I paid for new tires and window tint and picked it up and there was bubbles everywhere on the tint (which there normally isn't). the service guy pulls out a credit card and tries to smooth them out. I leave because I was heading out of town. it only got worse. and once rolling my window down after 2 days there were bubbles all over and the tint is a half inch short from the top of my window. Also my tire sensors don't work now . they also didn't give me my tires back like I requested. It looks like Stevie Wonder tinted my windows. what is going on here??? But the replacement also stopped working. I live about an hour away so it's not easy to stop in and have it looked at. When I got around to it, they WOULD NOT REPLACE the 3rd bad CD player, because by that time it was out of warranty. In the end I ended up wasting 6 hours of drive time and no working CD player. They were happy to take my money, if I wanted to pay for another installation and CD player however. I just wanted the product I paid for to work the first or second or third time. Horrible experience. They'll take your money easily, just don't expect the products to last. Lastly, they don't have chairs for you to sit in while you wait. So, my daughter and I sat on the floor for 40 mins. The owner doesn't live in washington, so I don't think he actually cares. Money and a lot of time down the drain.

They explained the add-ons that I wanted and the cost associated. Scott was very personable and knowledgeable. I arrived just before open, as did half of Spokane, but Scott gave each of us the personal attention we needed. Shane went with me to check in the car and explain all the add-ons and what they would do. He also explained what the limits of the service were such as not being able to get all the pet hair out. When I arrived at closing, Shane was still hard at work. He made sure to finish as much as he could and asked if I wouldn't mind bringing it back to have the protectant applied since the seats were still damp. No problem! Very nice and professional team and my car looks brand new. Will definitely be back!

When I arrived, I was told the service provided for that Groupon would be vacuuming and wiping down the interior, no leather cleaning, no detailed cleaning, nothing else. Even though I used a Groupon, for $70 (that I couldn't cancel), I could've vacuumed and wiped down my interior myself...I was really bummed. When I picked up my car, I found that even the wiping down of the interior wasn't done well, there were areas in plain view that still had dust and crumbs left (& my car really wasn't dirty, it's well maintained). The staff was very nice both times, but I felt like I was ripped off with the interior cleaning service, don't know if I'll go back for anything in the future.

After hiring this guy the car was promised to be done within week and a half and then the delays and excuses started. After him having the car for over a month, which he didn't even put it back together we picked it up as is to get it put together at home. After it was put together 2 days later the carbon fiber roof he installed that was $700 just flew up and folded in half. The roof was secured by a thin strip of 3M tape only and when I texted him he tried to blame it on the shape of the car. Now it's been over 3 weeks and only promises and excuses only not to own up to mistake he made. Untill this day he did not order the part and now stopped responding. Now I have a horrible wrap job and a broken carbon fiber roof. He has made no efforts to resolve any of these issues, only excuses. Apparently he doesn't want to respond to me but he is active on his social media. I'm sure the good reviews that is on this business came from relatives or friends because the way he does work is just unacceptable. Now we might be considering taking legal action against his business. Also i'm not sure if this business operates legally because I couldn't look up his business details on L&I, which is another thing I will be looking into reporting him to.
