I've been turned down by two other auto shops for a cabin air filter change because my car was "too complicated" to have it changed. Excuse for "We don't want to". Patriot Auto didn't even question it and now I don't have to have my fan on full blast to get a half decent AC airflow in my car. Juan and Greg are the most accommodating and informative mechanics I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with about car troubles. I came in for a simple oil change and was informed that my turbo was leaking ( I was aware of this and already had an appointment set up at another shop ) and with that Clark's quoted me 800 + dollars less than the other spot that I was originally looking at! Fixed it in a few hours and even showed me bits and pieces of the process along the way. On top of all that they showed me pictures of trouble areas and spots that needed attention. Answered literally every question I had about the pictures and let me know the level of importance for each thing that was brought up!
