This company is either a complete rip off or they didn't really want to take on the job so they quoted me something they knew was ridiculous. Hard pass, there are plenty of other moving companies with good reviews. Edit: Received a patronizing message from Dean when I let him know I wouldn't be using their services as the pricing was ridiculous. He said "moving is a service" as if I didn't know and then ignored offering any type of explanation as to why his service would be at least twice as much as the other quotes I got.

They arrived on time within the estimated timeframe and were prompt, prepared, and ready to work. I was moving out of state from California to Nevada and originally hired two movers. Unfortunately, the second mover had an emergency and had to leave early. Sergei, the driver and mover, stepped up and handled the rest of the move completely on his own. Sergei was a true professional. Despite the challenges of the apartment complex, including navigating long hallways, elevators, and a large amount of furniture, he completed the pickup in about 2.5 hours entirely by himself. He then delivered everything the following morning and completed the delivery in approximately 1.75 hours--again, all on his own. I honestly couldn't believe how efficiently he worked. He had the strength, energy, and determination of two people! This was especially impressive considering we were moving during extremely hot weather, with temperatures in the upper 80s to 100 degrees in both locations. Sergei remained professional, hardworking, and focused throughout the entire process. I truly couldn't have completed the move without him. I also really appreciate how easy and transparent Next Moving makes the quoting process. I had to move due to issues with repairs never being done and mold because my landlord is a slumlord. (Do NOT rent from C&S Apartments!) Anyway, the movers the 2nd time around were nice, professional and as quick as could be considering they were helping me pack up to move my belongings into a storage unit. They didn't waste time and were kind. BUT they failed to wrap my solid cherry wood bed set in moving blankets which resulted in all my furniture being scratched up and damaged in the 3rd move, where once again they did NOT wrap my items when moving them out of storage, into the van and then into my new apartment. On the 3rd move the Forman was upset that there were 2 flights of stairs to move the dresser up, despite me saying so in the questionnaire when booking. The Forman said to me that they'd have to charge extra for the stairs. Which I said NO to because that should have been done in the estimate. He kept saying the dresser was heavy... well, your company loved it twice already and no one else whined about it. He then told me, " if you give us a bigger tip, we won't have to charge for it." I let him know that they moved the same dresser up the stairs to the last apartment and didn't charge extra. He also dragged out ending the moving time because he wanted more hours. I literally had to bring boxes in to try to counteract his stalling tactic. Unfortunately, it didnt help because he then hid in the truck while the other 2 guys were putting together my bed. My couch cushion was damaged and they broke a dresser drawer. I was told they'd come and fix it, but 3 months later they never did. I had to go buy the wood glue and do it myself. The company doesn't have full insurance, so don't bother if something major) like my solid wood night stand) gets damaged. You will not be compensated for it. I did get some money for the leather couch cover, but not enough to purchase a new one. Find a company that has full insurance and will own up to their mistakes, if made. There are so many scratches and chips on my bed set. Not to mention missing feet caps that were not missing before the 2nd move. This 3rd move left me with damaged furniture and no accountability for fixing it when they said they would. Instead I was told, "it's the end of the month and we have a lot of moves. Your repair is not a priority." So much for being a loyal customer who had used them 3 times. FIND A BETTER COMPANY! THIS ONE IS NO LONGER GOOD!
