In particular, I was in contact with Elesios, Adolfo and one other gentlemen whom I forget the name unfortunately. Elesios was professional in handling the day, providing me with a courtesy call 15 mins and 5 mins of arrival. He assisted with directing and smooth packing and loading of my items, offering what ever materials available to protect my belongings. Though my move to the new location was literally next door, the distance needed to unload from the truck to my new location was not as straight forward as I had hoped. Despite this Elesios and his crew navigated the best efficient path to unload in as little time as possible. Everpros Moving moved my family and I from Thousand Oaks, California to Las Vegas, Nevada. The booking process was fast and easy with great customer service from the very first call. We were given a flat rate that was very reasonable and they were able to accommodate the move even though it was only 10 days out. On the day of the move, we met the movers at the first of 2 locations a storage unit in Simi Valley. They were very friendly and got to work right away. They were careful with all of my items and cataloged everything. Our second stop was the house and they again got to work right away. Work included removing TVs from wall mounts, furniture disassembly, and goods packaging. The crew did an excellent job of insuring none of my fragile items would be broken in transit. I contacted this company and the next day they had a couple of movers at great prices show up. They did all the packing and wrapping. They were amazing, I've used movers many times and I always try different companies, because I'm never satisfied, but now I've found my movers. They were fast, respectful, efficient, and most importantly they didn't take their sweet time and try to charge more like most other places do. I highly recommend them. I hired this company based on quick response, 5-star reviews (small amount but figured it was a newer company), price quoted. I provided them with info on our house 3bed/2.5 bath house. The crew showed up on time. Crew was exceptional and met every expectation. The 1 star is because they didn't provide a large enough truck. As they were packing the truck and as it became more full the crew member told me they would do their best to make it all fit, well it didn't. My wife and I ended up having to rent a uhaul the next day and spent 8hrs packing up the rest of the house. A whole other day spent on more moving when we planned to use the day unpacking. On top of the time spent we had to spend extra money on uhaul and gas. We let the crewman in charge know our concerns. He told us he would let his boss know. I also asked what type of truck was sent, he explained it was for larger 2bed/2 bath homes. So they knowingly sent the crew with not a large enough truck. We hired the company approximately 3 weeks ago and haven't heard back from them at all. We spent over thousand dollars on moving and we're completely disappointed. read more

EverPros were very helpful and even put together our furniture. They were extremely polite and listened to me going on and on about my antiques. We scheduled them during the hottest part of the day and they were wearing black. I felt so bad for them and gave them a soda afterward. Keep in mind that if they do not use the entire 4 hours, you are still charged for the four hours. Wow. I was SO nervous booking a moving company-afraid of our stuff getting damaged, of being ripped off, of the stress of it all. I spoke with a wonderful coordinator who quoted as VERY reasonably for three guys. The guys arrived on time, were super friendly and helpful and wrapped everything. They stayed thirty minutes extra but only because I kept giving them more stuff to pack. Can't recommend this company enough! First of all, the leasing management couldn't even tell us when our move-in date was going to go be so I only had a range of dates. Aracelli at everpros was very accommodating and reserved 2 dates for me until I was finally given the date (which ended up being 5 days later than we thought it would be). The day of the move, Elisio and his team (4 movers total) called in advance and let me know they were on their way and they showed up on time. They did a walk-thru with us and then got straight to work. They were so quick taping up boxes and Disassembling furniture. They were also very professional and friendly. It was a pretty huge move and we were worried it wouldn't get done in one day but Elisio assured us they would stay as long as it took. It was a long day and 2 trips with the truck, but they were like supermen and my husband and I couldn't believe how they found the energy, but they worked late through the night and assembled everything at the new house and had a positive attitude even when something had to be configured a different way. I found EverPros moving company on Yelp. Friends who recently moved didn't recommend their moving company. From the first phone call, staff were accommodating and had great follow up. I scheduled a virtual consult to find out how many hours my move would take. We packed up almost everything (2bedroom apt) and just needed furniture, carpets, TVs/ art and boxes moved. I was given key packing tips which I found so useful as I packed the kitchen and our belongings. I was quickly confirmed with my chosen date and EverPros movers showed up on time. They were fast, friendly accommodating as I asked them to move the carpets /couch/ bed a few times. Everything arrived in great condition.
