They are based out of LA and it's a fake name so you think they are local 2) They keep one of your items on the truck and won't bring it in until you pay. 3) The move itself took longer than quoted so cost more, but this is typical in the industry. 4) They were able to help last minute, so that gives them the 1 Star. read more

I just called these people to ask if they do short jobs. When they said they have a 4 hour minimum, we both started talking at the same time a couple times. She eventually told me she was trying to tell me something, said goodbye, and hung up. Here's some advice: when dealing with a customer, let them talk first before you jump in. Nobody likes to feel like they are being cut off but realize, that the other person might be feeling the same way about you jumping in. This company is the worst! They took 4 weeks to deliver our furniture, they promised before then. They also damaged several pieces of furniture including our dining table and cracked the screen on flatscreen tv. Never replaced any of it nor took ownership of it. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! I used them on 6.25.2020 to move from Oxnard to Santa Paula. They charge $150 an hour and as soon as your back is turned, they take extended breaks then charge you for them. They also cracked my drywall and pocked holes in my stucco then, while admitting to causing the damage, refused to pay or give their insurance info. They also charged my Visa with an authorized amount. When I refused to sign the final paperwork, the team lead told me to sign without reading it and, when I refused, offered to read it out loud for me, a form releasing them from all liability to the damage they did to my house. RUN!!!! Call someone else!!!!! Do not consider them... this company is criminal and needs to be shut down! read more

These guys were awesome. We gave them quite the challenge with both a hill and 23 steps up, and 23 steps down, over and over and over. Started with one truck and a crew of three - Alex, Victor, and Juan. Soon we needed Bobby, then we needed Anthony and another 24' truck! Worst company I've ever dealt with, incredibly dishonest and have bought off enough dissatisfied customers so that there are very few bad reviews. Sadly I based my choice to hire them on the reviews...now I know better. I live on a fixed income and so am very careful on how I spend my money so when I needed to move 4 buildings down to the same 1 bedroom apt, I had before I thought I was making the right decision when their price was not the highest but also no where the lowest bid I had been given. I had been given $1300 for moving expenses and thought with 3 guys that should be more then enough, but just incase I had my son come out to help me pack and move as much as we could before they even got there. We packed all day on the first day, then moved what we could, that was the bathroom half of the living room as well as half of the bedroom...now don't forget this was a 1 bedroom apt and I am neither a packrat or horder. We packed a total of at the very least about 60% of my home which by the way everything we moved arrived safely no damage, not so much for what they packed. At the end of a very long day I was asked for $1587 to which I about fell over when I heard this I was suppose to pay cash and pay when they left but only had $1364, it was then I noticed the time...9 hours. I know that I should have been more aware of time but was so busy packing and trying to lessen work for them that I hadn't. They left before they had moved everything, they never marked any box and was out of my house before I had even opened 1 box. There was no bubble wrap for my glass things were thrown into boxes with just paper as protection and it took me 4 hours just to find the box with my milk and eggs were at....buried under cloth napkins paper plates and all the bag's I had given them to place pillows and blankets or anything that wasn't breakable. This company waved the $200 I was short then promised to refund $300 for broken things, which was not even close to what I had lost in things that were broken, not to mention hours of work to put my files that they took out of drawers and dumped in a box back together...who does that? well it's now been 3 weeks and I have yet to see that $300. I have called and been given the runaround and then today was hung up on when I asked yet again where's my refund....run people run. My best advice is as long as you're watching everything they are doing to make sure nothing is packed wrong or that they're not sitting around just wasting time then you might have a shot, but if you're on your own and no back up run from this company! I used this company based on the reviews and honestly was not let down. My grandma was moving so naturally she has tons of old antiques that are super fragile and cannot be replaced so I stressed how important the care they took was. I've moved a million times and have used multiple moving companies and no matter what something always gets broken or lost so I expected that but just hoped it was something small.......... an entire house moved and not 1 item was broken, damaged or lost! My sister hired Alex and his huys from Oxnard movers to move her from Oxnard to Santa Clarita. She had the contents of a two bedroom apartment in a storage space. Alex and his guys showed up on time and ready to go. Has the truck packed and ready in the two hour estimate and meet us at her apartment had it all unpacked and in place where she wanted everything. They where courteous and showed patience to make sure everything was place where she needed them and even after making changes. I help move her stuf to the storage unit so I'm most impressed by how quickly they got it all done with no damage.
