Before he started, Jess ran with us through multiple options to made sure that we get exactly what we wanted. Him and his badass crew logged up an inhumane amount of cement blocks and rocks five flights of stairs in the heat of summer without a single complaint - and always a smile on their faces. And if anyone knows the stair situation in Silverlake, you know very well that this ain't a joke!! After constructing a sturdy and surprisingly good looking retaining wall - plowing effortlessly through the hard labor like it's a piece of strawberry shortcake - his finesse, attention to detail and wonderful artistic vision came to light when he put the wooden fence together.
