We came across Eagle Rock Dumpster Bins through yelp and our experience was fantastic! I have never received such prompt responses from any business and the whole transaction was simple and speedy--and all done over yelp chat so that was great too! We spoke to Ari and he was amazing! After getting the quote, we decided a week later to have the dumpster delivered to our house and they were more than happy to help us out. Delivery was simple and the dumpster was easily rolled up onto our driveway, and it was nice and clean too! Of course, COVID precautions were taken with masks and socially distant interactions. We paid for the dumpster upfront which came out to around 200 dollars for a one week rental. For pickup, all we had to do was text Ari and leave the dumpster by the curb. The process was SO easy and entirely worry free! We got so many things cleaned out and didn't have to think about where we were going to dump it. Would HIGHLY suggest if you need to declutter! Fantastic service!! :) read more

Truly satisfied with the customer service and the bin we rented from Eagle Rock Dumpster Bins. Service was amazing and price was excellent! Gave them a call and immediately got scheduled for as soon as I needed. The pickup and drop-off process was easy and stress free. Pricing was fair and transparent. A much better option than driving to the dump myself. Highly recommend them to everyone! read more

In need to clean up a lot of mess after a remodel, we shopped around for dumpster service on yelp and glad we came across Eagle Rock Dumpster Bins. Price quote we received initially was very reasonable compared to previous quotes we already had. We were worried that the lower price would result in compromised service. However, Henry and his team proved our first impression wrong. We could not have been more satisfied with the service we received. Most competitive pricing with a customer first mentality. If you need dumpster service, look no further. YOU HAVE FOUND THE ONE. read more

Great customer service. They communicated with me immediately even though it was the holiday season. I needed to have a dumpster delivered quickly, and they came through. Pricing was fair - no hidden costs. I will definitely be using them again. read more

Wednesday morning they texted when they were on there way for pick-up. Great service. Thank you again Henri. read more

I researched many places before deciding to go with ERDB and I'm so glad I did. Ari is professional and reliable. He was transparent about the process, availability and delivered the bin early. Our need for this service was to clean out a garage and the small size was perfect. It only took a day to fill it up but I appreciated having it for the span of 3 to be more thoughtful in decluttering. He made it easy to tackle this daunting task and I would recommend him to anyone in the future. I will definitely call again for any future jobs we may have. read more

Eagle Rock Dumpster Bins - The "after" - prior to filling up this small size bin it arrived very clean and untagged. - Dumpster Rental Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Great place to rent out a dumpster. I messaged him and he answered so quick. He was able to deliver the dumpster the time and day I needed it. He wore a mask and kept 6 feet. The bin was clean and did not have any bad smells. I hate opening trash bins that stink so it made the process so smooth. Once I was done he picked up. I highly recommend them if you need to clean out your garage or house. I will definitely use them again in the future! read more

This is the best company. Call them and I swear they will be bringing you the dumpster before you get off the phone. ;) They aren't trying to upsell and they just want to help you out with fast, friendly and super reliable service. I totally recommend them and am so happy we chose them for our last step of house cleaning during our move. I hate throwing things away because of the environment and landfill, but when you have to do it and need a dumpster, this is the place to use. read more

Doing business as Henry's Junk Removal service. Service was ok. It was easy to set up delivery. However, delivery time is about a two hour window. Beware of hidden fees. There's a 10.25% fuel surcharge masquerading as a sales tax, there's a $75/ton over weight fee for hauls over one ton, and additional pick up fee if they're unable to pick up your load street side because you have the space available Saturday but they do pick-ups week days only. Besides the hidden fees, I would only use this service if you're in a pinch. read more

I'm updating my previous review as the owner reached out and actually provided a thoughtful response and apology to my initial inquiry. He offered a discounted rate in order to give them another chance and we will be taking them up on that at some point in the future for which we will be able to review this again and perhaps raise our rating a few more stars. I'm glad they made an effort to reach their customer base beyond yelp's auto-response. read more

Wow! They saved the day! We cleared out our parent's basement easily thanks to having a large bin to put things in. Not only did Henri bring us a perfectly pristine looking bin, he also made the process getting there and picking up completely free of in-person interaction. Especially wonderful during these times. I was in constant communication with him and he responded right away! He consistently ensured our needs were being met! We will DEFINITELY use them again for the next clean up! Pros: contactless payment, didn't have to be home for delivery or pickup, bin was super clean and wasn't an eyesore, easy drop off and pick up, communication/response time was quick... Cons: NONE! read more

Great experience. Quick to respond, reliable, no nonsense! Would absolutely use them again.

After putting it off for 20 years, it was now time to empty out the dreaded garage, & lose the junk. Called a week before my set project date, & was able to book my reservation quickly, over the phone. As the date approached, I stayed in communication w/ Henri, via text, confirming my rental & delivery process. We loaded it all up in 3 hours, and then texted for pick up. Henri arrived 2 hours later (same day service!), and our junk was gone!!!! Eagle Rock Dumpster Bins made it so easy, & the price was right in my budget! This was a great experience! We got a 15 yard bin delivered promptly and exactly where we needed it so that we would have the easiest loading access. My gardener, who does hauling himself, told me that this was a very good deal. And my neighbor actually complimented me on how nice and clean the dumpster was. No graffiti...heck, not even any scratches! I can hardly wait until I accumulate more trash, just so I can do this again!! Recommended. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this company. After being completely screwed by Waste Management they saved the day! They had a dumpster at my house in less than an hour making sure we could be ready for the open house we had coming up. Great communication, fantastic prices, and amazing costumer service! I would 100% use their services again. Do yourself a favor and call them first like I should have! read more

We recently bought a house and have been doing extensive rework because of a bad flip job. (a bad flip job in Los Angeles? imagine that!). I've had bags and bags of construction waste sitting on the side of my house because I couldn't find a way to get rid of it. We tried the Waste Management bagster but couldn't use it because of power lines over the street. I contacted a couple bin rental companies and none of them called me back. Highland Park streets are tight and I live off a busy road, it's a big pain in the ass. I had also looked into junk haulers but the prices were borderline extortion considering I had already bagged everything. I stumbled upon Eagle Rock Bins on Saturday morning and I had a bin in my (incredibly tiny) driveway an hour later. I honestly can't believe it fit. I quickly filled the bin, even though I was planning to fill it all weekend. I ended up calling back and got a new bin the same day. On a holiday weekend no less! I couldn't have been happier to get rid of the crap and the service provided by Eagle Rock Bins. The bin size was perfect for folks like me without a wide driveway. I couldn't find the owner of the car parked in front of my house so putting it on the street wasn't an option. I've had a really difficult time with contractors and getting folks to do what they say. But that wasn't the case with these guys. The value for the money and the excellent service makes Eagle Rock Bins a no brainer. read more

Needed a dumpster to do a home renovation we were doing. This is my 3rd dumpster company I've worked with since we have been decluttering so much (Thanks Marie Condo) I believe this company had the best value. Their dumpster is huge! It's very clean...almost looks brand new...like nothing has been dumped on it before and the guy I worked with is pretty chill. (Communicating via text was ok) I am going to use this company moving forward if i ever need one again in the future. read more

We used Eagle Rock Dumpster Bins over the weekend and the service is first class A++ Ari got back to us straight away with a quote. I originally ordered a smaller dumpster bin but changed to a bigger one and Eagle Rock Dumpster Bins accommodated my change of plans with no problem. Delivery was on time and quick. Dumpster was good quality. Pick-up just happened and was again on time and quick. Everyone at Eagle Rock Dumpster Bins was very polite and respectful. Price was great. Henry and Ari were great. I actually asked several places before choosing Eagle Rock Dumpster Bins. I probably drove them crazy, but they got back with a quote and answered my questions promptly. I went a little over the weight limit, but they even waived that. No hidden charges. They parked the bin in the driveway and picked it up when we notified them.
