The 2 movers assigned to me were Very angry when the person in the supervision role suggested a tip along with the percentage expected. This was a split destination - 5 miles to storage in 1 direction and 6 miles to a residence in another. They were very methodical, were careful with furniture. They wrapped as tho we were expecting a hurricane which is fine but it was done sooooo slowly. A 5 mile drive to storage took them 25 minutes while I waited for them. They were not in a hurry @ all. I had plants to go, large pots. The supervisor complained that all of that created stress on their bodies. But it's what they sign on to do! I did well to pay for the move & couldn't include a tip . They began so professional then turned on a dime and became just furious. One said " We broke our backs for you today!" And kept saying it over and over I called RC afterward. I hope these 2 don't represent the whole of the company.

Well unfortunately I came back to them for the fifth time and this time was a disaster we are still…read morein dispute for a week and a half I'm waiting for an answer with no result the movers came for 700 ft one bedroom the same bedroom that they moved last year took 3 hours this year took 6 hours nothing has changed in the amount of the stuff in the apartment on top of it the movers broke the light in the walkway and broke the leg of the sofa I've been trying to resolve this issue with them to no result they overcharged me 3 hours they damaged the light and my sofa is still sitting in the parking lot after 2 weeks I will gladly like to get some help even illegal advice to resolve this issue I sent them pictures and nothing yet I keep getting phone calls just to say hold on or someone will call you back I will add some pictures to show what is the situation On top of it I had to pay $300 for an electrician to come and fix the light because he was Sunday he was an urgent call the management asked me to fix it ASAP so I had to call on Sunday still no issue resolved

Gregory, our onsite lead, was responsive, well organized, and his four-person crew worked very hard. My advice to anyone moving is to be realistic about how much stuff you have. I got three quotes. One company estimated one-and-a-half 27-foot trucks, while Royal and another company estimated one 27-foot truck. My move-out apartment was 895 sq ft with a large patio. Before moving day, I made two 10-foot Home Depot truck trips myself with the delicate and bulky items: my electric bike, Peloton, and other things that don't stack well. Royal filled a 27-foot truck with everything else, efficiently using all the available space. We did go a little over the estimate because of rush-hour traffic. The only part I didn't enjoy was the payment app prompting for a tip at checkout. After a long moving day, that was one unnecessary stress point because I never know what's considered an appropriate tip for professional movers. Fortunately, I had already planned ahead with cash tips and cold Gatorades for the crew throughout the day. I highly recommend Royal Movers. They made a difficult move much easier. I also gained a whole new respect for my son, his friend, and my old girlfriend, who helped me move the last time. We moved to Oregon this month from Los Angeles and found BD Deliveries from our Real Estate person. We were very happy with the services for a few reasons...first of all, they packed everything very well, secondly, they kept in touch during the move and arrived ON TIME at our new place! We also had a car we needed moved and they were able to drive the car up for us. We had to get a rental Suburban for our pets so unable to drive our small car. We're VERY thankful they offered to do this for us!!!! Thank you again BD for making a stressful move much easier! read more

Thank you Barry and Rick for an amazing and courteous job well done! My Senior Father was returning a defective big and heavy lift chair and couldn't package this up himself due to physical limitations. We contacted many companies looking for this service with no luck. BD Deliveries came with great recommendations and the next day they went to my fathers house with all the supplies and packaged the chair up for pickup. Berry was amazing helping us move my mother inlaws furniture. He was accommodating and so fast while making sure nothing was damaged. He even placed all the furniture where we wanted it so we didn't have to move it later. If your moving call them asap, they will take care of you and your priceless possessions. Stuart will absolutely call you right back and he'll come out, maybe even same day to provide a professional and courteous assessment of your moving needs. Fast forward to moving day. Stuart calls to say the movers can't show up on time. Later, the movers didn't know where the second house was and they weren't allowed to have my phone number and so a half hour was lost on an already tight schedule because Stuart was not available to contact the movers who were driving around and didn't know where to go. So far, not so bad, right? But at the end of the move, at the point of payment, I was told by one of Stuart's honest movers that they had accidentally broken one of my tables that I thought they had put in storage. They said they would repair and return the table. I had bought insurance, so not to worry, right? Wrong. I tried for months to call and text Stuart to get delivery of the table. After putting me off for several months, he finally admitted that they were not able to fix the table. I asked for compensation and he said that even though I purchased insurance, he would not be replacing it. I asked for the parts to be returned to me or at least get a picture of the table and he refused. I did purchase insurance for my things. This is fraud. There is nobody else to call and nobody who will take care of your issue. I have tried repeatedly to get resolution and there's just no way to do it. After this company has your money, Stuart will not honor your claims or return your calls. Do not use this business. If you look at a few of the other reviews, you'll notice the same things being said about people who purchased insurance and then he wouldn't honor the claim. When no one arrived and I received no communication, I called the company around 12:00 PM for an update. After waiting for a callback, I finally heard from someone around 12:20 PM, who informed me the crew was running behind and would now arrive between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM. At 2:30 PM, I received another call saying they would arrive within half an hour. Then, at 3:00 PM, I was called again and asked if I could simply reschedule my move for the following day. That was not an option, and I declined. A replacement truck finally arrived around 3:45 PM. To make matters worse, I was originally quoted and scheduled for three movers, but only two arrived. My original estimate was 3.5 hours, and that estimate was based on moving more furniture than I ultimately needed moved. Despite having less to move, I was immediately told the job would take longer. The movers were also completely unprepared to move my refrigerator, washer, and dryer. They struggled throughout the move, damaged one of our doors, and appeared disorganized. One mover seemed very inexperienced, while the other appeared frustrated and disengaged the entire time. As I am writing this, it is 6:12 PM, and we are still not completely moved out of our old place. Because of your company's delays, poor planning, and lack of preparation, I am now being forced to pay for additional moving time that I should not be responsible for. To make matters even worse, when I attempted to contact the company using the phone number I was provided, no one answered and the voicemail box was full. I also sent a text message that was marked as read, but no one responded. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I booked this move expecting a professional, organized service. Instead, I experienced hours of delays, poor communication, inadequate staffing, damaged property, and a level of unpreparedness that has directly increased both my moving costs and my stress. I expect to be contacted promptly regarding this matter and believe I should be fairly compensated for the unnecessary delays, the additional charges caused by your company's failures, and the damage to my property.

I called multiple times and spoke with several representatives, all of whom stated that no estimate existed. At one point, a staff member claimed to have located it, but I was then transferred to customer service, where I was again told there was no estimate on file. When I provided the name of the individual who had come to my home and requested to speak with him directly, I was told that I could not speak with him. I feel extremely uncomfortable that someone was in my home given how this played out.
