    This store only sells duds radios apparently. I bought a CD player here and had issues right out…read morethe gate. Luckily at that time it was still under warranty. But the replacement also stopped working. I live about an hour away so it's not easy to stop in and have it looked at. When I got around to it, they WOULD NOT REPLACE the 3rd bad CD player, because by that time it was out of warranty. In the end I ended up wasting 6 hours of drive time and no working CD player. They were happy to take my money, if I wanted to pay for another installation and CD player however. I just wanted the product I paid for to work the first or second or third time. Horrible experience. They'll take your money easily, just don't expect the products to last. Lastly, they don't have chairs for you to sit in while you wait. So, my daughter and I sat on the floor for 40 mins. The owner doesn't live in washington, so I don't think he actually cares. Money and a lot of time down the drain.

I wanted to pay for my install up front, even though it is legal - a company should not make a customer eat the companies CC fee (which mine was $16), especially when you are paying hundreds of dollars for a services. BRING CASH TO HONOR PRICES. Also, they should disclose when scheduling over the phone. When you ask about it, the attitude of the front desk people flips (Cory), so I took my car elsewhere (Sounds on Wheels), Saved 20% total (they don't charge CC fees)

When I arrived, I was told the service provided for that Groupon would be vacuuming and wiping down the interior, no leather cleaning, no detailed cleaning, nothing else. Even though I used a Groupon, for $70 (that I couldn't cancel), I could've vacuumed and wiped down my interior myself...I was really bummed. When I picked up my car, I found that even the wiping down of the interior wasn't done well, there were areas in plain view that still had dust and crumbs left (& my car really wasn't dirty, it's well maintained). The staff was very nice both times, but I felt like I was ripped off with the interior cleaning service, don't know if I'll go back for anything in the future.

(nothing on the site said additional cost, I looked) I tried to use their 'chat' where they put in on a text with the local store. They refuse to use this and tell you to call in, when you call in they don't answer. So you go visit the location an get treated like junk. I walked in and got a harsh "HI" from the from desk kid, I said, "Hi, how are you?" but no response. I walked over the the desk he was at and said I was interested in a remote start. He says, "Let me guess, the $299, free install on our site?" I say "Yeah, that is the one" He says, "That is not the actual price, there are part that cost more, it says on our website" - like he is already super irritated I asked. I show him his site on my phone to show me, and tell me "Well its not on our mobile site!" For real?, that was his response! Ok, additional costs - I am thinking, sure maybe a wiring harness or something. Then he proceeds to walk around the store for about 3 minutes going in and out each door, I wait thinking he is doing something. He comes back and says he is going to look up my car. I ask if he can give me an idea of what I am looking at for price, just ballpark. He tell me "You are not getting out of here any less than $750 for that!", I ask, more than twice the price of the unit itself? He just looks at me like I am so idiot, that is when I just said I will take my business elsewhere, He says "Whatever, I was looking up your price." Anyways, the services hasn't changed ever. They lie to you on their site to get you in the door and try to sell you other things, classic marketing BS.
