He had my son's name along with mine on the statement. Modesto-The gentleman returned my call in a timely manner. Very nice guy. We needed to have two bedrooms shampooed and a sectional cleaned. He did a great job on the sectional, but the carpets were just as stained after he left as when he got there. Although we did have slime stuck in the carpet, there was no way to get that out, and I realize that. BUT...I was the one who got the regular stains out of the carpeting when he had finished. After speaking with a couple of people, I realized that we were overcharged for work (or lack of) that was done. Not having furniture or carpets cleaned in a long time, I did not do a second quote and I should have. Always get TWO quotes! Lesson learned!

I received a text reminding me of my appointment and he showed up 15 mins. early with Anthony, his trusty employee. Thirty minutes later and my carpet was clean looking and fresh smelling. I can't believe I waited so long to have my carpet cleaned. I will never waste my time again using my Rug Doctor. My carpet upstairs now looks as good as my new flooring downstairs.
