It was our first time in - we bellied up to the bar, where there were drink menus and a food menus for the browsing. We were advised to order at "the window" for food (clever) & did so. I have ony found this in St. Louis but it is probably my favorite way to have wings. The burnt ends were cooked perfect. The wings didn't look right when they came out, you can see in the picture that they look burned. They were not, the sauce was put on and allowed to cook until it carmelized. They fell off the bone, who doesn't love that? I am pretty sure I have eaten at another Salt and Smoke near the stadium. I will come here again.
