We were not disappointed! We have tried nitro ice cream a few times in STL, but at a much higher price than here. For $3.50 you can get a regular sized ice cream (with 1 mix-in) and for $4.50 you can get a large. The premium flavors have a slight upcharge, but it's still very reasonable compared to what you'll pay at Ices Plain & Fancy or somewhere similar. The two working behind the counter the night we came here were nice and seemed like really hard workers, they might have been the owners. I pulled out of drive thru, parked and entered the indicated door. She patiently took my order and asked and answered questions. I now have the cake ordered for my nephew's birthday! I added a buster bar to my total, paid, and received a receipt for pick up via drive thru next Saturday. All very nicely handled and I look forward to receiving the cake next week. The lady waiting on me said that this process allows them to keep the drive thru order line moving swiftly. Now as an aside. I did not go to the DQ closest to my home which would be in Union, MO due to the reviews I read on YELP. A 501-3C organization that supports charities, offers scholarships ( both college/university and trade school. Each year the Ambassadors go to businesses in the Lake St. Louis area asking for donations. The donations are used for our Christmas party auctions and Trivia Contest Night. All of the businesses; restaurants, coffee shops, pizza shops, grocery stores fast food, and others donate. Clementine's always turn us down. The Ambassadors also collect printed advertising from those who donate and place the adverisments in a Welcome Bag for new residents. Even Mueller Furniture donates. Ad a matter of fact Mueller is our largest sponsor of all our activities. Including our annual fireworks display. Cold Stone Creamer in Hawk Ridge is a supporter and offers wonderfully treats.
