Very good spot for some snacks and drinks. The service was fast and nice. It was karaoke night, a lot of people sang very good. Fun and nice place to hangout!

First time here. Seat yourself. Which I like. Nice short menu. Mostly appetizer type food. We got onion rings which were crunchy. The sauce served with them which they should bottle. Nice and bright inside. Very clean. The waiter was awesome. Prices were cheap for these days. I recommend. Justified.

Taco Salad Bowl $16

Disappointed with the Taco Salad Bowl for $16. It was tasty enough but very small and consisted of mainly lettuce, with two small dollops of gueccomole and sour cream and a spoonful of minced beef. Yes, I know food prices have gone up, but even so, the markup on this dish must be phenomenal.

Itsy bitsy Korean ribs for $13

I don't review places first visit, unless they're amazing or suck. SNAX is neither. I've been there 3 times and they're average. Each visit the food is not great, not bad...average. They're a little overpriced for the quality and size of portions...shrinkflation maybe? This micro sized Korean ribs order was $13. That's about $1 per bite. Also not happy about my take-out order tonight; the order had one ask: "NO CHEESE" on the burger. Our one and only request due to my spouse's lactose intolerance. We got home only to find cheese on the burger. Fail on SNAX. I want my tip back, and an air freshener for our bathroom later.

A party of 4- The Good News: The food was good . I had the Brussel Sprouts and the Shrimp Salad and both were very good. (Sorry, no photo... I was hungry). Others had a Cesar Salad and Carnitas, The Bad News: The service and wait were very sub-par. Our server was nice but I ended up going back inside (we were on the patio) on two occasions to her stirs for our drinks and then utensils for our food (after it was served). Had we waited, our food would have got cold. Secondly, we waited approximately 45-mins after ordering to get our food. The server was kind but forgot about us often. The patio gave us a nice view of the sunset Had the service been better, I would have given 4.5 stars.

I'm excited for a new place, and especially one that has a gluten-free menu. I would love if they also had gluten-free bread, and some other information. I wouldn't recommend it if you're celiac, since they don't have a dedicated fryer. But I had plenty of options and they were very nice. They also brought our take-out order to the car for us. We got a ton of things and everything was fine, nothing SO exciting that it was cravable. But I would definitely go back and try a bunch of other things and probably get the korean bbq ribs again, or a salad. The sticky shrimp, not GF was great, with just a slight kick. It definitely has a big, fun menu that is different from everything else in the upper valley. So I hope they find a following and keep honing. Thank you for keeping it safe. Good luck!

Right next to the Residence Inn. Food was very very good and a great menu. Servers working hard on a very bust Wednesday happy hour. Good selection of beer and drinks. I wish it was a little less bright inside but still very happy with this establishment.

Mixed feeling for this restaurant. Was hoping for good fries but it is burnt. Waiting is pretty fast.

Thanks to our waiter, we were able to save $18 on a second plate of mussels (he told us ahead of time how large the portion must be), which meant we were able to try Redcan's delicious NY style cheesecake. All of the food was superb, atmosphere was nice , and service was super helpful. I would love to come back if I ever found myself in this area of VT again.

The tuna Crudo, with some sesame crusting and a wonderful sauce was delicious. The sauce had a warmth to it without overpowering the flavors. The tuna was seared perfectly. Next was the Hamachi ceviche. The citrus came through here and it was a more subtle dish than the Crudo, but very tasty. The spicy beef, raw, was amazing. The sauce it was mixed in, was very spicy, and the peanuts added a nice crunch. Even with that much power, the taste of the beef came through. The last of our small plates was the grits. This delicious smooth and rich concoction was a great accompaniment to the spice and zest of the other dishes. The grits, the cheddar, the truffle and the mushrooms had a sublime feel to the mouth and a subtle flavor with richness. For dessert, we had cappuccino, espresso and cannoli. My wife thought her cappuccino was great and I felt that the espresso was rich and smooth. I think it's better than you get it most restaurants. The disappointment, however, came in the cannoli. I would not recommend this dessert at all. These felt like they had been filled a day or two ago. There was absolutely no substance to the cannoli pastry whatsoever. However, a cannoli is not gonna keep me from coming back to this place! I will return.

Our hostess and later server, Leona, answered the phone and was extremely pleasant in letting us know she could get us seated. Leona recommended the Brussels and they did not disappoint with a perfect combo of roasted small Brussel sprouts with crispy prosciutto, goat cheese mousse and pickled red onions. What a great combo!! We also split the spinach salad which was perfect for winter with dried cherries, blue cheese, candied pecans and apples. We also had the artichoke fritters which had a subtle taste of artichoke and bits of tangy lemon. We split the ginger pork meatloaf and it was a creative, delicious take on traditional meatloaf. The flavor was reminiscent of the inside of a superb Peking dumpling. The dining room was decorated with beautiful area photos and there was beautiful display of custom designed knives that could be seen in a show case on the way to the restrooms. I took a photo because it may come in handy for a future gift for some aspiring chefs in my family! Excited to add Thyme to our list of stops in between our travels to and from MA to VT.

Dinner Service was excellent and Loretta gets a shout out for her tableside manner. Manager on duty also gets a call out for accommodating my special request to slice and serve the ciabatta rolls we had just made earlier that day at King Arthur Flour. The ambiance was great, it's just sad that the food, every item we ordered whether a pasta or a short rib or a fish, were all just meh. and an expensive meh. Brunch I had higher hopes for brunch the next day given my excellent experience the last time we were in town. Should have stuck with what we ordered the last time (lobster eggs benedict, pancake, frittata, day in milan chicken sandwich). This time we ventured out and ordered the recommended duck hash which was just a bit of a mess, greasy, and not that tasty. The Day in Milan chicken sandwich was still amazing and amazingly messy to eat and the fries excellent - 5/5. But overall, most of the food we had a Pine this time was a miss.

Well marked for people with allergies. Great staff. Great drinks (even mocktails). Here's my problem. The menu changes and the food isn't consistently great. Some dishes are, some miss the mark. Over or under cooked. Plated in a challenging way. Something listed in the description of a dish is manipulated in a way that you think it's missing from the dish. Things like that. I think they don't test their dishes enough before putting them on the menu, or it may also depend on who's in the kitchen. So it's not my FIRST choice of places in the area. But, it still is one of the best places in the area.

They clearly were very conscientious about allergies, asked us LITERALLY 6 times in total about any allergies/gluten intolerance which we did NOT have. I appreciate that but the pasta my wife got was literally filled with chunks of garlic that was so strong she actually didnt finish it or bring it home. I got a burger which I would not write home about or order again. They were kind but I will say we waited a long time to get waters, drinks, and our order take , and the table next to us must of been ignored because they were seated right before us and we overheard them getting an apology when we left, for confusion and not getting them waters or taking an order. Literally right next to us so we heard everything. I wouldn't say the ambiance was ideal either, tables were quite high to the point where we were uncomfortable with it, and the place was pretty dead for a friday night. Can't say i'll give them another chance even being in west leb with limited choices. Please stop asking about allergies countless times as well, def a better way to do this.

What used to be a sketchy area is now filled with boutique shops, bustling businesses of tech and industry, arts, culture, and restaurants. One such upscale craft cocktail bar is Wolf Tree. If you didn't know it, you might feel as if you'd stepped into a hipster cocktail lounge in Brooklyn as you walk into Wolf Tree. They offer a variety of playful and inventive drinks. My friend was able to get a virgin cocktail but I just wish they had more than one single cocktail on the menu with vodka. With my choices somewhat limited, I went with a drink called "Friday I'm In Love": vodka, citrus, strawberry, mint, and bubbles. It looked beautiful when it arrived to the table and was a palate pleaser with sour, sweet, and minty flavors. They have weekly specials, classic-type cocktails, and what they call "happy meals" - a beer and shot combination. Don't fear, though, they still have Budweiser, Bud Lite, Miller High Life, and other draft beers for those feeling more traditional Upper Valley. We also ordered one of their charcuterie boards that featured local selections of cheese and meats, olives, pickled vegetables, cured mustards, and a baguette. A great selection but like most of Wolf Tree, a little on the expensive side. Overall I enjoyed my first trip to Wolf Tree and I'm glad hip places like this exist in the Upper Valley.
