He had said he was bringing a trailer, and I thought he would be some old junker. But no! It was a clean, shiny, new, fully enclosed big beauty! He loaded up all my plants efficiently, then asked if I needed anything more to put in the trailer. So, I asked him to help me get some Christmas boxes and decorations from my attic in the garage, which is did willingly and helpfully. Once the trailer was full, he met me at my new place and promptly unloaded all the stuff and put it where I wanted. Plus he's very nice and easy to work with! Highly recommend.

I requested a quote through Yelp, and was booked within 30 minutes. I was offered an option for same-day pick up, which I didn't take but knew that it could be of great use to those who need it. The whole process was a breeze, and the removal itself was even better. The two Tony-s showed up on time, checked out the pile, gave me a great deal, and got to work right away. They were super friendly, efficient, and all in all, the exact help I needed. I had what was called a minimum load, and it took about half an hour. I appreciated that they agreed to take on such a "small job," last minute. Five stars for the pleasant experience, considering the situation (of having to remove left-behind garbage) was not ideal. I'm hoping I won't ever have so much trash to throw out again, but if I ever do, I'll definitely use Junk It Away again!
