This chain has some very unique food. the appetizers are more fun then the main dishes. I enjoyed having loaded tater tots in a martini glass, but was disappointed when the ribs were over cooked and dry. read more

We went in and it was kind of cold in there. The service was great. The waitress was on top of things. I ordered soup which was SO SO SO good. I also ordered the cobb salad which was very good. my husband ordered us the sampler appetizer which was just ok in my opinion. But he really liked it. He ate so much of it he could barely eat half of his burger, which he said was really good. read more

Its been just the second time I've been here but it's already my favorite place in Warwick. Last time I ordered the burger with pulled pork and it was awesome. This time the St. Louis rack and was divine! Perfectly cooked and it melts in your mouth. I didn't even had to use my hands cause it was so soft it would slide out of the bones... Just perfect! I got there when it opened so the place was very neat and clean. The waitress also very nice and polite. Just love it read more

I like the burger on the kids menu. Parents thought their food was good too. Our server was good. There was a lot of open tables but an 15 minute wait. read more

If you like barbeque this is the place. I've had the full rack of ribs several times and they are awesome. Great drinks. Fast servers. Great atmosphere. Good place to watch the game. The only issue I have is the cole slaw needs improvement. Fix that and you get 5 stars read more

If you suffer from Hyponatraemia then this is the place for you. The wings, the brisket, everything was just so salty. It's a fun atmosphere, so it would be good to go with friends to just have appetizers and drink some beer. Other than that don't expect much. read more

The food, drinks and service remain top shelf. We always sit at the bar on a weekend and the beer is cold, and the service, especially from Roy, impeccable. We always start out with the wings - smoked, dry rub and consistently Excellent. The pulled pork is great as well. Lots of TV's as well. read more

Came stumbling in here one night about 45 minutes before close while I was visiting family in Rhode Island over Christmas vacation. Took a good friend with me, despite us cutting it close we still had a happy waitress and the food was as good as it was when I was a kid. I love ribs and ever since I was young I've been associating ribs with smokey bones ; so I'm happy to see it is still alive and well! I would recommend it for sure. read more

I Genuinely Like Coming Here with my Fiance' ..Its Always a Great Time and Sports are Always playing on the Television .. The Waiters , Waitresses and Staff are Always Kind and Friendly .. I've Never had an Issue with my Food , Drinks or the Time it Took to Get Served ... I Like the Quality of Their Service and how Prompt they are .. So whether you're out with your Significant other , By Yourself or Hanging with Friends it'll Certainly be a Awesome Time .. I Always Order Buffalo Chicken Tenders (why?) Because when they're made at Smokey Bones , They're the Best .. ! read more

The sliced turkey dish was less appealing than high school cafeteria food. The bread was so hard you couldn't buy into it. The "fried chicken" that topped the salad looked more like a cut up chicken nugget form the freezer section. I wasn't expecting fine dining, just a quick bite, but this was awful. read more

Had the worst meal ever. Ordered full rack of ribs ...over cooked to burnt each side worse then the other. No flavor couldn't get past the burnt taste. Disappointed for sure for a. Bbq place they don't know how to cook ribs. Ohhh well one an done. read more

Poor customer service from the start, first time ordering from here as I recent moved to the area and will not be going back. Ordered the pulled pork meal and boneless wings BOGO. The meal had bread that was extremely soggy and the meat itself was dry and tasteless, coleslaw was also flavorless. The boneless wing orders varied drastically in size. read more

Food was gross over cooked ribs crunchy Mac cheese and all the sauces tasted extremely to sweet the homemade beans tasted like the sauce from ribs boils chicken and my peach Burbon drink hade a tyme stick that over powered the drink never will I ever eat their again 90 dollars down drain left faster than I got their don't eat here trust me read more

I love the smoked wings at the Warwick Ri location . The ribs were good it's hard to mess those up.

Worst experience ever. Ordered an ice tea and sangria. Received a coffee and a margarita. 3 steaks were ordered well done, 2 came rare, 1 medium. One steak was missing the mushroom sauce that came highly recommend by the waitress. Think she would've realized that. One dish was missing broccoli. One chicken sandwich was pink/ raw in the middle. My beef brisket sandwich was far from brisket. More like a burnt, greasy Philly cheesesteak. Everything we ordered was wrong. Not only did the waitress mess everything up, so did the kitchen. Manager seemed aggravated with us when we didn't even complain about how horrible it was. Just asked steak to be cooked. Will never be back ever again. Should've known better when the 2 tables next to us were complaining when we got there. read more

We used to go to this restaurant all the time but lately it has been awful , cold food ,inattentive staff. We had an awful experience and decided to go give it one more shot needless to say it was even worse , we will not be returning and urge others to avoid it !! read more

The service was awful; the food was even worse. They didn't have half of the menu ready to serve. The bathroom wasn't even stocked with toilet paper. What a waste of time! Trash fire all around read more

The food quality is ok but don't order delivery. Aside from the portions being smaller they are not able to deliver what you order.

Went here for lunch with a coworker for some quick food, had Faith as a waitress. Not only was the food amazing but the service was spectacular. Faith was by far one of the most refreshing and attentive waitress myself or my coworker have had in a very long time. read more

Haven't been since the start of covid. Went there Sunday, 6/19/22. What a disappointment. Sat at bar. The bartender didn't know anything about the wines they sold. Ok. Asked for a bones beer. Nope, don't have that anymore. I think it's actually Killian red ale. And the draft choices are few. Ordered 2/3 rack of baby back ribs to split with my Gfriend. We used to go there and split the rib order every few months for years. The size of the rack of ribs was very small. Less than half the size they were before the new ceo, James O'Reilly was installed. I guess he made some drastic changes. The baked potato was also downsized. Before the changes the rib rack was HUGE and it came with a paper bag for trash. Not anymore. I guess the bag is no longer needed since the rib bones are tiny. Several years ago I took my daughter to Applebee's because she asked me to. She ordered the ribs. They were small and lousy. Next time I took her to SB and she was amazed at the difference. Now SB ribs are maybe a bit larger than Applebee's. Nope. No more SB for us. read more

This Smokey Bones is THE WORST! I totes ordered a turkey burg- corn on the side (corn is life ) with some garlic buff sauce. WELL.. I pick up my burg on the fly- had to flash. Get home and O M G. NO CORN. NO SAUCE?! And they charged me?? Boy please. Called back, super rude and offered a $1.75 refund? Did me SO dirty. Ain't NOBODY got time for that. #rantover. read more

The waitress boobs were falling out her shirt. I did not think I was eating at Hooters. Give me a break. The waiter messed up on our ticket 4 times!!!! The food was good but the service OMG. Never again. read more

I can honestly say everything on the menu has always impressed me. From apps to dessert and everything in between, the food is excellent and consistent. Personal favorites are the smoked wings and the hot bag o donuts!. Friendly bartenders make the experience even better. Roy and Jenna are two of the friendliest and most hardworking bartenders you will meet. My wife and I are here A LOT, and highly recommend Smokey Bones of Warwick. read more

Just picked up 2 Brisket dinners. When giving the order advised the order taker that they needed to be gluten free No garlic bread. He said he would note the order for allergies. The mashed potatoes had gravy-nou gluten free. Also for the price the meals were not worth the price. read more

I love coming to Smokey bones just for Amy! She is an outstanding waitress! I love that she is always so bubbly (that's hard to find these days) when I go to a restaurant the waitstaff will determine whether or not I return again. I could love the food somewhere but never go back due to poor service. So with that being said I will continue to return to Smokey bones because of my favorite Amy and of course the food is amazing too!!! read more

HORRIBLE service. Dirty restaurant. Rude servers and an EXTREMELY long weight. After waiting for over 30 minutes for someone to notice us, the food was burnt, sloppy presentation and i kept seeing their employees removing their masks. read more

First time eating here and the last! Saturday evening, about 6:00 and the place was not super busy buy had a steady flow. No rhyme or reason why the bathrooms looked as if they just got a football team trampling through there. You would think someone would be checking on the condition of the bathrooms at the start of a busy Saturday night after all it was not some gas stations' bathroom. Food was very bland ordered the pulled pork sandwich dry, bland, hardly any meat in the sandwich "where's the PORK?" and i have had Chili's pulled pork and it ROCKS! by comparison! Smokey's left a lot to be desired! My Western Chicken Club sandwich was very bland and the bread was all soggy at the bottom. Guess it sat too long waiting to be picked up. Never was even asked if I would prefer any other bread besides the white bread it comes on. (waiters fault) Ordered the Skinny Rita and it was full of Rose's Lime Juice tasted good but that makes it no longer a "Skinny Rita" because the RLJ is a sugar syrup! So much for my calories for this evening! Also we ordered the pretzel bread, $8.49 for an order of 4? You would expect small loaves of bread at that price, well all you get is tiny loaves the thickness of a real carnival pretzel! that was outrageous! i would have never ordered that if I though all we were going to get is basically an $8.00 large pretzel cut into 4 pieces. Even at the Fair it is about $3.00! Never returned any of the food, just the Margaritas twice because they were not the low cal Ritas. Finally a different bar tender made the drink that tasted as it should. (Low calorie Rita.) Our waiter seemed to be a nice guy but his service skills also left a lot to be desired to say the least. He did try to please us but Management needs to train these servers much better. I guess I'm used to the quality of food and service we used to get when we lived in California. That's my problem always trying to find an eatery that can remind me of home, that is nearly an impossible thing to do around these parts. :( Oh well, guess I will have to keep trying to find the right one. Good Luck! read more

We felt neglected by the staff and when they did pay attention to us it seemed like they just wanted us out of there. My burger was over cooked and they forgot the majority of the toppings. our wings were burnt and the loaded nachos had dry pulled pork. Bland coleslaw and the staff brought our meal with no time to enjoy our appetizer, which we didn't enjoy anyways. It just felt like they didn't care about anyone other than the three guys at the bar, the two of us felt like we should have just walked out without paying, and maybe you should just drive by and enjoy Frank Pepes or the Olive Garden next door. read more

Hawaiian ribeye is so so good. Its always made perfect. We went saturday night and only waited 5 minutesbfor a seat. We figured we'd celebrate Valentines Day early. Service was very attentive and we even had the manager come by and ask us how everything was. My husband got the smokes wings but he re ally loved his mapel orange bourbon. Luckily I had a coupon for free dessert. I opted for the donuts, took them to go and enjoyed them at home. Its valentines week had to end this night on a sweet note. read more

When you order a drink they ask if you'd like to make it a double, when you get the check you find out that a single is only 1 oz and a double is 2 oz. industry standard sets a single at 1.5 oz, a double at 3. So they're shortchanging you and charging extra. You have to ask for every single thing; napkins, coaster, wet wipes, water, condiments. The bar staff is friendly but super inattentive. Before I found out about how they're ripping you off on drinks I would have ordered more but I couldn't get any of the three bartenders attention. I finally had to go around to the other side of the bar to pay (where I was asked "where are you sitting?" by the girl who'd been vaguely ignoring our whole side that night). Food was fine. read more

Visited a few weeks ago, the food is amazing but my service from Brittany was better! Her menu knowledge really helped me to decide what I wanted to eat. She sold us on the bone fire for two. It was a little bit of everything! The manager Herman delivered our smoking display of deliciousness. He was a nice guy too! I will definitely be back for an order of ribs which was my favorite from the great recommendation to try it all! Thank you for a wonderful date night! read more

The parking was good, hence the one star rating... I've been there at least 20 times and let's just say I'm a glutton for horrible service. If the fired pickles weren't so good we'd never go back. For the first 8 out of 10 times we went there the orders came out wrong or not at all! Literally sat there once with a party of 6 all the food came out except our friends meal and the waitress didn't notice for 15 minutes. Wings constantly under sauced or completely wrong all together. The last time we went we had a male waiter who came to the table took my friends food away before he was even done eating it and left the check stating " I have a difficult table over there (pointed to it)... You guys all set?" In conclusion fried pickles to die for... Service sucks!!!!!!!! Update 1/3/16 Went back to give them another shot, figured hopefully things should be different and to my surprise they were! Jk. Ordered 16 wings received the wrong flavor and got an eye roll from staff when it was brought to their attention. Garbage! read more

A friend and I had the pleasure of having a server named William Carter at dinner tonight at Smokey Bones in Warwick, Rhode Island. Without a doubt, William is THE most pleasant, competent, efficient, articulate server either of us have had in years. We travel the world and eat out quite often at everything from 5-star to the most casual hamburger restaurants. My friend's order had to be redone because he ordered - what he thought was - the chicken in the menu photo. Unfortunately, the meal that arrived was nothing like the photo of what he thought he ordered. William handled it masterfully. He assured us that it was no problem. He told my friend to begin eating his baked potato and vegetable and he would see that the chicken - my friend thought he ordered - would be prepared as quickly as possible and he would bring it to the table when it was ready. In between tending to his customers, William thoroughly cleaned newly vacated tables, swept the floor with a carpet sweeper - always stopping at our table periodically to see if we needed or wanted anything else. I truly hope this review is seen by the Manager at that particular Smokey Bones in Warwick, RI. William Carter deserves recognition for being the Best of the Best. Smokey Bones is very fortunate to have him as one of their servers. read more

I came to smokey bones for lunch today, and I left very satisfied. I had exceptional customer service, great atmosphere, and the food was spot on delicious. I always tend to sit at the bar when I go to restaurants, and today I had the pleasure of having Jenna behind the bar this afternoon. She was fantastic, and has excellent customer service. Whenever I needed something, it was done in a matter of seconds. My glass was always full, she remembers what you drink, and pays attention to everything that you say. She certainly makes you feel welcomed, and I will definitely be back in the near future. read more

It's Saturday night and came here for the1st time with my gf planning on having a casual BBQ dinner over beer. Not sure if it was the fact that we were in a corner table at the end of the place or that our waitress completely "forgot" us. We got our beer pretty quick which was a plus. I builded my own burger and more than half of it came wrong along with one of my sides that never came after asking 3 times. My gf's dish came with pulled pork with was dry with no sauce on it and then once we got our food it took 20 minutes for someone (the hostess, not waitress) to come ask us if everything was good which it wasn't and at that point they ruined it for us. Manager came over and didn't act like he cared and asked what they could do. While he was speaking to another waitress for 10 minutes 5 feet away trying to figure out what to do and reprimanding our actual waitress right in front of us he came over and said he gave me 50% off on my meal and walked away before I could tell him again I was still waiting on that side. Then another 10 minutes until we got our check. Will we be coming back here? No!!! read more

Save your time and money.... I went there with a friend about six months after they opened, the place was empty. We got seated and our drink order was taken..... Thats where it ends. The server NEVER returned to our table.... we waited 25 mins and ended up leaving. The hostess wished us a "Great day" on our way out. We ended up at The Olive Garden next door. *** My family and I went here about two years ago and found the food to be "ok" at best. Our server was polite and attentive. read more
