One small serving is all they give you, and it's not enough for 4 tenders. The only thing that will bring me back, will be that Hot Peach sauce. My husband ordered the same sandwich with the Nashville hot sauce- he didn't think the sauce was spicy nor did I. Brand new, had to try it.. sadly wasn't thrilled. They have a great concept, never fried chicken and sides. Cool in concept, but takes a long time in execution. I came with my wife and son, they went and got a poke bowl next door and I got the chicken tenders with sweet potato tots. The restaurant was about half full and not very busy. I was excited to try some of the different sauces and as someone who likes air fried chicken tenders, I was curious to how their food tasted. The food was ok.. for being baked I expected the food to have a stronger flavor. The chicken was crispy and juicy, just seemed to lack flavor, the water tots are baked as well, they were very wet. My wife said oily, but just super wet. They tasted ok, different, just maybe not what I was expecting. The price was good, but my biggest issue was that it took around 30 minutes for my food. In fact, my wife and son got their food and ate their food from next door before I got my food. I understand, when I ordered my food they said it would be 15-20 minutes, but it took around 30 minutes. It came hot, but still, for a fast casual restaurant, 30 minutes is a LONG time. First impression nice inside, but holy smokes was it FREEZING inside. It was so cold we almost had to leave right away to eat somewhere else. Hopefully they turn the air a bit warmer for next time. With the menu on the wall you choose your chicken; whether it we a sandwich, tenders etc and if you want it to be grilled/oven baked "naked" or with their homestyle breading and seasoning. You can also add an additional rub as well. Last step is choosing your sauces. Once you're ready you order at the counter and they will bring it out to you. We opted for a chicken sandwich homestyle, and two orders of tenders with tater tots with three drinks. This is where I was a bit bummed and taken aback because no meal is a combo. Everything is an add on from tater tots to salad etc and if you want additional ranch extra. Things like that. For three people our bill was around $50. This won't be somewhere unfortunately I frequent with cost so high. That would be pretty hard to feed my entire large family. I will say it was pretty good. One of the best chicken sandwiches I have had. I love that nothing is fried and all oven baked. Tomatoes and lettuce was fresh. I added their signature sneaky sauce to my sandwich which comes o n the side if you chose to order it. I like you can control how little or how much you like. I also loved the mango habanero. I tried the fools gold sauce and was not a fan at all. Way too much of a mustard acidic taste to me. The location was clean and everyone friendly. It is a good addition to the area. Everything was cooked properly and appropriately flavored. Don't over look it and make sure you talk to the employees as they have their favorite combinations. This place was very good! Super cool to try a place without all of the seed oils and garbage in most fast food. Honestly, for our family of 3 to eat and leave full, we paid less than we would pay at the other main chicken sandwich place here (one right across the street). God I would love to give this place 5 stars. If I was only reviewing on taste alone absolutely deserve 5 stars. They probably have the best cookie around very surprising for a place like this. The service and parking lot is was lost 2 stars. They are understaffed no management looks to be working. They were busy but not extremely busy. I'm writing this review as I wait. If you don't count the time waiting in line. It has been over twenty minutes waiting on my two chicken wraps. Being a new area the parking is just atrocious this isn't all on sneaky chicken but it was a poor location due to parking. Had to edit went from 3 to 2 stars. I visited today and the place was extremely busy which i thought was a good sign. For sauces the sneaky (buffalo), garlic parmesan, and a honey mustard bbq combination... when i say this is probably the biggest waste of $50 dollars. The food was dry, overcooked, and tasteless and soggy when i made it home (mind you its a 7 minute drive) the owner is hard working and i overheard people saying wonderful things about him and his sons who are also part of the staff. Service great; food inedible. I will say to be fair im not sure how dine in service would be but it should stand up to a seven min drive (the tots and chicken shouldn't be cold, dry and soggy.... I had the 6 piece tenders. Wanted to try both Homestyle and Naked to see which one I would prefer. Both were excellent. I did prefer the naked with the lemon pepper rub. I used the side of ranch as my dipping sauce for my chicken and the tots. With all the different rubs and sauces they have, you can mix and match your combinations.
