Unfortunately my wife and I decided to go with Permalock aluminum shingles, which Best Metal doesn't install. Had we done standing seam, I would have worked with Martin because his bid was more competitive than other established roofers in the area. He was very knowledgeable and open about the entire process -- part of me will regret not working with him. If you're considering a metal roof, definitely consider Best Metal.

From the very beginning, our main contact--George, their representative and project manager--stood out. His quick response time, consistent follow-ups, and commitment to making sure every step of the process was top-notch truly impressed me. George personally came out to measure the areas for the gutters, and the installation was both clean and efficient. Their seamless rain gutters were perfectly aligned and aesthetically pleasing--attention to detail was evident in every step. I highly recommend working with this company. They are honest, reliable, and deliver exceptional customer service. As both a homeowner and a realtor, I deeply value this level of professionalism--it's the same standard I provide for my own clients. Their metal quality was noticeably thicker than the competition, their pricing was very competitive, and the overall workmanship was excellent. They're located in North Hollywood and service various surrounding areas. If you're in need of rain gutters, give them a call and ask for George--you'll be in great hands!

But only LI Metal Systems was the consistent one in terms of communication and follow up. I met with Michael Craven. A nice man older gentleman who is very professional and easy to work with. We setup a date and time to meet. He arrived on time and we discussed what I needed. He then took the time to measure, draw up a sketch of the work, and provided a quote on the spot. It was a no pressure estimate. He left and just said to reach out if I want to proceed. I got another quote from another company, but they were unlicensed. The other 2 were flaky, scheduling an estimate 3 weeks far in advance, and not responsive. I picked LI to the work. Someone called to schedule the install. They were flexible. The tech showed up and he had an official LI Metal Systems truck and uniform. A very pleasant man named Rafael. He reviewed the installation just to verify he has the correct information. He provided a time estimate. Overall, the work is fantastic and it looks really well done. It's seamless and installed properly and neat. I was worried at first because they didn't gave any reviews.
