I wish I could give this team 6 stars! Iskander and Alisher were so professional and strong and kind and clever, not to mention punctual and efficient with the move from a storage unit to my home today. Honestly, they did the work of four men on the hottest day of the summer-I was so impressed with the entire move, but especially an impossibly enormous and super heavy wooden wardrobe, all without a trace in my home. They did an amazing job and I absolutely will call them next time I need anything moved. Also, Stan in the office beforehand was very communicative and nice, especially considering I reached out the afternoon before and he was able to fit me in. I have moved many times in my life and this was the worst experience I have ever had. First they did not bring a big enough truck. They moved slower than slow and unfriendly. I literally had to help bring stuff out because they moved so so slow. Would carry one small end table at a time. Save your money and don't hire them! I needed to move my daughter down to San Diego from Los Angeles. I got several quotes and DreaMoving was by far the best option. They give you a 10% discount as a first time customer. Stan was very responsive each time I contacted him with a question. Once scheduled they confirmed the date and arrival time. The moving team was very efficient and wrapped and protected each item. The drive time was longer than anticipated but there is nothing you can do about traffic. They unloaded everything quickly and efficiently. Move started somewhat conspicuous as 2 member team arrived and seemed overwhelmed by the work pre-done before their arrival. Told and confirmed the move was equivalent to a 1 to 1.5 bedroom apartment. No appliances (refrigerator, range, dishwasher, etc...). No sofa or love seat, even described the large bulky items in exact detail.. 01. Wrought iron/marble top coffee table 02. Wrought iron/marble top end table 03. Italian glove leather reclining chair 05. 2 flat screen TV's 06. 2 bedroom dressers 07. 1 bedroom dresser with attached mirror 08. 2 bed frames (1 queen, 1 full) 09. Glass entertainment center 10. Multiple bins and bags (25-35) 11. 2 mattresses (queen, full) This team arrived at 10:35 AM and walked thru the moving process wrapping non fragile items, leaving the valuable items, speakers, glass inlays, and above mentioned tables unwrapped, this despite having bubble wrap available at my cost. This move was scheduled for 3 to 4 hours with travel and inflated work slowness. This team, not happy from the onset knew of my time frame of full move-out and delivery to local storage area prior to 6:00pm. They left my apartment about 3:40pm (5 hours and 5 minutes) after arriving, 2 hours and 5 minutes after the job was to be completed. Again, items were left unwrapped and not protected. I repeatedly reminded the spokesperson of the move that time is of the essence and the only time they illustrated any sense of speed was only when they realized they might be able to complete the job. Waiting my time and patience with their complete lack of competence or expediency. I would settle for at least efficient. 2 compounding issues I am physically limited in my mobility (which will come into play after the move completion and unit inspection on W/10/03/2024). They took extr advantage and extending their billable hours. Such disrespect. Finally, the move was cometed and being disabled could not inspect the unit extensively. The team demanded pay for 7 hours of which 3 to 4 were never authorized. Worse even and I will go into further detail they threw my items into the storage unit on such disarray, I am not able to locate or verify damage of items turned upside down and left in precarious positions. Pictures will follow. By the way NEVER ZELLE this company for their service. I would immediately take back every cent of the $400 I was coerced into giving them just so I could exit the storage facility. They even blocked the driveway in an attempt to keep me there.
