We've used them the 3 times we moved and needed to clean out our garage, etc. Excellent service. We will continue to use them.

I have worked with multiple companies but never came across a company more punctual. I recommend contractors and homeowners to call EcoRolloff without any hesitation. read more

I highly recommend this business. They are personable and very competitively priced. I checked around. The price given is the price to pay- no delivery fees and tax is added in. The unit is delivered when they say it will be, and they will call you when they are 30 minutes away. I like that they recycle what they collect, rather than dumping it. If I need a dumpster again, I will definitely call them. read more

I initially called a few different companies and none were able to accommodate me for a service I needed. Most were unresponsive and rude but Eco Rolloff is friendly and professional. It is a family owned small business and they value their customers. I will absolutely use them again and will refer them to all my friends and family. Dealing with this company was horrible... We got a bin delivered Friday, and called noon Monday to have it picked up. Told them that it HAD TO BE OUT before Thursday, as the street would be closed Thurs & Friday. Left follow up messages Monday eve, Tuesday, and Wed morning... all hoping to have the bin picked up. Bin was still there Wed night.... My wife finally got a human to pick up the phone, and was given a bunch of excuses... "It's been such a crazy week? I'm so stressed out!!" She was then told, "It's JUST a trash bin... what's the big deal if it's there a little longer?" Called again on MONDAY... still no pickup. Left another message Monday night, and the FINALLY picked up on Tuesday... 8 days after the initial pick-up request. 2 days later, an additional credit card charge of $57.... Don't understand how we were overwieght, as it was mostly garage and yard trash... Phone inquiry they were appologetic, but refused to reverse the charge. Owner Matt "It's your trash, you pay for it." the implication being they didn't care how much of an inconvenience it was. I was also told "It's just a trash bin, not war in the mid-East" Completely unprofessional. read more

Matt is a liar! He charged me twice after the credit card went though the first time. Then he wouldn't refund me. He was late and he left the bin in the middle of the street and the police contacted me and then he wouldn't come back and move it. He said he would then didn't show up. His wife tried to threaten me into paying to have it moved. It was his bin and he put it in the wrong place then she wanted me to pay to move it. read more

ECO TRASH BIN RENTAL is a great company. They are under new mangement with excellent service.

We rented a bin from them a week ago, and filled it the same day. We've been trying to get them to pick the bin up ever since. Every day they promise to come and get it, but it remains an eyesore in my driveway. I wouldn't even consider using this service again. read more
