I did enjoy the pasta and cocktails. The wings were also good. Service was really good as well.

4 food 5 service (Faith) 4 ambiance Another great family business serving St. Louis style Italian fare. The Parmesan crusted white fish in lemon cream sauce is a standout dish. I just love those crispy edges on the large filet of sole. I chose sautéed spinach as my side, but they also offer mixed veggies, peas with mushrooms, or roasted potatoes. These are 5 star options in my opinion. I ordered a dinner salad for an uncharge and it was good, but it used to be better. Iceberg lettuce was mostly the white part and their house dressing tastes like ranch, so just be aware. My server quickly exchanged it for a sweet Italian dressing at my request. Faith is an exceptional server and was on top of things. I would have liked to sit outside on this the first sunny & warmish day of the year, but they allow smoking on the patio and someone was out there doing just that.

I came here with a friend for a celebratory dinner - their choice of restaurant. It was my first time. Andddd I was underdressed lol. This is a classy place! I loved the decor inside and the intimate feel. We arrived while it was still happy hour and friend ordered a glass of wine on special, we also ordered appetizers on special - cheese garlic bread and fried artichokes. Both were amazing. I swear I will have to order that cheese garlic bread every time I go. It was fluffy and delicious! I ordered the cannelloni, which is an in house secret recipe that apparently only one employee knows and they handmake it for all the locations. Sadly i didn't love it as much as I hoped, but I think it was preference. The noodle itself was very thick and i didn't care for the mixing of the sauces on top. I had the dinner salad with it and it was delicious - I really enjoyed the house dressing. Service was also excellent. Drinks stayed filled, the waitress offered dish recommendations ( I asked) and the were polite and friendly. Really made us feel like valued customers :) I will definitely be back to try more dishes on the menu.

Love Massas! You can't go wrong with anything here. The Pepe meat ball app and Pepe medallions are a must to try! Love their massas Italian salad, Caesar salad and seafood pasta! We also love their lasagna and stuffed mushrooms. They are always busy so I recommend getting a reservation, arriving early or opting for the bar. We love their bar, it is a great casual spot for both talking to new people and some good people watching. Their bartenders are great and their food is always on point!

10/10 across the board from the service, to the kitchen, to the cleanliness and welcoming of the restaurant allll the way to the kitchen‼ I don't typically give 10/10 unless it is deserving and they earned this. The waitress we had was very friendly and attentive, never had to wait for refills. All of the food was great to the point we ate until we were stuffed. All the staff was so nice and we will definitely be returning.

The Decadent Dissonance: A Cheesecake Review by the World's Foremost Authority By Sir Reginald P. Wensleydale, PhD in Cheesecakery In a dimly lit room, where the tablecloths are darker than a chocolatier's soul and whispers of crème brûlée echo faintly off the candlelight, I encountered a slice of cheesecake that dared to step into the arena of the bold and the baroque. What lay before me wasn't merely dessert--it was a clash of ambition and aesthetic, an audacious play between structure, sweetness, and sass. Let us begin with the composition: a triangular shard of classic cheesecake, cut with clinical precision but cloaked in chaos. The canvas of creamy, ivory-hued custard was draped--no, assaulted--with unapologetic streaks of chocolate ganache and caramel sauce, zigzagging like the frenetic brushstrokes of a pastry chef in existential crisis. The toppings alone could trigger a sugar coma in lesser mortals. And then there were the pecans. Toasted, yes, and thankfully unsweetened, they served as the only counterbalance in this sugar-soaked symphony. Their rustic crunch added texture, but their placement felt more like a topping avalanche than a carefully curated garnish. Still, the nuttiness lingered just long enough to remind you that not all was lost in the syrup storm. Texture-wise, the cheesecake base held its ground. Dense, but not oppressive. Creamy, with a whisper of tang. The crust--a detail unseen but certainly tasted--was of the classic graham lineage: buttery, faintly crisp, and loyal to its duty. It did not seek applause, but it deserved it. Now to the critique. There is such a thing as too much ambition in plating. This slice was overwhelmed by its own sauces, drowning in a presentation that valued drama over discernment. The chocolate and caramel warred for dominance, and the cheesecake--supposed to be the star--was relegated to the role of mediator. The whole dish screamed for restraint, a lesson in how excess can undermine excellence. And yet, I cannot call it a failure. It is the sort of dessert one remembers--not necessarily because it was perfect, but because it tried so hard to be unforgettable. And in a world of mediocre confections, that effort deserves respect. Final Verdict: A daring, over-dressed diva of a cheesecake. Not subtle, not shy, and certainly not balanced--but in its wild chaos, there's a certain twisted charm. 7.8 out of 10 forks. Would pair with a strong espresso and a stronger constitution. Stay sweet, Sir Reginald P. Wensleydale, Keeper of the Crust, Baron of Bain-Marie, and Dean of the International Order of Cheesecake Aficionados Thank you for so much for suggesting this Alyssa!

Went here for Father's Day! They have great pizza. They also have great service. Our waitress was great. She was outgoing, friendly, and very efficient. I loved all the chandeliers in restaurant. They are beautiful. They also had live music when we went. It was entertaining. The food was great and so was the service.

Rare steak when I ordered medium. This was after reheating on day two.

I have been to this location twice and I don't think I'll be back. I hear people literally rave about this place but all of those people are drinkers so I have to assume they've already been drinking when they eat. The food is mediocre at best. I went yesterday with my daughter for the second time. I ordered the steak medallions, medium temp. I ate one and took the other two home. The one I ate was medium rare; I just heated up the other two and cut into them and they are rare, after heating up in the microwave. My Caesar salad had a super funny/odd taste and by midnight last night, I was sick from both ends. I went to the ER this morning after being sick all night and they confirmed it was food poisoning. The only other thing I ate yesterday was a bowl of cereal and a candy bar. I tried to contact the restaurant and was told the manager would contact me tomorrow but they hung up on me before taking down my contact info. The only reason I gave two stars is because my five year old didn't get sick (she got the kids linguine with marinara) and the service was okay.

The link was clunky, and after working through it laboriously, we managed to cobble together a 40.00 drink order combined. This is where the real trouble began. We were using two different devices for two different orders. On both orders we had trouble finding the "shots" option. One party eventually did. The other order kept defaulting to adding pretzels (required by law to get alcohol to go, apparently) even though we were planning to stay on site. Finally decided to just do one order and managed to shed the pretzels. We did all of this chaotic legwork instead of chatting and being out... and then the order asked for a tip. Normally I'm one of those huge over tippers- 20% minimum, usually 30% or more, but this gave me pause. It's like being asked to tip at Walmart. I just mucked through Narwhals computer system as free labor and they want me to tip? No. Didn't matter anyway because there wasn't an option to pay on either phone. We left and went to Firebirds for happy hour instead. It's 400 feet away, fantastic drinks, great price, patrons don't have to work for free, and there is an actual reason to tip. Ironically, the payment option for Narwhals showed up after we left. Maybe it was a signal issue? Ha. Jokes on them. If you go to Firebirds, I'd recommend the cherry old fashioned or the pineapple martini. Both excellent. Can't say about Narwhals and I won't be back to ever find out.
