The Quick Moves team did a great job with a demanding move. involving everything from office equipment, a refrigerator, a complete dining room and other furnishing, to a piano, along with various warehouse racks, plus a tread mill and an elliptical trainer. There was an initial misunderstanding about the scope of work, but the adjustment to the bid was completely understandable and more than fair. Anita handled the office management, including the estimate, scheduling and follow-up. Frank oversees the moves in the field. Chris headed up our move, with Ray and Eric as his crew. Frank joined in later to help complete the job. Everyone worked hard and effectively. It was great to see how they came along side Eric, the youngest and least experienced, to make sure he was properly positioning himself to move the item safely and effectively, ensuring that he wouldn't hurt himself in the process. They say Quick Moves is a 'family affair' and so it is, in the best sense. I can readily recommend them. read more

Not only did they damage my $4500 fridge. They also flooded the house since they did not wait for me to turn off the water valve. I have never worked with such an unprofessional company. When I called to report the damage. The owner of the business hung up on me. They damaged the door and now I will have to replace it. I treated both of the movers with respect and even gave them free VR sets and a tip since I know that they didn't mean to damage the fridge and they are heavy. The owners of the business did call me back but and offered to refund the money($150) I declined since the door replacement will be 4x as much. Both of the owners were combative instead of being professional. I will never work with or recommend this company to anyone. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We moved over the week end. Anita was always prompt at responding whether it was via phone call, text, or email. She was always very nice. For moving day, she sent 3 males & a 26ft truck. The guys arrived promptly on time. They were professional, friendly, respectful, & worked very hard for us & we are so grateful! We were especially thankful for Ricky & Oscar who were really hustling! They took careful & respectful care of our furnishings & new house. We can't say enough about them! After the crew had finished unloading all our belongings & had left, my partner noticed a small mishap with a piece of furniture & Anita & her husband came the next day & fixed the minor problem that we were unable to solve on our own. Needed quick help moving everything out for flooring installation. Moy and Ricky were excellent! Working together, they even managed to get a heavy sleeper sofa down a tiny spiral staircase from our loft. Very careful, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended! read more
