I pre ordered 24 wings for 4:15 pm from jets and pizza from papa John's (my family likes pizza from there). Pizza arrived at 4:10 and everyone was waiting on the wings. At 4:24 I called and the girl that answered said the driver was on the way. Said he should be there in like 20. 20 minutes later the driver calls me and he tell me he was barely leaving the store. I didn't get the wings till 5:05. At that point I didn't cancel the order because I hyped up the wings and they did taste good. But the unprofessionalism of just not saying they didn't have a driver ( delivery guy said he had barely started his shift) I would of just canceled or picked them up myself. I keep seeing these pop up around the valley so I decided to stop in and check it out. Right away you notice it's not really a dine in spot with only two small tables inside. The menu is pretty simple and we decided to order two of their four piece Detroit style pizzas. We were too late to enjoy their lunch special with slices and a drink. Service was okay. They greeted us and took our order when ready. Not too much beside that. We ordered one pepperoni and one with pepperoni and sausage. It took about ten minutes and then we were on our way. The pizza looked and tasted so good! We eat a lot of pizza and honestly I'm pretty over it these days, but this was something different, crispy crust and didn't taste overly doughy though it was deep dish basically. Amazing slice of Pizza! I had seen that Jet's opened a new location on Elm Street in Surprise, so I had to try it out! The store front is small, and it's really on Bell Road, but the doors open onto Elm Street! I had a slice of Pepperoni just to see how good it was, and it was delicious! The crust was the best part because it had just the right amount of texture to be crispy and tasty! I will definitely return for their wide range of items on the menu, including something called "Jet's Boat" which is described as "Calzone style sandwich baked with pizza dough and stuffed with your choice of pizza toppings"!! This Jet's is a welcomed addition to the area! I placed my order online and only had to wait about five minutes for it at the shop. They had ample seating for folks to wait for their pizzas. We ordered an eight-corner pizza and the cinnamon sticks. I was a little bummed that they forgot the turbo crust that we ordered on the pizza (that's the best part!) but I understand that they're still getting started and the employees are learning. Food is usually good. The 2 rating is for the poor service, specifically the short girl at the counter. Had a terrible attitude and kept rolling her eyes at everyone. Couldn't find anyone's orders and kitchen staff had to constantly come help her. Had to go up to the counter 4x an each time she would say 8 more minutes. The 3rd time I went up I asked her to check warming cart and she said it wasn't my order and that my order wasn't even ready, come back in 8 more minutes. As soon as a guy took over I went back to ask again and sure enough my order was in the warming cart. Waited an extra 15 minutes due to her laziness bad attitude and incompetence. I have to say honestly I never had a problem with them. My dogs love their cheese pizza. That's why I go there. But yesterday I ordered a salad and two eight pieces of wings. My salad was brown and limpy and my chicken wings look like they came off of baby chick. I swear my pinky finger was bigger than the wings I called. Talked to an associate. Told them they told me a manager would be in tomorrow and would call me. No one called me so I called the store. Talked to the manager and told him what had happened. They blamed it on the people that they get the wings from and a flat out. Told them that's none of me problem. That's a you problem. If you're weighing or smaller than what they were before then you should be charging last and I let her know about the salad too. Once again they refunded me the money but when I got there the associate that made and me have to counter did not say one single word to me. The manager did not come out and apologize for the inconvenience and what had happened. They just handed me the money and that was it like okay. You're a pizza place customer service. I was so excited to get a jets pizza for my sister in law because she loves pizza. I have had jets in Minnesota and thought it was wonderful. Well I was not impressed with the pizza here in Suprise AZ. If they would have more sauce it would have been good. Wanted to try Jet's, ordered a Detroit crust Aloha BBQ Chicken pizza. Very disappointed in the amount of cheese and other toppings. Definitely not worth the $20., and that included a $5 coupon. I am a huge fan of Jet's Pizza. Unfortunately this new location is simply not up to par (I'm hoping that's temporary). The staff was more concerned about talking with each other than finishing orders or taking care of their customers. My order was very late and my pizza was burned. Nice, clean location. We wanted to try this place out since it was new and heard good things, so we ordered 2 slices of pizza which we were told would be 15 mins. We waited for over 20 mins. Finally we got the pizza slices which we were starving and wanted to try it hot and fresh. The pizza tasted good but was luke warm at best. Wife went back in to let them know and all they could say was it has been sitting there for a little while before they handed it out. There was 1 other person in the lobby at the time. Why would that be sitting there for us to just get luke warm pizza?? Not worth the price for cold pizza! Good thing we only ordered 2 slices. read more
