I called West LA bins at 6:30p Friday night and they delivered a 3 yd dumpster the next day, Saturday 12:30p within their quoted delivery window (between 11 and 12:30). Their fees were all inclusive which includes delivery and pickup, dumpster rental, dump fees. Such a great value!!! The dumpster was clean and smelled great, which made it easy to work with. The bins team rolled the dumpster to the end of my small driveway. The dumpster was just the right size for my needs, and it was filled to the max level. I was finally able to get rid of things that just were too bulky for my LADWP bins. Scheduled pick up for Sunday and my patio is almost ready for entertaining again. I only wish I called them sooner. I highly recommend West LA Bins! After I saw all of their amazing reviews on yelp, I decided to give them a call. The customer service I received from Vanessa who answered the phone was truly exceptional. She was professional and helpful. She sent me pictures so I knew exactly what type of bin I would need. I was surprised that I was actually able to speak to a person late in the evening. What blew me away was when Vanessa said she could deliver the bin to me that same night! I was able to get an 11 foot bin at an amazing price. West LA Bins provided me with the invoice, the ability to make a payment, and then gave me a receipt all from the convenience of my cell phone. When the bin was full, they came to empty it and bring me another 11 foot bin in approximately 35 minutes.
