My kids having been bugging me for a screen player forever something that they can stream from Netflix or Hulu. So I decided to surprise them and get one installed. I bought a DVD Wi-Fi headset for with headphones for my car that cost me $1200. The guys that installed it actually couldn't get it to work the day OF and just told me to read the manual once I got home?! Okay... After a week of trying the system would not work properly. Can't steam from my iPhone to headset I tried on several different phones newer and older models. Nothing? I drove by one day and a tall older guy came out and I explain the situation that I wasn't able to stream from my device to the headset and then he told me in a shouting voice that he wants to see me stream from my phone I told him that is the issue and why is he yelling at me!!! I asked to speak with Tyler and he was super friendly trying to work with us but he wasn't able to stream either on a Apple device. So I return the system and was refunded only $750 the rest of the money I had to just eat it. Super disappointed their customer service is not very good. Buyer beware. While I was getting the devices remove from my vehicle there were several people coming into the store complaining about other issues apparently I'm not the only one.

Snows staff was welcoming and the holiday specials were very good, however The quality of install on my truck wasn't very pleasing. Only took 2 hours to tint all my windows. When I got home that night I saw a microfiber In between the tint on my driver side. They rescheduled me to get tinted again. Only to leave some bubbles in my tint still after being redone. Also the front passenger is cut 1/4 inch short of the actual glass edge. Big eyesore when I have the windows down as it doesn't match the rear. I understand people make mistakes and things happen, but there has got to be some quality control and final inspections before handing the keys back over. I was recommended to them by a family member and I'm quite regretful.

I don't know about you but that A) looks like a F-150 to me & B) did not realize bumper hitches had to be year, make and model specific

Absolute waste of time. Claim to be a B&W Hitch Dealer but they first of all, don't stock any of their hitches.. ok fine. Told me they could order me one.. then after "searching their website" proceeded to tell me that "B&W does not make a trailer hitch for a 2019 F-150" dipshits lmao

I went in to get the HID headlights on my 2014 Ram fixed. 500 dollars later and the color temp. doesn't even match. The installer didn't seal the housing so the lenses fogged almost immediately. I made a warranty appointment and they said we'll fix it right up. They had the truck ten minutes and said that they couldn't do anything to fix the problem. Horrible place. read more

I went in and paid for my husband's windows to be tinted for Christmas. I made 2 appointments to have it be done the first one I went there after bugging people to follow me up there for a ride back to my house and I guess their guy was out sick and no one called and cancelled it. The second appointment they call me the day of saying they don't have the tint. I paid $285 to have this done. So I asked for a refund and I guess the owners wife can only do this. I am still waiting to hear from her for my refund I am so irritated will never go there or recommend this store to anyone. read more

BUYER BEWARE, or just run now. Honestly, I would give a zero and wish I would have read the reviews before I took my girlfriend's brand new impreza here for tinting. I made an appointment for 11 am and was there on time. I was told 2-4 hours and it would be done. I was even shopping around for a sound system and tinting for my car. At 230 they called my girlfriend to tell her that they hadnt even brought her car into the shop to start! I called and asked what the problem was. Supposedly they pushed her car back because they had got behind working on something else (they supposedly start at 8, so not much should have been before her car which was scheduled at 11) I had to have my friend pick me up so I didnt just sit there waiting for the car. I had him drive me back at 6 (7 hours after i dropped the car off) and I asked if I could pick up her car. (At this point I had not been contacted for any updates of the progress) I was informed that the tint had been cut but nothing had been put on the car! After 7 hours! After I was told that, I would be taken care of and that my car was being scheduled to be in the shop at 8 in the morning, right when they opened. I called at 10 and was told that they were only half way done! I called again at 12 (again, no calls from them with an update) and they had just finished. I was not able to get to the shop until 6 and when I got there I went to the car to look at the tint...EVERY SINGLE WINDOW either had a large bubble or wrinkle. I was rather upset at this point and had a manager come out with me to show him. I was told that it was going in the shop now to be fixed. I asked him to call when it was ready becuase we were going to get something to eat. I called 30 min later and was told "oh yeah, its done" We came back to get the car and when another rep came out to show us that everything was better he opened the car door and there was a mark/smear on the cream color passanger seat! We are now looking to get the car cleaned and the tinting fixed. I hope you will look somewhere else that will do quality work to get your car worked on. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. I'm a reasonable, patient person and I tried to purchase an accessory for my car here. Ordered the part over the phone, scheduled an appointment for the install, on install day waited on-site for 45 minutes to learn that they had ordered the wrong part. Rescheduled my install for the following week, showed up for my appointment, and the right part had been ordered but not yet shipped. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I asked them to call me as soon as the part arrived. Never heard back. Waited a few days, called to get a refund of the part, told them I didn't want to do business with them, and the manager ARGUED with me, saying that the delay in receiving the part had nothing to do with the installers. He told me he'd have their accountant call me to process the refund. Never heard from them. Ended up calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. read more

My husband gave me a remote start for Christmas and since he didn't have time to research where to go, he took my 4Runner to Snows. We ended up spending over $450 for a Python remote start, had to take my truck back twice because my truck wouldn't start, and the beauty ring was not put back on when they took the dash off. Then, it still wouldn't start, my truck thought it was being stolen so I called my mechanic and he advised that the Python alarm as not compatible with the 4Runner. Snows refused to take it back. I ended up taking my 4Runner to Parker Toyota, they put one in that fit and worked well with my truck. Now after all that, here's the ticker..... I had a tow hitch and a GPS navigational system go missing...... NO ONE and I mean NO ONE else drivers my 4Runner or get s in it so I know where my personal belongings are. I can't prove it, but trust me, my items were there before the Snows "employee's" were in my truck and now they're not. I would say DO NOT go to Snows. They have no idea what they're doing and they take advantage of people and then when their product doesn't work, they refuse to help. Plus, they have DISHONEST employees. Sketchy. Scandalous. Worthless. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This place sucks. I am a 19 year old girl who has no knowledge about cars or stereos but I'm not an idiot. I went and asked to see speakers for my jeep and he showed me some and I choose which ones i wanted. Went to drop my car off and they are telling me I need an amplifier or my speakers won't work and I need a new deck, whatever that is. I understand that an amplifier would make it sound better but I wasn't about to drop the money. I bought my speakers at $160 then coming in to get them installed for $150 and him saying I needed all this shit or they won't work it came to $500 and he's saying that's the best price I'm going to get. I asked if I could just return my speakers to get some that would work in my car and he said no he doesn't have any that would work and they don't work on Jeeps a lot. I told him that I will come back later which was a lie and he told me that the price will be raised because he's giving me "A deal" oh and that I need to ask for him and explain what happened again because he's "old and won't remember" or he wanted another chance to screw me over. I took my speakers and drove down the street to car toys, showed them my speakers and they said they can install them friday and that was the end of it. No amplifier no new deck, nothing. These guys are liars and will take advantage of you. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

In 1965, Bob Snow opened Snow's Auto in its current location. It was opened as an auto parts store and state-of-the-art machine shop. It quickly became the leader in the community due to a superior level of customer service and quality products. In 2003 Cary Snow, Bob Snow's grandson developed a new mix of product and service offered at Snow's Auto.

The work looks really great! Hard to distinguish the clear bra which is awesome. I also asked if they could cover the top of the side skirts which they did. They also took me to work and picked me up while doing work on the car which was appreciated. Lastly, they didn't drive my car around haha. I posted my complete review/experience with Snow's Auto which would be far less than 1 star if possible, and Yelp has removed it twice. No cuss words etc, just my honest experience. I just wanted to give the next potential victim of shoddy work a heads up..to save someone the burden of multiple return trips requiring Snow's ineffective technician to make repairs to his crappy work. I told the truth and apparently that's unacceptable So here's a tip....don't trust Yelp as it's obviously as worthless as Snow's. I also noticed while reposting my deleted reviews that other low star posts were removed. So someone is picking and choosing mostly full star reviews and keeping honest experiences out. Yelp is fooling customers and robbing them of what they pay for which is quality work. So i'll post one last time knowing it'll be removed. Maybe someone will see it before they decide to throw their cash away on a business that's employing less than acceptable technicians. I'll just spread my reviews by word of mouth from now on. The customer service at snows is unbeatable. I recently purchased a new double den touch screen with apple play, a Clifford alarm system, and window tinting. The flat screen is great because with Apple play it sinks with my phone and let's me send texts through voice audio without ever taking my eyes off of the wheel. The alarm system is fantastic and gives me a much better sense of comfort knowing my car won't be stollen as easily. Of course the window tinting is one of my favorite parts it gives my car a much better look and also keeps the heat down inside my vehicle immensely. Throughout my whole buying process snows was able to answer all my questions accurately and if the sales personnel didn't know the answer he was quick to ask his expert technicians. The price was crazy low compared to the competitors in the area. I would recommended this place to every one. Snows will be getting all of my upgrades from here on out. read more

My daughter gave me a car for my birthday and the security system needed to be replaced. I took my car to Snows and spoke to Michael. He asked what I was looking for in a system and I told him the basics. I am not very educated when it comes to these systems but was very impressed with my final purchase. Michael didn't 't try to pressure me into something I did not need but what would fulfill my need. I can 't thank Michael and the young man who installed my new system I was able to get the product I needed, installed while I waited and the installer even fixed a broken lock. The price was reasonable, the service was phenomenal and I will return to Snows in the future for a new CD player Ii appreciated the honesty and integrity while working with Michael and Snows. I called to get a quote for window tinting and asked how soon we could bring in our BMW M340i. I was told they could get us in the same day, which was great. My fiancé muted the call briefly to check with me before confirming, as my dad is currently out of state in the hospital for a double bypass surgery and I needed to stay available by phone. While we had the call muted, we could hear the staff making comments, mocking the fact that he needed to "check with his fiancé," and saying we should "just get it done," including the use of profanity. It was unprofessional and honestly disappointing. Situations like that show how a business speaks about customers when they think no one is listening. I would much rather take my business somewhere that values professionalism and basic respect, even if it costs more. read more

I am extremely impressed with Snow's Auto. This is the only place I will go for my car. They have great customer service. All the work they have done on our vehicle has been done to perfection. They have even stayed really late past closing just to put in a alarm system in my car. This was a huge deal to me considering a guy the day before tried to break into my car. After working in Customer Service for over 10 yrs, i would def. say these guys were good at their job although I didnt have anything installed, they were Very helpful when my Husband and I went in to buy a sterio kit for my jeep. They knew exactly what we needed, were very polite and funny. You could tell they Loved their job, which you dont find everyday especially in customer servive these days! read more

Made an appt and got in on time for a apple software update. They handled the installation seamlessly, showed me how to use it. Had to go back a second day to adjust a small issue and they worked on it for an hour and were very caring and helpful!!! Worst customer service I've ever experienced! I brought my 2015 Tacoma there for a lift and wheels and they didn't do anything right, put the wrong shocks on so they blew out, the alignment has been out since they touched it, my tires rub when I turn, they took a brand new truck and screwed it up! read more
