I needed a new wiring harness installed on my truck for my camper and my neighbor recommended Titan. I called and they got me in two days later (faster than I have seen). They are very busy BUT made time to rap with me and told me it would take 1.5 hours to finish if I wanted to wait. At exactly that time it was done. There is a nice waiting area with Keruig and water, tv, and good seating. When I went to pay, I was expecting to pay around $300 and the bill was $250. I will be using Titan again! The store on Pines in Spokane Valley has an extra bonus in that they have a mentally unstable employee named Amber who will freak out on you, throw stuff at you. grab your receipt and throw it on the floor. when you tell her that she WILL give you back your receipt, she will tell you that she feels threatened and call the cops on you, keep in mind you have already been yelled at, a acused of using the item as needed then trying to return it, had an item off the counter thrown at you and had her wad your receipt up and throw it on the floor on her side of the counter. the coos showed up, 2 of the Valleys finest. another employee came out and told the police that Amber does this to customers and that she was out of line. one of the officers went into the store to try to reason with miss Hurd, I mean Amber. she yelled at him also. Do not buy anything from Advanced Auto Parts!!!!!!! We are stuck with a $117 faulty part that does not work. I'm not sure why Amber is allowed to treat customers this way. Not sure if it's a drug issue, mental condition or if she just enjoys treating people this way

I have never and I mean NEVER had such a pleasant experience at any auto parts store as I did with Nick at this location. He greeted me when I walked in and asked if I had an account at checkout -- I let him know that I did have a commercial one, but it's from another state and I probably wouldn't save anything on what I was getting anyways so not to worry about it. He insisted it wasn't a problem to at least double check, and in 2 seconds he had my account pulled up and ported in!!! I almost wanted to ask him to do it again but slower and show me because this has been such an issue at other stores, to the point I had to walk out since they couldn't load it, or accused me of lying that it could be ported to stores in other states. As a woman I also dread auto parts store interactions for other reasons, but Nick made me feel so welcome and we even chatted after he finished the transaction. Nick has earned this location a lifetime patron for whenever I am even remotely in the area!!

I was sitting in my car less than five minutes waiting for them to come out and check it when a homeless person was approaching my car and checking out my cute little chihuahua. They came out immediately and tested my battery, told me I needed a new one and replaced it for me. Great service, friendly people, and low prices!! As a woman, I appreciate the extra effort. After a local shop failed to tighten the bolts on my skid plate after an oil change and I lost one…read more(and almost another), I came here to buy replacements. The staff was so unbelievably kind and friendly. I chatted with all of them, and the manager personally replaced the bolt for me (and added Loctite) so I wouldn't have to return to the horrible oil change shop. I felt respected and listened to here, and I will definitely return again if I need any auto parts.
