Portions are generous. The small is anything but small. That said, I need to subtract a couple of stars. For one, the wait was really long. It wasn't very busy, but it took about 7-8 minutes to get my son's ice cream after ordering, and another 5 afterwards to get mine. For another, the soft serve machine was down, even though the shop is brand new. Overall, Gilligan's is solid, but not spectacular. I'd go again if it were in my town, but it's not worth the drive for me.

We called ahead to let them know we were coming since we had 14 this trip and they don't take reservations. When we arrived we spoke to Jesse and let her know that there were 14 of us, it was already pretty busy and it's a pretty small space but she said she would make it work. We had arrived about a half hour earlier than everyone was meeting so we could secure seating and in the end, it all worked out! Jesse is a phenomenal asset to the restaurant! Not only did she figure out our seating, she was personable , upbeat, and on top of the whole room it seemed like. While waiting for the rest of our group we sat at the high-top tables and chatted with a couple of regulars. They gave us lots of good scoop on what to order and their recommendations were spot on. So friendly! We ordered wings, the Olive Juice Forever pizza, the BBQ chicken without onion, and a giant cinnamon roll for dessert. I loved the wings, good flavor, a good amount of sauce. We got them with ranch; it was good but very dill forward if you need to know. The Olive Juice Forever pizza was Olive Oil, mozzarella, kalamata olives, green olives, garlic, red onion, and a touch of sausage and pepperoni. I really enjoyed it, afraid it would be too salty =but it was perfect. The crust was puffy, charred perfectly, and had a good chewy bite. The giant cinnamon roll was giant! We would order it again, it was very good. I also had a beer; a Kona Big Wave or Mango Cart mixed with the Main and Mill draft. I and I really liked it. I am not a bike rider, but I do love pizza and this place was great from the service to the atmosphere to the food and drink.

This is what you wanna see in a store. The service is always exceptional, and I'm very appreciative of it. Alayna Smith is the best to ever do it she's quick attentive and has the soul of a saint! Payton is very kind and every time I visit Friday she writes wonderful and effective writings such as "Have a great day!" or "Happy Friday" Makayla is very kind as well! She always takes care of me in a speedy manor but very effective... and I mean very effective the smoothie is usually gone by the time I get home. Could never forget Chad and Rob they both have smiles that light up the room. They are amazing people that work hard and I guess you can predict they're fast and effective too... The place hadn't changed too much in years, just the addition of more items than I remember. I come here regularly now that I live in the area, and pardon the pun but as a convenience store, I find it extremely convenient. I stop in for sodas, and quick snacks on the way to work, and I'm usually in an out in no time flat, which is always a good thing in my book. The people that I deal with that work there, are pleasant to talk to, and are quick and efficient at their job, yet another plus for added bonus. I also like the fact that you can get items here that you can't find at other places in town, which is another reason for stopping here regularly. The store is clean and well maintained, and the prices are the same at many other "quick shops" or dare I say it 7-11's.. remember folks, its a convenience store, and it doesn't always mean convenient prices.. don't let that deter you from stopping here, it really is a convenience...
