We booked our U-Haul online days before including the dolly's we wanted and everything. He tried to say we had booked for the wrong day, then said they didn't have the type of U-Haul we needed, and then said they don't have the dolly's we needed. He was able to give us some of what we had reserved but then began questioning why we needed some of the items. I wonder if this was because they didn't have all of the items our family reserved? My opinion is that this location is not organized and let our family down, that was a very inconvenient and unnecessarily difficult situation. A family shouldn't have to scramble to get second choice options and be questioned about why they need the ones they'd reserved. Please do better, it's not professional.
