Yelp offered to send my inquiry to other companies and Budget Bins was quick to respond and answer all questions I had. In fact... by the time that first company responded, I had already received all the answers to my questions, placed my order, received a confirmation email and call, and had the bin on my driveway. Everyone was so nice throughout the whole process. The other company quoted me a higher price, by the way. The project ended up being a little bigger than I expected. We were cleaning out our garage and needed to rent a dumpster. There are a lot of different choices out there, so narrowing it down was hard. Budget bins was so nice over the phone, and so easy to work with. We ordered a 9 yard dumpster. It was the perfect size. Not too small, but not too big. It fit perfectly in our driveway. They dropped it off the day after I placed the order, and it was scheduled to be with us for a week. Unfortunately, that was the week of the massive rainstorm in December, so I needed to add on some additional days. I called a few days before our originally scheduled pickup and was able to reschedule for a few additional days out. If needed, I'd make another call to rent from them again. read more
