Then the young kid employee told him what was supposed to go in a banana split. Dennis took it back and put one big blob of pineapple in the corner of the container. Remember, it was a to go order in a little plastic tray like container with a lid. I then asked him if he put the pecans on it and he said "yes." We got home and there were no pecans on it. I was happy that the chocolate chunks were more fudgy than crunchy, and I really like that they didn't use artificial colorings or flavorings in this ice cream (per their website - I like being able to see all the ingredients in what I'm eating!) It looks like they had a lot of fun flavors, from apple pie to lemon blackberry to caramel espresso, along with all the usual suspects. I will definitely say yes to the next Oberweis store I see!

Upon entering, we were greeted by the workers and my nose became filled with the sweet smells of waffle cones, and ice cream. They have so many different flavors to choose from. Prices are reasonable, and there is plenty of seating inside to sit, or take a stroll through the neighbourhood and enjoy! I opted to get a waffle bowl with gooey butter cake and brown butter almond brittle. Both ice creams were delicious. The gooey butter cake had pieces of gooey butter cake, and the brown butter almond brittle had almond brittle pieces in it. It was sweet, yet salty, and savoury. The waffle bowl was crunchy, and sweet. I will definitely be back to try new flavours!
