We were greeted promptly and sat in the bar area. I was able to enjoy lunch at Corner Pub. I ordered the Salmon bowl and it was quite delicious. Nice healthy bowl with brown rice, veggies and salmon topped with a sauce. This was a great addition as I am unsure if this is new or not. I also ordered buffalo wings and they were decent. My lunch companion ordered mozzarella sticks and salmon bowl as well. We ordered Cadillac margaritas cocktail and it was decent. I learned that all Cadillac margaritas do not come with grand Marnier so we ordered a shot on the side. I thought Grand Marnier was standard. Our bartender was helpful and gave recommendations when we asked. This was my third time attending and the ambiance is always nice. I love their patio and planned to return when it gets warmer. Was there today as we hosted a Baby Shower in their event room. We had the BEST servers Chloe and Alexis! We had 30 guest plus or minus and they kept ever single glass full, kept checking in on everyone making sure they didn't need anything else, and were extremely polite and personable! The Manager was great to work with as well allowing us to get there at 10:30 to set up and make sure everything was ready for our shower starting. The food was sooo tasty and fresh! The guest of honor has lots of food allergies and with the catering menu and help of servers and manager, we were able to provide her a full meal of items she could eat with her allergies! There were so many compliments on the food from all the guest as well. We can't thank our staff we encountered and our servers Chloe and Alexis enough for going above and beyond for event. Visited 8/3 for lunch, found a Chicken Spedini bowl on the menu as a Mon/Tue special. It was delicious!! Lots of protein, and you can get with either brown or cauliflower rice. The patio was closed due to extreme heat, but it looks like a great place to have a meal and some cocktails! Our server, Randy, was good! He was personable, answered questions about menu items, and made some recommendations. The food was the downfall. The people we met had ordered Stuffed 'Shrooms for the table before we arrived. They were very average. My husband got the Fish 'N Chips and was very underwhelmed. He said the fish was very heavily breaded and overcooked.I had the Brisket Tacos and they weren't great. There were two in the order and the tortillas were stuffed full. Unfortunately, they weren't stuffed with brisket. There was very little meat, a large piece of gristle, and a lot of toppings. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn't live up to the same standard. The food was mediocre for the price. Nothing stood out as memorable, and for what we paid, I expected much better quality and flavor. It felt more like bar food at a premium price tag. On top of that, the bathrooms were disappointing. I've had to stand there while we wait for an employee to come out and seat us. This just sets a poor tone for the entire meal. One of my favorites! The ambiance is great! Staff are always super friendly and the food is yummy! I love the CPG Chicken club and I get sweet potato fries which are delish! We also had pickle chips as an app which were amazing. They had a little spice which I liked. My husband had wings and enjoyed them. I have been to The Corner Pub several times and I really like the bar area, especially the outdoor bar area! It is very nice with a lot of good beers on tap. The bar service and food is good. Many times I go there just because I want to sit outside in their outdoor bar area and watch various sports games. Usually, I am disappointed because it seems to be closed most of the time. Is there a way that you can publish on your website if the outdoor BAR and patio are open? This would definitely cause me to go there more often and I think others would too. read more

Amazing ambiance! We were actually planning on brunch next door but due to the long wait time, we walked over to Corner Pub and I am so grateful we did. It was so cute and accommodating inside and out! The food was very yummy! The sandwich had good chicken and a good sauce- a little spin on the classic buffalo. The tea was good too. The service was alright, the waitress was very unenthusiastic and forgetful, but nothing crazy enough to deduct a star. One neat feature about this restaurant is their outdoor game called Baldango! As I write this I am sitting across the street at another establishment. I arrived around 5:30 and found a bar stool unoccupied. I sat down and saw three bartenders working. I waited patiently for someone to at least say hello to me. 10 minutes later( watch your cameras) someone gave me a menu and asked me what I wanted to drink. 10 minutes later, still no drink, nobody else said a word to me. I told the girl next to me I guess I'm not getting my beer. I walked out without anyone saying a word to me. I know your ratings are good and I get being busy( I run a 25 million dollar store) so my expectation is to at least say I'm sorry we are swamped. Nothing. The first time I came here I got one of their spicy fried chicken sandwiches and was not impressed at all it was just too saucy and very wet. Everyone else at my table was impressed with their meal however. This time I got the blackened chicken sandwich with the chips and it was slightly better. The "blackened" was actually slightly burnt rather than being a layer of spices cooked into the chicken. The house chips were delicious. I've been here several times now and have been pleased every time. In fact, it is turning out to be the place I take fellow co-works to for lunch when I'm in the O'Fallon area. There is plenty of parking and the decor is very nice, with high ceilings and plenty of room around the tables offering some privacy. I always like a place where they don't jam up the place with tables making it hard to get around and hearing other conversations going on. The menu has a nice variety of options to please just about everyone. The staff is very friendly and they do a good job in taking the orders and checking back to ensure our drinks are good and everything is okay.
