    Dubai Chocolate Cookie.

For those who don't know much about Arizona, we do get snow out here! Just not in Phoenix... But now we have the Snowy Village and it's kinda maybe the same thing, right? Jasmine Green Sea Salt Cream ($6.25), Redstraw Milk Tea ($5.75), and a Chewy Dubai Chocolate Cookie ($6.95). That Jasmine Green Sea Salt Cream was decent. Not the most floral jasmine tea I've had but it was nicely balance. The Redstraw Milk Tea tastes like a classic milk tea. Nothing extraordinary. I probably would try more of their creatively crafted drinks. Trending on Yelp in January 2026 is the Dubai chocolate cookie. The newest take is Korea's "Du-Jjon-Ku," or Dubai chewy cookie, which features the iconic pistachio and kataifi filling wrapped in a pillowy, cocoa-dusted marshmallow. And they have it here. Try it once and enjoy it. That said, I probably wouldn't get it again. Pop in, y'all. It's brightly lit with lots of seating. The staff here is friendly as well. Two thumbs up.

Great patbingsu! Taste just like what I'd have in Korea. The injeolmi was great- I do wish there was more tteok. The mango patbingsu had so much fresh mango. I do wish the bowls were bigger because it's a bit messy and gets everywhere.

Came to the Snowy Village and left feeling warm with fuzzy feelings. I got the Redstraw Milk Tea, Joyce got the Jasmine Green Sea Salt Cream, and we shared a Chewy Dubai Chocolate Cookie. I'll be the first to admit that my milk tea wasn't anything remarkable. It's classic with no drills and I really have no idea why I was expecting more. The Jasmine Green Sea Salt Cream was more refreshing. It wasn't overwhelmingly floral like some jasmine teas are. The tea they use isn't overpoweringly aromatic and easily drinkable. That Chewy Dubai Chocolate Cookie though... Whoa. Imagine mochi dropped and rolled around in cocoa power with pistachio cream and knafeh inside. It was a super rich and indulgent treat. It's a great spot and good for bigger parties. It's brightly light and clean. I need to come back for bingsu.

    Custard taiyaki

Came here during their soft opening so all of their bingsoo flavors weren't available yet, but we ordered the mango bingsoo, custard taiyaki, and a strawberry smoothie. Let me just say, this was the best bingsoo I've had in Arizona so far, but to be fair there isn't that much competition yet in the state. The shaved ice was light, with a fine powdered texture. The taste was sweet but not overwhelmingly so and the mangos added a nice tartness to it. The only downside for us was that their bingsoo comes with a whole lot of whipped cream on top and it was just a bit too much. The taiyaki was different than other ones I've had before, very aromatic, like a butter croissant, which we loved. The strawberry smoothie was standard, nothing impressive. Service was friendly. The interior is comfortable and welcoming with lots of natural light filtering in. There are also plenty of seating options available, good for big and small groups. Overall, it's a great space to relax, and get some work done or to hang out with friends.

    Strawberry Matcha L ($7.50) ~ 2/7/26

Visited the Mekong Plaza when I saw that Snowy Village was having their soft opening. My first visit, I ordered a medium Strawberry Matcha ($6.75), and my partner ordered the Mango Smoothie ($6.75). The Strawberry Matcha contains little chunks of strawberry, so you get a bit of texture rather than a completely smooth sip. The Mango Smoothie was good as well, but it didn't really stand out. Note, there is a 3% fee for credit card payments. Our next visit, I ordered the large Strawberry Matcha ($7.50), and my partner ordered a medium Dalgona Cold Brew coffee ($5.95), which only comes in that one size. The coffee was smooth, and the dalgona pieces slowly broke down into the coffee, adding a sweeter taste over time. The total came to $15.97, including a $1 tip, and the 3% CC fee. Inside, the shop is very bright and spacious. It looks very modern and the single use restroom is well kept. The service was friendly and the drinks came out quickly. Definitely will revisit to try out the Bingsoo!

Snowy Village easily has the best bingsu in the Valley, a beautiful space with plenty of seating, and super friendly service. I cannot wait to try more flavors. We ordered the mango bingsoo and absolutely loved it! It was SO creamy and fluffy and melted in our mouths. The dessert was also loaded with mangoes, which added a nice tartness to balance the sweetness and creaminess. I could actually do without the whipped cream, as it was already so perfectly layered already! Quality is great. Our friends ordered the injeolmi bingsu, which we found wonderful as well. It's the right balance of creamy and nutty for someone who wants a calmer sweetness. Fair warning: This is the most expensive shave ice of any type I have ever purchased. Expect $17 + 3% credit card fee for a two-person serving -- plus a very standard tip drove us above $20. LA bingsu spots are more affordable for massive four-person servings... but I suppose the lack of solid competition and mass of mangoes makes it very worth returning. Still recommend checking out for now! P.S. menu text is tinyyy, so hope these photos help the next person out ;)

Wow! Even though this place sells ice desserts, it is HOT HOT HOT!! We are here on a Sunday night around 8pm, and we waited 40 min for our order. So many people standing around waiting for orders. Nearly $20 for a Mango Bingsoo. Not cheap. But it is sooooo good! Compared to other shaved ice I've had before, this one is finer and creamier. Definitely worth a try.

Glad to visit this new bingsoo and tea/matcha location. It is bright and clean with modernist vibes. They have a nice standard espresso machine and use locally sourced beans from Press Coffee. The menu has plenty of options without being overwhelming. I saw a strawberry bingsoo and mango cream tea being delivered to other customers and they both looked fresh, well presented and tasty! I ordered a Einspanner Matcha and the quality of the matcha is good but not quite as good as a nearby Taiwanese tea shop that uses ceremonial grade matcha. However, the cream cheese soft top was to die for. If only the two could be combined and if only there was a bit more of it in the drink ratio. I also ordered a brown sugar milk tea with boba and it was the perfect amount of sweetness (some are overly sweet) and creamy. The boba was fresh and the entire drink was well proportioned with ice. I will return and try the bingsoo next time.

Had to check out the new snowy village in mekong once it opened. I've been to the location in Houston and this spot is just as good. The shaved ice is refreshing and not too sweet the perfect balance for those sweet but not too sweet lovers. We also got the Phoenix oolong tea which was pretty good. I like how it's open later than most spots in the plaza making it a great late night dessert place.

Stopped by here after having lunch nearby and the staff was super friendly when inquiring what they were known for - the bingsoo, which is shaved ice with various other toppings such as fruit. While it sounded good, we sadly didn't have the stomach for it - though the treat would definitely would come in handy once the heat kicks in! We did find out they're primarily in the PNW with their first location here in Arizona. The interior was nicely spacious with the seating. I decided to go with the jasmine green milk tea with agar pearls. The drink was a tad too milky for me since I love a stronger tea flavor to it, but the other drinks looked good as well so definitely would be back to try other options. Note parking spaces can be tight in this plaza's small lot, so perhaps park in the larger Mekong area as weekends can be quite busy.

Went in on a Monday afternoon and it was definitely a lot nicer since it was not crowded. Avoid weekends if possible. The lines can get out to the doors. As for the bingsoo, I order the mango flavor one and it was soo delicious. The portion is huge so definitely shareable. Highly recommended for Korean desserts. It's a very refreshing treat for a hot day in Arizona.

Soft and pillowy creamy ice with mango in top--very yummy. I like the mango one, but was not too fond of the strawberry, the syrup in the strawberry had an artificial taste to it. All the staff here are so nice and attentive! The inside has a lot of seating, great place for a group of friends.

    Injeolmi bingsoo
    Sheau Yien H.

Very nice interior and open space! Ordered their Injeolmi bingsoo and it was very light, fluffy, and not too sweet. The only downside is that it feels a bit expensive for how small the bingsoo bowl is Tried the Japanese cherry sakura, phoenix oolong milk tea, rose garden, green mojito, and peach bellini. I'd say the plain tea and milk tea are okay. They are very light, and the tea flavor isn't very strong. I definitely liked their fruit teas more; they reminded me a lot of Teavana. The fragrance really stands out and makes the drinks feel very refreshing. I'd say the aroma is stronger than the tea itself, but I'd still order them again . I also tried the matcha strawberry! The matcha was very light, which you can tell from both the color and taste. Overall, nice staff (though they could know the menu a bit better since they couldn't answer some of my simple questions). But not a big deal as I know they are still training staffs ! Overall good vibe here! I'll be back!

They had a great bingsu. The place was a little too busy so it took a long time just to get a bingsu.

And once you try it, you realize why it's so popular. The ice cream tastes incredibly fresh and homemade. My personal favorite is the honey lavender--it's perfectly balanced. The lavender flavor is distinct and aromatic without being overpowering, which is rare since lavender desserts can sometimes lean too subtle or too strong. It's clearly a well-loved place because there's usually a line, but it moves quickly, so the wait is never a big deal. And it's absolutely worth it for the dough melt--seriously, it's to die for. There's just something amazing about that combination of cold, creamy ice cream sandwiched inside a warm donut. On top of all that, the staff is always very friendly, which makes the experience even better. I will always recommend this place!

And yes, next visit as we both loved what we ordered! My boyfriend wanted the Leslie Knope, but was advised it would take 5-10 minutes so he went with the Dough Melt.
