I'll say this out loud first. I am probably the most inept regarding auto talk. Went to Spalding to find a part for my daughter's car and expecting the reaction from auto savvy personal. However Pavel who assisted us was incredibly approachable and friendly. He actually took the time to provide exceptional advice. I appreciated his customer service and I can only wish that many other customer facing folks could understand how far that could take you. Thank you Pavel! read more

Visited domestic and foreign yards on 10/4/25, having reserved a G8 rear seat assembly for one of my cars. Parts were pulled and waiting as promised, and for a good price. This matters a lot when you drive 4.5hrs to get rare parts! Friendly staff and clean overall. I tried my luck with their foreign yard for my Honda Pilot and managed to score a tiny trim piece. They let me have it free of charge. Much appreciated! read more

I have been looking for a parts for my car for over 3 months. I looked at their site. It was simple to look up my part. I called them and spoke to Braydon. He was very helpful. He even sent me pictures of the part. I had ordered the part before and it wasn't the right part so I wanted to make sure this time. He told me he would call me back, and he did! He was amazing, answered all my questions, and is sending my part to me. The price was hundreds of dollars less than any where else. Shipping from Wa to CA was inexpensive too. I would definitely recommend them for all your used auto parts. Braydon was AMAZING. read more

This is a terrible online site and i would not recommend it. I saw ad for car part and i sent message to them asking if they had this same part for slightly less. The part was over $150, but since other sellers had for a little less i asked for the same. The other sellers take a month to ship, but price is better. I also just wanted to confirm it fits my vehicle and i gave description. I got response saying we domnt lower our prices, and didnt even try and locate part for a little less. If they had any clue on how to do business the proper way they could have knocked off 10% just to make me a customer. I buy parts all the time so they didnt just lose $150 sale, they lost thousands. And more importantly answered we cannot confirm if part fits your vehicle. Really? Thats like a doctor saying i know you have something wrong but i cant tell you what it is...this online seller sucks, really sucks... read more

I called to purchase rear shock absorbers for my 2015 Chevrolet Spark EV August 2024 (installed on September 1, 2024) . Unfortunately, I did not check on the mileage on the replacements, and while traveling on the bumpy causeway at 65 miles an hour (March 26, 2025), almost lost control of my car. I thought my car needed to be realigned, so upon completion, I found out the rear shock absorbers had collapsed and my struts needed to be replaced. The rear shock absorbers are just outside of the 6-month warranty, and may not qualify for a replacement. I also will need to bring my car back in to replace the entire suspension system! (Just after replacing the rear shock absorbers 5 months ago!) When I called into Spalding Auto Parts, they attempted to sell a 2014 Strut for the driver's side. I soon found out that looking online would allow additional information on the amount of mileage for each part. The 2014 Strut has over 100k miles on it! I am waiting for a call back to clear up the past purchase and to increase the length of time on the 6-month warranties. This is a nightmare I do not want to experience again. read more

Anthony was very helpful and diligent with his work and Josh was courteous and quick to help and on task

I went to Spalding wrecking today looking for a part for a friends 2001 suburban, I wasn't sure what I was looking for but the young man Riley was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. Within 10 minutes he found the part we needed and was patient with me as i texted my friend a picture of the part. I would recommend them and Riley if your looking for a part and don't need a new one they saved my friend at least $40.00 bucks. Thanks Riley!!! read more

The service was wonderful and very helpful! Kevin came out to the to assess the problem so we could get the right items needed! Love this store! read more

They would not sell just the rims, so they charged me close to $50 for 2 rims and tires, the tires had the wire sticking out of them and had no tread, i talked to the manager and he said the prices was the same regardless. I told the manager i will never buy anything from them again. read more

i have bought parts from spailding's for 30+ years, but lately i had nothing but problems with there used parts.there quality control is terrible, there parts fail almost immediately.there warranty is worthless as you just end up getting a refund after months of trying to fix there inferior part from the start.there prices are outrageous and there are no other competitors for domestic parts.they are causeing one of biggest environmental hazard in the spokane valley, oil just dumps out of there vehicles which are on top of spokane valley aquifer.after they received millions from covid relief and keep them in business just to take advantage of working man years later.i wouldn't recommend doing business with the spailding's family as they don't care about anything but money.i have loss $10,000's of dollars because of them in loss of use, down time, inferior quality parts which they sell know are bad.there solution is there refund, but your time is worth nothing to any spailding's family. read more

I have a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder that was missing several random interior parts when I bought it (front console trims parts, seat recliner lever cover, and interior cargo door handle) . After trying unsuccessfully to locate the parts at several local salvage yards, one of the salvage yards referred me to Spalding's. I worked with Kevin M., who not only located each part I needed but had them immediately shipped to me. The parts were exactly what I was looking for and in great condition. I will definitely use Spalding's again and highly recommend them. read more

Shane, you are awesome. Spaldings, has it. Picked up some parts here on a trip and Spaldings was a focus. They either had it or had access to a database to tell me where to get it. Keep up the genuine service, guys, and people will return. read more

I went here 3x for the same part. 1st time I got the wrong one (miscommunication). 2nd time i got the right one, but after i got home realized there was a crack in it (in an inconspicuous spot). 3rd time i went back they didnt have another one in stock. Such is life! All that aside, each time i went in the service was amazing. The last two times i came in i worked with Davin. When i exchanged the first part he was apologetic and kind, and just exchanged the parts (i think the right part was slightly more $). When i came back the 3rd time, not only did he remeber me, he also double checked the yard himself after the runner couldn't find the part just to make sure. When he was sure they didn't have it, he made a call and found it for me. By far amazing service. I will go back next time i need something. read more

Really appreciate Jesse and Aiden (forgive the spelling please gentlemen). Jesse was able to find a bumper that I needed for well under what I would have paid for in a collision shop and Aiden spent quite a bit of time with me running around the lot looking at different vehicles for a specific part. Aiden didn't leave my side until he knew I had what I needed. Great customer service. read more

Agreed to sell me an item but then made up a lie because they never had the item in the first place available for sale. Do not trust their inventory - it is inaccurate and they are dishonest - they will make up a lie and blame you for the fact that they did not have it in inventory. read more

I bought a set of 4 tires. Only 1 had ever been mounted on a rim. All 4 are out of round, I just figured it out. No warranty! They buy defective tires and resell them to unsuspecting people. Be very cautious when buying tires that look new! read more

I've bought here since the 1970's. Their operation is first class...their countermen ( and counter-women @ Pull-n-Save) are smarter than anyone in Congress. If you stupidly buy the wrong part they will take it back with no question and never laugh at you. Their inventory is huge...their pricing is about 25% of a new part...and they were GREEN before it became trendy. What's not to like ??? read more

I went into Spalding today to get a rear speaker for my car. When I was first helped by a customer service employee, Ethan I was told that they didn't have the part and he was kurt and seemed annoyed to be there, as if I was inconveniencing him by asking him a question. He was a bit condescending. But luckily for me I asked another employee who looked up the part for me and told me that they did in fact have what I was looking for. I was taken out to the yard by another employee, Theo who helped me and pulled the part for me. He was friendly and professional and even offered to help me install the part. Then once back inside I was rung up by Shane. He too was very friendly, greeted me with a smile and genuine positive attitude. Overall I give Spalding a 5 out of 5 for customer service and price, however I give Ethan 1 out of 5. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED!..AVOID the salesman named Colton. I was referred to them by a parts place near me, He said they had a good rep....so I called, they had the part, I ordered it, gave all required information to complete the transaction. "Colton" said it would ship and be there in 3 days, so after 3 days it's a "no show" I call to get a tracking number....UHHH says "Colton" that was for a ??...Oh he says, I didn't have the correct phone number so I couldn't process the credit card (what does your phone number have to do with running a CC?... nothing I do it all the time) So needless to say someone else sold the part, I had to start from scratch on tracking another one down, got lucky, found one at LKQ (I would suggest calling them first). read more

The customer service here rocks my windshield wipers wouldn't turn off and we took my car to Northwest Auto and was quoted $400 to replace the the windshield wiper motor and they charged $100 diagnosis whatever Spalding charged $35 and showed us how to take it out and explained how to reinstall it Tyler you're awesome and you have the best personalty I will be back and recommend others to use read more

Spaldings becomes very expensive place to buy any car parts. Rude salesman like J.B. I would avoid if you have to go there. UNPROFESSIONAL DOESN'T KNOW PARTS NAME AND WHAT THEY ARE FOR. Being they customer for over 14 years and treated badly. You can't laugh at the costumes that brings business. I would better buy online or from any other stores than dealing with rude salesmen. To the management: "If you have higher prices, at least raise your customer service!" Avoid Spaldings in Spokane. read more

These guys are great! Totally helped us out of a jam. The facility is unbelievable! The most organized system I've ever seen in a used auto parts bone yard. Customer service is friendly enough, but whatever yahoo replaced the window on my 86 El Camino did a terrible job! Doesn't seem to be on the track properly and leaves a gap when rolled up. A few days after the replacement, my door got stuck shut. Spoke to Jesse who said they did the best they could, but my regulator was jacked up from someone being in my door panel previously. If they didn't think I'd go on YouTube and figure out how to fix this crap myself, they are sorely mistaken! They didn't hook my locking mechanism back up correctly, hence why I could open my door and there's nothing wrong with my regulator... But they did skip over fixing a part on the window I purchased from them, which is the only reason I had them install in the first place. I might use them for parts in the future, but wouldn't let them touch my car again! Lazy fibbers. PS they did return my money... But ultimately caused a huge headache read more

I was very pleased with the service I received from Spalding auto parts!!! I own an 07 Passat and boy was it hard to find some parts for it. I live in Bellingham WA and no one there or Seattle had what I was looking for after the 2 month looking and waiting to see if something would pop up nothing.. I was ready to just go buy a new door from the dealer itself cause I couldn't find one. My sister told me to contact people in Spokane so I did. First call was Spalding auto parts and boy was it a great first call. I was helped by Nate who I would recommend talking to he was able to get me what I was looking for and in an exact color I needed it as well! Great friendly guy! I wasn't sure if I wanted to go pick it up or have it delivered but he put it in hold for me until I was able to decide when I decided to ship it I asked him how long it would be to deliver. He replied with Friday at the earliest and Tuesday at the latest. Okay not bad not bad at all wake up the next morning after calling which was on a wed.
