I have never and I mean NEVER had such a pleasant experience at any auto parts store as I did with Nick at this location. He greeted me when I walked in and asked if I had an account at checkout -- I let him know that I did have a commercial one, but it's from another state and I probably wouldn't save anything on what I was getting anyways so not to worry about it. He insisted it wasn't a problem to at least double check, and in 2 seconds he had my account pulled up and ported in!!! I almost wanted to ask him to do it again but slower and show me because this has been such an issue at other stores, to the point I had to walk out since they couldn't load it, or accused me of lying that it could be ported to stores in other states. As a woman I also dread auto parts store interactions for other reasons, but Nick made me feel so welcome and we even chatted after he finished the transaction. Nick has earned this location a lifetime patron for whenever I am even remotely in the area!!

I was sitting in my car less than five minutes waiting for them to come out and check it when a homeless person was approaching my car and checking out my cute little chihuahua. They came out immediately and tested my battery, told me I needed a new one and replaced it for me. Great service, friendly people, and low prices!! As a woman, I appreciate the extra effort. Thank you!

I have used O'Reillys many times, but have never felt more unwanted as a customer at this store. I…read moreneeded to return a car battery that was leaking from the side seam and top cap that covers the battery cells. The battery was also bulging as well as losing power under a load. The vehicles alternator is new and the wiring is good. When I walked into the store, none of the three people behind the counter said a word to me, Vinny was standing behind a register, just staring at me and assistant manager Leanna didn't acknowledge my presence either. However, when other customers who were not a person of color entered, they were greeted Immediately. After explaining the issue to Vinny he used an unloaded meter to test the battery however did not add any kind of load to it and told me it was good, never mind the battery acid all over the side and top. He called over the assistant manager, and my interrogation began. They treated me as if I was lying, completely dismissed my concerns and even went back to the rear office to speak with Samantha the manager to discuss whether or not they would honor the warranty. I was then told I would have to bring the vehicle back with the battery installed so they could check everything to make sure for themselves or the warranty on this new battery would not be honored. The whole tone of the conversation and demeanor of Leanna was demeaning, dismissive and insulting. It was clear she did not want to assist me or even have me the store. Needless to say, I will never use O'Reillys again and highly recommend people of color to go elsewhere.

After a local shop failed to tighten the bolts on my skid plate after an oil change and I lost one…read more(and almost another), I came here to buy replacements. The staff was so unbelievably kind and friendly. I chatted with all of them, and the manager personally replaced the bolt for me (and added Loctite) so I wouldn't have to return to the horrible oil change shop. I felt respected and listened to here, and I will definitely return again if I need any auto parts.

I wanted to have a wrap job done on my Jeep. This place was recommended by a friend and I did my…read moreresearch and could not find anything bad about them online. When I first got the quote from them they told me they would need my vehicle for 4 days. I told him what color I wanted and a week later he asked me what color I wanted. It hadn't even been ordered yet. So many details I could go into, but that would make this review 25 pages long. Instead of 4 days, it took 6 weeks. They acted like I shouldn't be upset about that, not having my vehicle for 6 weeks. They kept making mistakes. They kept having to repair flaws of theirs. They kept telling me it was done then when we would show up it was either not put back together yet, or there was some flaw he wanted us to bring it back for. They gave us $1000 discount for the trouble. Then when we paid and got the invoice and my car, I emailed him and let him know there were a few flaws still on the vehicle and that he had charged me $300 more than the quoted price for the door jams. Then he emailed me and told me this job should have been $4000 more than the quoted price and threatened to charged me the $1000 that he discounted us. I have checked with their competitor and the job would NOT have been $8000. He was upset that it took them 6 weeks . They had plenty of time to fix things and get it done right the first time, it was their choice to keep trying to slide things by me. We are 1 month into winter and the vinyl is pulling away at areas on the vehicle and chipping. Horrible job!!!!!! Do not go here!!!!!
