I really enjoyed this restaurant. Upon walking in my sister and I was immediately greeted and shown to a table. Donovan was our server. He was friendly, helpful and eager to assist . The ambiance reminded me of the sitcom Cheers! Heated indoor area , decorated with Xmas decorations. Looking outside you can look into beautiful waters and listen to the Amtrak train as it passes by. They offer an holiday cocktail list that did not disappoint. The Grinch and Jack Frost were the choices . I attached the ingredients list below. Meat pizza was incredibly delicious. Hot , fresh cooked to order, and a chicken bacon sandwich with queso fries . This was the best meal we had in a while. Great food, Great drink and great service. 10/10!

Blue Cheese bacon burger. I had lettuce, pickle A1 and mustard on mine. Solid.

Had a solid lunch here today. On the riverfront in Washington, it looks like a fun place to have some beers and bar food. My blue cheese and bacon burgers was one of the better ones I've ever had and the wings were nice and crispy. Server did a nice job as well. Enjoyable experience overall.

We stumbled upon Marquart's Landing and I asked a couple coming out the door if the food was good. They responded favorably and we were quite hungry so we gave it a go. There's a small indoor area that seemed a little dark and it was pretty nice out so we chose to sit in the courtyard. On the other side of the courtyard there was a bar area that was open to the outside and had additional tables. There were some televisions with baseball playing. We were sat next to the stage, where a singer was warming up. That was fine and good but there was also a radio playing so the combination of the two (especially since we were under a speaker) was a bit much. The radio was eventually turned off before the singer started his set. We were so hungry I forgot to take photos of the food before we dug in! I ordered the spicy brisket sandwich with onion rings. The sandwich was very good! The brisket was tender and delicious and had a sauce that combined bbq and hot sauce. It was a good marriage of flavors! There was also cheddar cheese and it was served on a hoagie. The onion rings were okay, but it seemed like maybe the oil they were fried in needed to be changed out. There was a slightly fishy flavor to them. My husband ordered the chicken nachos, which was a large portion of chips, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and queso. Salsa, sour cream and jalapeños were served on the side. He ate them all, which surprised our waitress - and he felt they were average. From the courtyard we could watch the swollen river flow past and the pedestrian and car traffic on the main drag.

Half of a patty melt and sweet potato puffs

Lively place on the waterfront that promises excellent service and quality food. Our server was prompt, informative, and was helpful. The food was not to disappoint - patty melt was seasoned well, not greasy, and toasted just right. It really hit the spot. The Reuben was balanced with melt in your mouth cheese and corned beef. The rye had just enough tang to make you take notice of the true Reuben sandwich. The chicken wings were fried decently and I had one - forgetting my mom got the sauce in the side. The sweet potato puffs could have been more crisp and was dusted with a cinnamon sugar that reminded me of a sweet potato pie, without the marshmallows. Electric atmosphere and a distinguished place to try when in Washington!

Surprisingly, a lot of places seemed to be closed on a Sunday, but this place was open. We walked in and had to seat ourselves. You could tell immediately that they were short staffed. There was one bartender and two waitresses. Both waitresses running around like crazy. None of the tables were cleared, we could hear them both complaining to one another and we heard several customers state they were unhappy with either their food or the service. One of the items (buttered penne) on the kids menus that we wanted to order for our son supposedly wasn't served that day, so right off the bat, I was a little disappointed. Their food all comes in those tin to go containers, which was a little odd. Everything seemed sort of dirty. I honestly didn't take any pics because I was just wanting to eat and go. The staff was nice - and by staff I mean the waitress - the bartender looked as inconvenienced as ever when we walked in - that was probably the only Positive - aside from getting to watch the trains go by.
