I then got excited at the thought of having pie since it was a bit of a colder day but then they didn't have pie that day either. I opted for the swirl concrete with waffle cone pieces, but it just tasted like all chocolate and i'm not a fan of chocolate so it was just a really disappointing experience lol The place was pretty busy and everyone was super nice. The picnic tables were pretty clean and I liked the twinkling lights on the fence and along the gutters. There was a nice selection of the typical diner items like cheeseburgers and fries and other fried items. A variety of custard, shakes, malts, and concretes. I ordered a chocolate brownie batter and cookie dough concrete that was very good and nice portions. My daughter ordered a chocolate ice cream cone dipped in chocolate. The server said she messed up the first cone she made and offered that so it didn't go to waste. Then she came with the final, but we realized after we got in the car that it was vanilla instead of chocolate. She enjoyed the cone regardless and I know they were busy so little mistake. We will probably be back sometime. Go ahead and give it a try!

We went here to get my sibling a birthday treat. He got the almond cone and let me try some. It's a…read morereally interesting new take on an ice cream cone but I would not buy it again. The cone is made out of something like a croissant. It's not bad but it's not really practical. It's not possible to hold this cone so it's placed in a cup and then that cup is placed in another cup. So it's really hard to eat the cone part and the ice cream melted so much because of the heat so it was just a big mess. Random note, I now like almond slices on ice cream. Never really cared for putting nuts on food before, but it has a really nice crunch. It was clean with music that wasn't too loud and room to sit down and enjoy our treat. If you are getting one of the cones you need to eat it there otherwise it will be completely melted by the time you get where ever you're going.
