I have used this company for 3 yard dumpsters for many years. I rented a 10 yard and filled it with dirt and it rained before they picked it up so they charged me an overweight fee significanly more than the original rental fee. I guess beware, it would have been cheaper to buy a tarp and pay my workers to cover it. read more

Great service. They have a couple of different people on the phones. One is warm and professional, the other is a bit rough and impersonal. No matter. They're good people and provide great service. I recently ordered two three-yard bins a couple weeks apart. The delivery guys were professional and courteous at drop-off and pick-up. Pricing is competitive as well. The only downside is if you don't adhere to their strict guidelines (e.g. no loads over 1k lbs. etc.), you could end up paying more. This business is a big SCAM. The supervisor and staff member Amy is condescending instead of helping us to understand where they are coming from. The service was scheduled almost a week prior to the service delivery date but was not able to deliver for tons of reasoning. We agreed that instead bin will deliver the following day. But then again, another day came, more excuses come up and their solution is to cancel on us after waiting for 37 hours. We lose money on equipment rental and workers we hire. Be very careful with Hauling Solutions. I rented one 10 yard bin from them to remove my dead lawn last month. Amie's estimate was $485 for delivery and pick up (one week). The bin was returned in two days. In the initial call she said they charge extra for mixed dirt (grass and roots). Additionally, you have to take their word for how they measure the weight of a full bin. Mine came to under 9 tons, according to their invoices! I've called two local competitive businesses who said maximum charge could not have been more than $700. for mixed soil and full bin (up to 11 tons). Hauling Slutions used my credit card twice, without authorization. I was disputing the second invoice for $577.15, thinking that it's the only charge, to find out total charged is $1,062.15! This place is a BIG scam. HS Manager Tom (Tigran) Darachy finally returned my calls with zero explanation. Wrong estimates, unauthorized charges and poor customer service. Be Aware! read more

We have done a few fix-and-flip homes these couple of months and use trash bins all the time throughout LA county. I mention that to say that I was VERY upset and disappointed in the service we got with Hauling Solutions. The first time we used them everything went great. I let the sales rep know exactly what we were doing, he recommended a bin and told me the dos / donts which are the same for cement projects throughout the industry. He was great, good communication and great customer service. But every time I've called and the older woman has answered - even for pick up- she has been rude. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This morning she calls me telling me they are not picking up the bin because it is overfilled and "they clearly explained when the bin was ordered that it cannot pass the rim and they are charging an additional $150 for the trip" No, that was not explained nor mentioned. I would instruct our demo crew to not overfill the bin had I been made aware of the charge. Like I mentioned this is not the first bin we've ordered from other companies in different areas but this is the first time I have been over charged for it being over filled. The worst part is that when I reiterated that it was not explained - she again, rudely, told me it was clearly mentioned and since we ordered from them before "we should know it's the same thing for all the bins" This is the last time we will ever order from this company, I would rather pay extra money for better customer service that to deal with this older woman who clearly hates her job and doesn't want to be there. Word of advice to the owner, there are plenty of unemployed people who would are ready and want to work with much better attitudes and customer service skills. read more

Good service but too expensive I was late one day and I got charged for two days ( look like delivery after 3pm day and pick day before 10am is two days. I rent dumpster for 467 and my total pay came up $1200. I got explained by costumer service the are not controlling rain your soil got wet and can't do anything and charging for extra weight. I order dumpsters all the time, had to try a new place as my go to was sold out. This company is an absolute Joke. They charged my card $900 for a $700 quoted dumpster. I called to get another dumpster and asked for a 20 yard as I filled up the 40 yard I had. Was told they were sold out but they would empty and drop off the 40 yard for the price of a 20. Then I was charged over $200 the second time for the same dumpster. They also don't do automatic pickup even when renting is clearly stated for 7 days. Beyond all expectations. We've used this.company twice in 2.5 years. Each time they demonstrated a unique outstanding experience. 1st by letting us extend the rental period due to a family death..they gave us more than a few days extra at no extra cost. The 2nd time, one of the 2 dumpsters we rented had a warped top cover, and we were concerned a cat or other small creature would go inside and perhaps become stuck. All it took was a quick after hours voicemail message we left for them... and early the next morning they sent a perfect replacement. Above and Beyond in all reapects. Be very careful when renting from them. I rented 3 dirt bins from them. I was lowering the height of my front lawn by 5 inches. According to them, you cannot have any roots or grass mixed in your dirt. If you do, they hit your credit card with an extra $142.50. Of the 3 bins I rented at $325 each, they hit my credit card twice with an extra $285 on top of the $975 rental for the bins. This place is a scam. I will never rent from them again. What dirt is perfectly clean without roots or grass. Find another place to haul your dirt. read more
