No offer to rectify the situation in any way, just a shrug with an apology without accountability and out the door we went. There were only two other people in the dining room, no one was waiting in the lounge for a table, and we had been very quiet and not in the least way demanding. I had been scoping this as a potential venue for my board of directors dinner as well as for when I have house guests. Sadly, this one is off the list. The interior decor is more like a cozy (but slightly modern) mountain house library (an atmosphere you might expect in a hip Brooklyn bar), and it's very inviting!
