Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly, and while I can't speak to the speed during their busy times (I've always come on off hours) I always got my order quickly. The restaurant is part of a strip mall with savers and there's plenty of parking (at least during non-peak hours). Upon arrival, I was informed by staff that I could not bring my personal tumbler, which contained protein water. The policy prohibits outside beverages, including water, regardless of whether they are sold on-site. I have allergies to many of the items available at the venue and was hoping to enjoy my day while staying hydrated with my own clean water. I use a metal container specifically to avoid microplastics, fluoride, and unnecessary chemical exposure common in many bottled or plastic alternatives. The manager explained that outside tumblers are not permitted because other guests might do the same. However, I observed the manager himself carrying and using his own personal tumbler filled with a beverage brought from home (not purchased on-site). This created an unfortunate perception of inconsistency in policy enforcement. For health-conscious individuals, those with dietary restrictions or allergies, or anyone preferring to avoid plastic and chemical-laden beverages, this policy may present a challenge. I would recommend considering this before visiting if maintaining control over your hydration and personal wellness choices is important to you.
