Fried pickles and Ruben egg rolls
    Kylie H.

DELISH. Went for the first time after a round of golf at Turtle Ridge. The Ruben egg rolls are surprising and RECOMMEND. The chicken was seasoned perfectly and the chips are homemade. People are friendly but a little dark. Definitely more of a bar in the evenings, but a great, easy-going spot for lunch on the weekends.. Yum!

Some co workers and I came in for a quick lunch on a Friday. The place was busy but the service was still good. We were able to get our food and check in a timely manner to get back to school. This time I got the Rueben egg rolls. The Rueben rolls were okay. They did not have a lot of flavor and it mostly just tasted like fried dough. This wasn't necessarily bad I just wish there was another flavor I could have tasted.

Staff here were super nice even tho bar out numbered them Friday night. Made me this great cocktail called peach blitz. Loud and packed bar with TVs going. This was my first time here but I don't mind coming back with friends.

    Steak sandwich.

Overall, 4.0+ rated experience for homemade foods, friendly service, relaxed ambience and a great meeting spot for family or friends! Expect to pay $13-15pp for a meal. Today I tried a bowl of creamy Potato Soup, topped with Bacon and Cheese - delicious! Oh yea, paired well with a cold brew too. For entrees, ordered the Bert's house burger (combo chuck/brisket/short rib) with Swiss and Mushrooms - hits the spot! Comes with a generous portion of fresh cut fries yum! Also ordered a French Dip (to-go), with shaved beef, Swiss, au jus and a horseradish cream. They were light-staffed today, so service was slower, but with a good pint and decent food, just relax and enjoy the atmosphere! Many other menu items to choose, so I will return soon to try their other mouth-watering meals. ENJOY!

Can you get more St. Louis than an Irish Bar located in the Soulard area of St. Louis? I guess I…read moreshould say pub. I told my son I have never been here in my life. I ordered their pork chop, which came with asparagus and layered potatoes. The pork chop was served with a chutney sauce made from apricot, black, and golden raisins. This pork chop is somewhat unique to St. Louis; it's a huge bone-in chop, nothing in Naples, FL can compare. My chop was cooked perfectly. Now, as to never being here, I am exiting the building. There is a small dining area with an Irish band playing. I turned to my son and said I had been here before, pointed to the table I sat at, and told him I had Irish stew. It was in my drinking days, and I am sure I sang all the tunes with the band.

We were seated and it was even busier. It took some time to order drinks and even longer to order and receive our food. Nothing unreasonable especially given the sheer amount of people there. But guess what we enjoyed our table conversations while the drinks were routinely refreshed and when the food arrived it was perfect. While "just basic bar sandwiches and a burger " everything was prepared as ordered. The appropriate temps. Mostly importantly it was just good tasting. Hats off to the cooks and the service providers! Impressive

Or, some well cocktails, do not expect them to build you a craft margarita. Not a knock on Bleachers, just not their forte. This is a spot where you see a lot of locals. Which, in some cases can be good, in others? Bad. The verdict Bleacher's? Still out. Same thing with the food. You will get your traditional dive bar food. The buffalo wings have good flavor, but were a bit dry, and could have used more buffalo sauce. I thought the buffalo sauce was good. Tangy, and buttery with that quintessential buffalo sauce spice that is not over powering, but just hot enough for you to feel it. I did, however, thoroughly enjoy their tavern style pizza. That crispy, charred crust was fantastic. The pepperonis were greasy, but not so much that the pizza was soggy. It was fantastic, in my opinion. On the other hand, the deluxe pizza could have been cooked a bit longer. However, I think the deluxe is a bit harder to get right in terms of bake time with so many ingredients. The bacon was starting to blacken but the cheese hadn't started bubbling. Nonetheless, if you are on O'fallon and looking for a neighborhood sports bar you can count on to serve you some brews and digs then you can count on Bleacher's. You won't be blown away by the freshness or the flavor. But, at the end of the day, sometimes we just need a reliable spot to grab a decent slice, and watch the Cardinals. Well, Bleacher's has your back
