Honest to god do not go here! We have been here four times for the same issue and it's still not fixed, they keep taking our money and telling us to come back. We came here to get our windows tinted and they broke out window switch which they then told us was normal and they literally gave it back to us broken in a plastic zip lock bag. They told us we had to order and pay for the part that they broke and come back later to get it installed. We live three hours away so we came back a couple weeks later to find that they put the part in but disconnect the wires so the window wouldn't roll up or down. So they told us to come back again which we did and they told us once again that we had to order and pay for more parts and come back another day. Screw this place these guys suck. They got us in fast to install a stereo so that was good, but they didn't attach our stereo to the dash and it came out while we were driving,. They also left fiber glass and parts all inside our vehicle. The installation guy was beyond rude and made some rude remarks. We dropped our 2015 Toyota Tacoma off Friday, April 24th for a four inch lift which we were quoted ten hours. They asked if we could leave it over night just in case they hit a problem. When we got there, we decided to buy wheels and tires as well. They said all together it will take them until the 28th-29th. We live in Pullman but are in the process of moving to Wenatchee so we decided to go house hunting in Wenatchee while we waited. Called Tuesday, and they said Wednesday or Thursday. Called Wednesday and they said guaranteed by Thursday. We left Wenatchee Thursday and got there only to have them tell us it still was not done. Which ruined our plans of leaving Thursday night, in my husband's new, lifted truck to go camping for our birthdays. So they guaranteed it Friday by noon. So we drove to Colville to visit family while we waited, again. Show up Friday at 11:52. They said it still was not done and it would be another hour to an hour and a half. We did not really want to wait because we should have been camping, but did. An hour and a half later, they said another hour and a half. We left. We did not get a camping spot because we had to wait so long at Snow's Auto, for nothing. Ruined our entire weekend, and birthdays. They offered a full tank of gas and a speaker system for the wait. Showed back up today at 10:30 and it still was not done! Ten days later! It did not have a full tank or a new system in it either and they basically said, "there is nothing we can do." It was like every time we left, they quit working on his truck. We drove once from Wenatchee and twice from Colville. We were not leaving today without it. They said they have never worked on a truck like ours. Their Facebook page shows a 2015 Toyota Tacoma with a lift with new wheels and tires on March 18th. Same color even! We had to wait until 4 o'clock today to finally take his car home. Which still ended up having issues so we had to take it back into the shop. Twice. It still has a light on and pulls to the right but we will be going else where to get that fixed. They just threw the spare tire in the back of the truck instead of putting it where it goes. His tires scrape the truck when he turns. The best part? They NEVER called us. I had to call every, single time. We paid 5 grand for this? I will be calling the lady who owns the store tomorrow. Worst shop I have ever dealt with. Went in to just have my cars window tinted and it was a shit show. first they didn't tint the windshield top bar which i had paid extra for. They had tinted my drivers window when the window was not fully up, leaving the bottom left corner with a wedge like gap do to the window slightly tilting back when it is brought down. And finally they discounted my antenna which was attached on the rear window and just left it on the rear floor without saying a thing. I returned and made them tint the windshield as i payed for it already. But never went back, i was too afraid to let them touch the car again. Just don't use them. Went in to buy an alarm for my truck and what do you know I'm invisible. Funny thing is the alarm case is right smack in the middle of the store near the counter. Not a word and they had one other customer at the register. Two guys out front smoking and two guys behind the counter talking to each other after the customer left. And what I guess was the manager in different colored shirt all ignoring us. No worries I wish all places with bad service would do this in the beginning so you'd know. Should have known better because when they tinted my daughters car they lied about ordering parts they broke......then after 4 months they just glued the part back in. Summary of review since I know it's long: Worst customer service ever. Said they have military discount, refused to give it to me even with valid military ID. Workers were very rude and sarcastic. I do NOT recommend them. The customer service is terrible. I got a remote start and alarm installed on 8/13/15. We went here because they were slightly cheaper than Car Toys and offered Military Discount on the product itself (being a part of a military family, I try to support places that offer this discount since so many businesses will not). I fully regret this decision. The workers there were sarcastic and rude. I am a female and had my Fiance with me in order to get a ride back home when dropping off my car. I went in and spoke to them, my Fiance not saying a word, when I was done talking they turned away from me and began only speaking to my Fiance. I would respond to whatever they were saying, and again, they turn to him and ignore me completely. I let that slide and let them take my car in. They told me that my car would be done at 11 am, and I had work at 1 that day, so it was ok. I went in, just before 11 and was told they still needed more time. They said its only take another 30 minutes, so my Fiance and I went to get lunch and came back. At 11:30 they said itd be done momentarily. We waited in their store for another 55 minutes before we finally were told they were done. I was told it would be been done sooner, but the installer had to work on 2 other cars in the middle of mine. Which kind of pissed me off, considering I made an appointment and they were drop ins. But again, let that go and I was happy to have my car back. Late I look at my receipt and notice I didn't get a military discount either. At this point I'm fed up, and just glad the whole thing is over. Until 3 days later when my remote start and alarm quit working. I change the battery in both remotes, twice, and nothing is helping so I take it in and they tell me they don't have time and I need to bring it back today. I did that, with video proof of my remote not working, because he didn't believe me when I first brought it in. He told me I was doing it wrong, and I was only supposed to push the button once, not twice. Even though the installer told me to push the button, wait a second or two, and then push it again (same as my fiance's remote start which is made from the same company). And even if I were supposed to push it once, I always had a delay so there would have been plenty of time for my car to at least lock or unlock. They said they would be calling me at 1pm with an update but my car would be done at 1:30 pm,and they would call me then as well. No calls. I called them at 2 and they said that my car had been done for 20 minutes. Thanks guys, that's great. Thanks for the call. Went down to pick it up, and the guy got mad at me for not having my second remote, when no one in the 3 times I've talked to them in the last few days, had said that I needed to bring in my second remote. And said I need to bring it in again and they will give me another remote afterwords. So I have had to go in 4 different times in the last 2 weeks. They have been rude and sarcastic and they actually hadn't given me,military discount even after showing them a valid military ID and they refused to refund me the $30 it would've been. Yes, it's only $30 but I spent about $600 total, so the least they could do is give me the discount that made me choose them. Very Very displeased with them. I will not be going back. We really wish that we had just gone to Car Toys life my,fiance did for his. They have bent,over backwards to keep us happy. I'm already having more issues with my remote start and will be going in to demand my money back. Never again will I go there, not would I recommend anyone go there. I would not recommend Snows Auto. I had them install A stereo in my car Jan 31 2019. They damaged the door Panel on the drivers side. Tyler the Manager Said they would replace it. Here we are six months later And still no door Panel. The Install was Very poor Quality. They used Tape to connect wires together Not Connectors. The dashboard was not reattached proper so it was extremely loose. The wires for the amp were not secured and sitting under the spare tire with the full weight of the tire sitting on it sitting on metal shavings. Also the door panel plugs were lost.On the new face plate the tabs were broken so it would not sit wright. the satellite antenna was sitting on the dash not attached. The rear channels were reversed. I am a master electrician the reason why I had them do the install for me is because I had elbow surgery And a broken Knee. So when I got my Car back I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the install. I am not one to leave a bad review but this was beyond bad and very unprofessional. I would give less stars if Yelp allowed me to. I have been dealing with them for a few years because of a shoddy autostart system they installed in my small car. You purchase something from them with a "lifetime" warranty and then they loose the proof you ever got something from them (keep receipt). After you PROVE the system is broken they tell you they will remove the system and send it to the manufacturer to get fixed and then re-installed in your car. After they removed it and I waited 1 month I politely asked where my system was and they again acted like they did not know who I was. Then they forgot what type of system I had Then they offered to replace it if I wanted to upgrade (give more money). When I FINALLY got it through there heads that all i wanted was a working auto start like I originally had they schedule me to come in at 10am on a Saturday. My time is important (at least to me) so I ask when it will be done and am told it will take 3 hours. I drop it off at 9am and show up at 2pm only to discover they haven't even started it yet. 4 hours after the work should have started. The boss kind of apologizes and asks to reschedule at a later date. I am then treated like they are doing me a favor by even fixing it. It was their system, their warranty, and as far as I am concerned their reputation. I don't care what you need, find it elsewhere. You'll be happier in the long run. read more

Went to have my windows tinted and they called 4 hours later saying they didn't get to my car and that I would have to reschedule and come back? I understand things happen, but this was handled so poorly and the guy was so rude/acted inconvenienced that I didn't even want them to do the job anymore and asked for a refund. Even after nicely expressing my frustration and why I had wanted a refund the situation was still handled very poorly. Took 2 weeks to get a refund. Had to call SEVERAL times and even had to go in once and kept getting the run around. I am amazed that they are still in business! Pay a little more and go somewhere else. Ridiculous how lame they are. If you want an A+ job done and customer service, I ended up getting my windows done at Ziebart which had my car all done and washed up in a timely matter. I try to avoid bad reviews but after having some work done at a competitor and seeing how easy this process can be when done by the right place I had to share my story. I told a friend recently not to use them and she had already set up the install...she regretted it too. If you are looking for a good installer for car audio and add on's just look north on division a couple more miles and you will find a better one! I went to snows to have my car's windows tinted. They were scheduling appointments a week earlier than any other shop and quoted the lowest price. I showed up and got my car checked in and was told it would take about half an hour, so I looked around the store for a while. About half an hour later they said they were done with my car. When they showed me the tint, the first thing I noticed was a bubble about an inch long and half an inch wide in the middle of my driver's window. The technician apologized and pressed the bubble out. I checked out the inside of the car to make sure the door panel and moldings were fine and to look for any more bubbles. About a minute after pressing the first bubble out, it reappeared even larger along with another. Someone went and got the technician back out to fix it again. There was some sort of liquid splattered on my door from the installation and I asked if they could clean that off too, which they did. I nervously paid the bill and went my way, assured that it's under a lifetime warranty. Overall, I think Snows will make sure you're satisfied in the end, but I did not get the impression that they strive for perfection the first time. Missing details like a large bubble in the driver's window and a fresh splatter on my clean door isn't a quality I look for in a shop that works on my car. If you're very particular about your car, I'd suggest looking someplace else even if it's a little more expensive. If you just need something done cheap and fast, Snow's has you covered. This isn't a horror story or a buyer beware - just something to keep in mind. read more

I purchased a remote start system from Snow's Auto. I dropped off my vehicle for installation. When I dropped of my vehicle I never advised the employee at Snow's Auto that I wanted anyone authorized to pick up my vehicle after the scheduled appointment was finished. I was advised that it would take 3-4 hours for the completion of the alteration and I would receive a call once the job was done. Later that day I was advised by my significant other that she had the car and that her brother went to Snow's Auto and picked up my vehicle on my behalf without my knowledge when he was dropping his vehicle at at that time. However, I was never notified by Snows Auto and I never authorized anyone to pick up my vehicle on my behalf. I believe this action was very negligent on Snows Auto in releasing my vehicle to someone who was not on my insurance, nor registered on the vehicle, or had my permission to pick up. When my significant other contacted Snows Auto they advised that they were not at fault and they always have individuals pick up vehicles for others. Later the same day I went and visited the store manager at Snow's Auto in regards to situation where I explained the situation and was advised that they were unable to help due to the vehicle was not damaged and they were unable to compensate for the poor negligence they had towards my handling of my vehicle. I do not recommend Snows Auto. I have yet to see if the remote start is working properly as designed since its only been a day since installation so I hope I dont find any issues. If so, I will be defiently taking my vehicle elsewhere to get fixed. read more

I was very disappointed with the way things were handled while getting my new cars windows tinted. We had an appointment last week, they brought the car back 30 mins late, spent 3 and a half hours tinting the windows and had yet to finish the job. So we then left with a car that didn't have all the windows tinted like we wanted. We still paid in full and had to come back a few days later to get our windows finished after being told we could come the next day and they would get us right in (the tinter apparently decided it was time to go home). Our appointment was at 12, they didn't get the car brought back until almost 2 hours later. We spoke with the manager and he seemed as if it wasn't a big deal and told us he would make sure to tell the tinter to get the car back. After the 2nd time of him telling us that, the car was finally brought back. I told an associate what my issue was and he instantly corrected it with a 50 dollar in store card where as the manager didn't do anything. There needs to be better scheduling and proper communication so this doesn't happen again. We spent multiple days and have lost out on time thanks to poor communication. read more

I went in to get my windows tinted in my brand new car and didn't look at the reviews. My mistake, I got suckered in by a "special price". During the process one of their window tinters knicked the vinyl on the passenger side door armrest with a razor blade. When I pointed it out after the job was complete, they said they couldn't do anything until the owner showed up on Monday. I had to call them to find out the plan instead of them calling me like they said they would. Finally they said they could fix it 5 days later! They gave the car back to me and said they had to wait until Monday to call tech support. When I got my car back the electrical was messed up, when I turned the headlights on, the lights in the dash turned off. I asked for a refund and they said they wouldn't refund the labor cost because there was nothing wrong with the installation. Another 20 minutes went by and I asked again. He then took it back. I should have just left at that point but I really thought they were going to put the wheels on. I waited another hour. Ok it's now been 2 1/2 hour since my APPOINTMENT. My husband showed up to see what was going on. He asked the manager why I had been there for 2 1/2 hours? He said they were working on it. My husband walked back to where they took the car. It was sitting there, no one working on it! My husband told them to forget it, he wanted his money back for the wheels and we would just leave. The "OWNER" jumped in. He said what am I supposed to do? Then someone took off two of my tires so I COULDN'T just leave. Then they went back to whatever they were doing. NOT putting my wheels on. Ok, now it's been 3 hours!!! My husband took the owner out there and threw a FIT!!! He made excuses and seemed to have no control over what was being done. After 3 3/4 hours I got my car back. In the meantime there was a lady that had been waiting 3 DAYS for her car. She was from out of town and they had called and said it was done. She had come in town twice because they said it was done. She was still waiting when we left. While I sat for over 3 1/2 hours I saw many unhappy customers coming in and out complaining about SHODDY workmanship, items purchased NOT working, and cars promised but NOT READY YET!!! I really don't know how they are in business. It's too bad because the owners grandfather opened the business in the 60s and we like to support local business, but this is one of those 3rd generation LOSERS!!! read more

Im writing this for a previous experience. I haven't been in Snows for a long time and theres a reason for that. I used to drive a 93 Cadillac Eldorado and I brought it in one time to Snows to have a stereo installed. They got it "installed" in a reasonable amount of time until I hit a little speed bump going 5 mph and the whole deck fell out of the bracket. When I took it back the Employee called the installer up to ask what had happened and the kid shrugged and said I couldn't figure it out!!! Then why the hell did you let me leave?!?! So they reinstalled it for me giving me a much longer wait and then I went across the street the next day and found the same deck for 30$ cheaper. Highly recommend you do not go to Snows Auto. read more
