I called West LA bins at 6:30p Friday night and they delivered a 3 yd dumpster the next day, Saturday 12:30p within their quoted delivery window (between 11 and 12:30). Their fees were all inclusive which includes delivery and pickup, dumpster rental, dump fees. Such a great value!!! The dumpster was clean and smelled great, which made it easy to work with. The bins team rolled the dumpster to the end of my small driveway. The dumpster was just the right size for my needs, and it was filled to the max level. I was finally able to get rid of things that just were too bulky for my LADWP bins. Scheduled pick up for Sunday and my patio is almost ready for entertaining again. I only wish I called them sooner. Thanks, West LA bins! Will call you again soon! read more

I highly recommend West LA Bins! After I saw all of their amazing reviews on yelp, I decided to give them a call. The customer service I received from Vanessa who answered the phone was truly exceptional. She was professional and helpful. She sent me pictures so I knew exactly what type of bin I would need. I was surprised that I was actually able to speak to a person late in the evening. What blew me away was when Vanessa said she could deliver the bin to me that same night! I was able to get an 11 foot bin at an amazing price. West LA Bins provided me with the invoice, the ability to make a payment, and then gave me a receipt all from the convenience of my cell phone. When the bin was full, they came to empty it and bring me another 11 foot bin in approximately 35 minutes. I will definitely use them again because of their clean bins, fast service, and great prices! read more

Great service, Vanessa was very quick to respond and service was impeccable. Bin was a cheerful pink color and delivered and retrieved promptly. This came at a hard time for my family that was impacted by the LA Fires, and the service that Vanessa provided was just what we needed during this very difficult period. Thank you again for your great service. read more

Used them about 5 months ago and honestly everything went perfect my bin was dropped off in the area requested and I had a whole week to load it and when my week was up I was even given a call to see if I needed it longer or was the next day good for the pick up. From payment to drop off to pick up and everything in between the service was 5 star and I'm writing this review because I am about to use them again. read more

We needed to empty a house that we grew up in, full of old household items. Our dad passed recently. Back in the day, they were considered family coveted goods and treasures. What we found was old items, old wood furniture, dusty, broken, corner piles of projects once started, on the rafters and way back in the garage, no longer usable. I searched Yelp and Vanessa, West LA Bins responded right away. We couldn't be happier. She and her team were professional, responsive, friendly, punctual, on point on everything. Upon arrival, they texted asking exactly where on the driveway we wanted it placed, took a photo and texted it to us. We ended up using two of their dumpsters and still not done In our opinion, they were fabulous and would definitely recommend read more
