Travis was a great bartender. The other bartender was long Ish hair shoulder length also made us a drink, but it was overly sweet and not good at all. Travis is very kind of about it and just dumped the drinks out and remade us drinks. read more

Kitchen was closed before 5 PM on new years. The place looked like a frat house that hadn't been cleaned in months (comes with the awkward group of 21 year old dudes and everything). Yelp's pictures are insanely deceiving. read more

This place is a great place to hang out, watch some sports on their many tvs & play pool or darts! We had a lovely evening. There were roughly 18 of us. The servers took such great care of us. They were very attentive. The food was really good! I had the chicken wings and then my husband & I shared a cheeseburger. My burger was so good! I forgot to get a pic ‍ My friends all raved about their food, as well. The chef came out to talk to our table.... She was a doll! We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners & they were lovely & said they truly appreciated our patronizing their business. It was a great night with wonderful friends! A few months ago, I left several positive reviews about this place. Unfortunately, that would be my last positive review. Our last 3 visits have been less than mediocre. Let's talk service or lack of. The service is almost nonexistent unless you are a friend of the bartender. The staff has no idea if there are any specials, they literally ignore you even when you walk up to the bar. As a customer, I don't appreciate feeling like I am a nuisance for patronizing the business. The place is dirty. The floors need to be vacuumed and the bathrooms need attention. Seeing this in the dining area makes you question what the kitchen looks like. Management needs to set standards and maintain them. It appears as if no one cares about the place. Sadly, we will not return. We had high hopes in the beginning but the last few visits have been disappointing. If I could give negative stars in this review I would. read more

Ordered the Carne Asada fries for an appetizer. Came out with no plates or silverware. While presentation was great the meat was inedible, with no plates or napkins to spit it into. So full of fat and gristle there was no meat left. We waited awhile for our order to be taken, a drink refill, and plates and utensils. We never got them. We left after 10-15 minutes of waiting. Table next to us was complaining as we were leaving so I guess no one in the dining room was getting service. Bathrooms were also very dirty and the toilet shifted as soon as you sat down. No effort went into fixing this place up. I'd skip this place for watching the game. read more

My wife and I moved away from O'Fallon back in May to Arizona. Touchdowns was coming soon in the old Playoffs location. We were excited when we came back to O'Fallon to see family, to try out Touchdowns and to spend a Sunday watching football. We walked in at 11:45 on a Sunday morning and there were 2 people at the bar and 4 I believe in the restaurant. We walked around the bar to sit on the backside and both TV's were off. I asked if they were broken or just not turned on. The bartender said they were broken. So not a good start to our first visit. We went to the other side of the bar and I asked if they had the Sunday ticket since every tv was on the same channel. She didn't know what that was and would ask someone. After waiting several minutes for an answer we decided that this wasn't the place for us. All we can rate on was the atmosphere and service. Your name is "Touchdowns" but the atmosphere said dark and gloomy and dead quiet. Sorry, I hope you are working out kinks but probably won't return on our next visit to O'Fallon. read more

On 11/3/24 my wife and I arrived around 5:50pm, we were told to sit anywhere. We sat in the middle of several tables in the room near the pool tables. We waited for minutes and no one greeted us, no water, no menus, zero service. We just sat there. After waiting 30 minutes we left. We headed to The Corner Pub across hwy K. They were also busy. We were seated immediately and within maybe five minutes we were greeted, had water, menus, and drink orders taken and drinks given to us. Service we had at Corner Pub exceptional. Good luck to Touchdown Pub, if you don't change your business model, you won't be around very long. read more

The women's bathrooms are absolutely filthy. I'm talking dried blood on the stalls. The handicapped stall was dripping water so when trying to use the toilet you have water dripping all over you. Kind of afraid to eat here given how dirty the bathrooms are. Drinks are good and service is just fine but the dirtiness is concerning of the restrooms. read more

We went here to watch a football playoff game on 1/12/25. We ordered a drink, was looking at the menu to order lunch and asked if we could get the sound of the game on instead of the stereo. The bartender said she had to ask. She came back and said NO. The name of your business is Touchdown and you won't turn on the sound for a playoff game? We payed for our drinks and left. We went across the street To Barrels Taphouse and Grill, they had the sound of the game on so we had lunch and drinks there. read more

Be mindfull when paying in cash at this establishment. The bartender will take your money without leaving a receipt. When questioned the cameras are not in a visual quality that supports the patrons. Sad experience over $20. You have been warned. Credit card only is my suggestion. read more

Service for table was EXTREMELY slow. We waited at one point 30 minutes for drink refills. Eventually we had to go to bar tender to have him refill our drinks. First bar tender was on her phone most of the time not helping other staff running the floor. We saw several people walk in and walk right back out because no one came to their table(after they waiting probably 15 min) The tables around us had issues with the food being correct. Our food was correct and actually was delicious(chicken tenders and pesto pasta). The staff had issues trying to get football on tvs(for 15-20 min which was at noon when we arrived). Which they do have a great selection of TVs there. No music was on or football sound. So it was a weird silence. We also had ordered a bucket of beer which sat at the bar for around 15 min while bar tender was still on her phone with nothing to do. My husband finally went up to the bar to get that bucket of beer. The inside was great and has a lot of potential. They need to work on service to survive. This was our 2nd time there. First time was just a drink at the bar and the service was still rough. As the bar tender was playing pool with her friend instead of working and still had to wait forever for drink refills. read more

The people saving this place are the bartender and the kind folks that brought us our food. The bartender came out from the bar and he was great making sure we are okay and the people who brought us our food were amazing. Our server was a bit drab, she asked if we were doing okay and keep walking while we were like yes we would like to order food. But the best part were the kids who were loud and disruptive while we were trying to watch football (Touchdowns is a football bat, right?!) as they destroyed the dart games and climbed into the the basketball game. Did I mention they were the restaurant/bar's manager's kids?? As a mom who raised more than the manager's 2, even having to take mine to the office as well, that was ridiculous and should be an embarrassment. We will come again hoping to find the same awesome bartender (definitely sit at the bar!!) and hoping the manager is at home putting her circus to bed. read more
