here for about an hour and did a fantastic job. Three years ago, he added a powder room to our downstairs just off of the hallway. Now we have a wonderful powder room for guests to use when they come over to visit. After calling several different Plumbers (some refused to give quotes over the phone, a few did with quotes that were astronomical) we decided on IE Plumbing Services based on reviews and the way my initial phone call was handled (thanks, Wendy!)
