The lady waiting on me said that this process allows them to keep the drive thru order line moving swiftly. Now as an aside. I did not go to the DQ closest to my home which would be in Union, MO due to the reviews I read on YELP. Whomever manages there better wake up; read the reviews; and fix their customer service issues before they go out of business. Washington DQ. You are awesome!
