Too limited of inventory in this satellite store I was looking for two items and they couldn't offer either one without extended service

My earlier complaint was that I emailed them 2 to 3 weeks in advance to say I'd be in town the week of May 25th, but I got no reply. This truck shop offers a lot of upgrades to your truck. I've had two truck upgrades and the work exceeded my expectations.

Disappointed to say the least. The older guy that works at custom Truck doesn't like questions and is condescending. We spent well over 5000.00 for a new canopy, spray bed liner and running boards. Spray liner- they said they don't do prep work before spraying. What? We sanded the bed and washed it with acetone before taking it in. But the kicker- no communication. We picked up the truck after canopy install. They handed us the keys and said thanks for coming in. Didn't tell us any care instructions or show us anything about the cargo light. The wiring is not tucked away and secure. Its tight and in the way. It is in an area where it will get caught on something and ripped out. Well let me tell you. There was bird crap on it which will ruin paint. When my husband asked about it they were rude and said you can't wash it. Don't touch it was anything. When we asked for how long they couldn't tell us. What? They had to look it up. YOU CANT WASH IT (unless touch-less) for 90 days!! "They don't Normally get these kind of questions" THIS IS BASIC INFORMATION EVERY CUSTOMER SHOUKD BE TOLD!!! We were not impressed and we will not be returning. read more

Got a new truck, needed a bed liner so again I attempted to give custom truck my business, and again I was met with the same exact condescending know it all salesman I had the misfortune of dealing with last time. Always with the short snippy and borderline argumentative responses to simple questions. They apparently know more about each and every truck out there than you possibly could -you ignorant swine-. If I hadn't gotten a groupon for a gift I would have never set foot back in there. As it stands now I certainly will not. Again the work of the shop seems to be top notch but the salesman need a little training on how to treat their customers. The attitude is the worst part, I was planning on purchasing many other accessories for my new truck but apparently my brand new truck did not meet their definition of cool so I didn't deserve any type of service whatsoever. Lucky for me the internet sells everything they do for lower prices! They missed out on $5k worth of sales. Sucks for them! Great customer service, go out of their way to make sure you're getting just what you're looking for. very friendly and service dept always does an excellent quality job. Drive a 2011 ford f150 platinum, the've installed custom headlights, taillights, driving lights, bed rug, and installed and had painted my Leer tonneau cover, mud guards mats etc. if they don't have it they find it... This was not my first service I received from Custom Truck. Previously, I had what I would consider professional service by trained/knowledgable personnel. Therefore, I decided to return and have tube running boards attached to my jeep. Not only did they attach the running boards securely but also replaced 4 missing screws on the lower body panel on each side of the vehicle. This was done without my asking them to install the missing fasteners. I call this good service and going beyond the norm. It brought me back for additional add ons. The safety factors involved are of the upmost importance to me and are considered prior to installation of work that's done on my vehicles. read more
