They called me and told me that it had low compression on cylinder 1 and was going to need a new engine as well as many other repairs it needed. After quoting me a very high price, I declined and proceeded to pick up my truck later that day. When I went to pick up my truck, they again stated it would need a new engine, but when I asked what caused the low compression they stated that they did not know why. After taking matters into my own hands, I found amazing and consistent compression on all 8 cylinders of my engine and a faulty EGR valve that was causing all my problems. After replacing the EGR valve the truck ran flawlessly and hasn't had that problem since. I am so glad I didn't fall for a new engine! I would recommend staying away from Mechanics Pride as clearly they have no clue what they are doing. Thanks for nothing!

A couple months ago I decided to take my car into Spokane Quick Lube down the road, I didn't have enough time this time to go to Mechanic's Pride because we were leaving on a camping trip. What a mistake, my car was leaking oil, and lots of oil. I called Tony the next day and he was able to get me in and check it out. There was something wrong with the bolt, like it was stripped or something. Well Tony was able to fix it and no more oil is leaking. Remembering Divine was a local, and long time business I didn't hesitate to call when their 14 locations returned in my google search for tow companies. I spoke to CJ at the Wellesley and Nevada location who gave me GREAT information, and even gave me a quick cost estimate given the information I had in regards to what the issue was. He completely avoided the usual " Sorry no idea until we see it.," kindly letting me know that they never know until they are looking at the vehicle but that if it was the hose, but gave a rough idea. He asked where the car was, told me what the tow fee would be and let me know there is a $30 discount to repairs if you have the vehicle towed and repaired at their shop. When David the tow truck driver arrived, he asked me what the problem was and assured me the repair would be quick and easy! He also informed me hat they had been very busy that day, which was super obvious upon arriving at the shop. Expecting a late afternoon or even next day pick up I returned home. A couple hours later CJ returned my call letting me know that the car was done, AND that vehicles can be paid for and picked up until 10 pm at the Wellesley and Nevada location, in the service center! I didn't have to leave work to pick up my car before they closed or wait until the next day. Divines was super helpful, really fast and completely affordable.
