I am very grateful to the guys at Save More, when I told them that my driver side window would not roll back up, they were kind and understanding when I told them that I needed it fixed same day due to the cold weather and I have small children who would not appreciate the cold air. They gave me a quote of over $700 to fix my switch (which is also broken) and the regulator. They also told me that I do not have to have them do a new switch because the broken one does still work, it just pops off sometimes. In taking the switch and the installation of the switch off the price it dropped over $300 and I am happy that I only had to pay $404 to get the regulator fixed. I am thank they did not push me to spend more when it was not absolutely necessary. They also let me stay in the waiting room while they got the work done. Thank you so much!! read more

I must join the chorus of yays! The last place we took the car for servicing was on 30th on the south hill. "Everything is great! No problems at all foreseen or otherwise!" B S! First time into SMA and not only are they very reasonably priced, but they do a thorough job. Just like you would hope all repair facilities would do. Doing an oil change right is no big deal. Doing an inspection right IS a big deal. I complained about the heater that is blowing cold air sometimes. Not only did they find the issue, a leaking thermostat housing, they took pictures of it. They found the tranny oil lines were leaking a bit. They took pictures. They found the brake fluid is contaminated and took pictures of it. They found the serpentine belt is old and cracked and took pictures of it. They took pics of every issue and provided an estimate for repair. These are all issues that existed at the last oil change. This is my wife's car and I want it in top notch condition when she drives it. They will be making money doing repairs for me! read more

But don't let appearances deceive, these folks are great! The AC on our daughter's car went out - in July of course! My cousin, a native Spokanite, recommended Sav More. Great call on his part. My daughter took her car in, knowing what the problem was. Instead of just fixing tthe problem, they inspected her car, including taking the wheels off, and charged her $95 for the inspection alone. They told her the car needed $3300 in repairs and scared her half to death when she told them she only wanted the issue fixed that she brought the car in for. She was very pressured about getting the other repairs done! The repair bill was $450, which included the $95 inspection that she neither asked for nor was advised of untIl it was finished. They even made $100 profit off selling her the part needed to fix the car. I know they have to make a profit on the part, but I think that's a bit high. She and her friends will never go here again!! Taken advantage of, overcharged, and pressured are not how we like to do business! read more

It's always hard to know what to think when you take your car into the shop. Did I get a good deal or not? Were they honest in their assessment? I found that these guys answered all my questions, explained things in a way I understood, were friendly and professional, and seemed reasonable on the price compared to my other experiences. I had them do my breaks and check out some other problems in my truck. Instead of recommending a fix for one issue I had they told me they couldn't reproduce the problem, my transmission fluid was overfilled, so they drained that down to proper level and hopefully that would fix it, if not bring it back in when it's happening. I appreciate the honesty, they could have very easily said you need a new transmission and taken me to the cleaners. I'll be back! read more

We had belts replaced in winter, they squealed so when weather warmed up we put belt dressing on thinking that would solve it, but it didn't so we called Savemore and they had us bring it back and replaced belts for free at least 4 months later-got the car in/out-drives like it is new! read more

Stellar! I've never had this kind of performance from a mechanic. I went to them because they looked highly rated online and it sounded pretty good. These are just a few guys that know what they're doing, try to be fair, and do a great job. In fact, once they got into the car, they saw something they did not see initially for the estimate and they just went ahead and did it for me anyway at no additional cost to me. They got done with the work and even did an oil change for me at no cost because I was a few miles over on it. These guys are great! My bill wasn't cheap because there was a lot of work that needed done immediately...but their prices are fair, their work is good, and they have amazing customer service. Nice job guys! read more

Took our '09 Saturn in to three separate repair shops over a 7 month period before finding Save More Auto. No one could tell us why the check engine light was throwing false codes, and why the AC suddenly quit working. Randy and his team diagnosed a bad computer. Not the best news, but we had the computer replaced, and in one swift action all the issues we were having were resolved. Such a relief. I brought a recently purchased Jeep Cherokee in for an inner tie rod. I had a diagnostic and inspection done through a different shop a couple of months ago, and was told that I would need all of my tie rods replaced. The staff at Save More informed me that the outer tie rods didn't need to be replaced. They could have easily done the unnecessary repair to make a quick buck, but instead they secured a new long-term customer. Repairs were quick even though they were busy that particular morning. Was Leary at first but after talking to Randy on the phone about my car it really put my mind at ease. These guys know their stuff. So made my appointment took car in Cory and Randy were great very accommodating even took me back into shop after inspecting car and walked me through the stuff they found, never had a auto shop do that before. They didn't try to sell me on work that didn't need done. Their quote for everything was very reasonable and much lower than quotes from other places. This shop is awesome and I will definitely come back if I need any serious work done. I bought a Groupon for a 3-pack of oil changes with tire rotation and honestly didn't expect much. I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment and they took my truck in right away. I read my book for the 64 minutes it took( originally told 40 but I'll explain that) to do the service and then was blown away by what I got. Not only did I get a tire rotation and oil change (duh) they had figured out the Low Pressure Warning Light was because my spare tire was low so they filled it and reset the light. When I stopped at a gas station just down the road to check the oil (society tells me to question if the work was even done at all, thanks NBC investigative reports) I not only found the oil was a gorgeous clear yellow gold color but they had also topped off my windshield wiper fluid.
