I am shocked at the poor customer service I just received. We ordered on Grub Hub Delivery and the food was BURNT TO A CRISP...It was inedible! I rarely complain, but this was HORRIBLE. We waited 1 1/2 hours for delivery on a Thursday night and my husbands ribs were burnt and the steak I ordered medium was burnt with a burnt crust on top like shoe leather and dark all the way through....NOT MEDIUM. Our Cornbread was hard and inedible. The only thing we ordered that was ok was the baked potato. I called the restaurant to complain and got a run around by the "Acting Manager" telling me he could not refund my money or send me a replacement because I had to go through GRUB HUB. WHY????? GRUB HUB did not create the burned mess this restaurant had delivered to us....they were merely the delivery service. So, in order to get a replacement meal I would have to order food through the delivery app? What was going to ensure we received anything edible and I was told I had to order again and ASK GRUB HUB for a refund. I AM MAD! DO NOT waste your time with this business. They do NOT know how to treat their customers....I am surprised they are still in business if this is a common practice. read more

i've ordered from smoky bones plenty of times because their food is really good each time I place the order though I've had to call the store after I place the order to remind them to make sure that my barbecue sauces are added to the bag because they usually forget them this last time that I ordered from there I also ordered a piece of mixed berry cheesecake, which on the app was $13 as you can see in my photos this is not a mixed berry cheesecake. Definitely not worth $13 for dessert no berries only a tiny ramekin of a strawberry sauce , I did complain to Uber. I did write a review on my order. No one seems to care so I thought I would put my review here. Open later than most for a late night dinner option on Sundays. Just off the freeway, it wasn't too hard to find and sounded like the best option around. Upon walking in, I stopped in the ladies' restroom and walked right out. I told the host that the ladies' needed attention - all the stalls were not fit for use. He seemed frustrated and said he'd get someone on it and went to tell someone. Came back and said it would just be a few minutes. He seated us and I figured I would go later. The food was great, the floor show, not so much. Employees bickering at the order window and the bar regular (or off duty employee) that wore a path between a bar stool and the front entrance for a smoke seemed to know every employee on duty and graced us with ode to Camel with each pass. The smoked chicken wings will have me seeking out a Smoky Bones for as long as they keep them on the menu. The Chopped Chicken Salad was just as you would expect, but the chopped just refers to the chicken, the lettuce is not chopped salad. My hubs burger was good. The soups looked awful but tasted better than they looked. Three people ate for $60 and left happy. The waitress was fantastic. Her service and the food will keep us coming back to Smoky Bones - though probably not this location. I attempted the restroom again, after the meal, and it was clear that no one had been in there to clean it up. I wanted to ask someone for a rag and cleaner so I could use it, but opted for the gas station down the street instead. I hope Management can get this place together a little better. Ordered the loaded nachos, morning glory burger, and crispy Buffalo chicken sandwich. While the sandwich and burger were good, the nachos were an embarrassment. They forgot almost all my toppings on my nachos- so I basically got tortillas chips with melted shredded cheese & and a couple diced tomatoes on top which cost me $16.24. What I should have gotten/what was missing for no reason was queso, jalapeños, cilantro, green onion, and sour cream. Visited on a Sunday, place had only a couple tables filled and that always makes me suspicious of a problem. First let me say I used to love this place, it was new and friendly and delicious, but now it's gone downhill in so many ways. First, the place is dirty and in bad need of some remodeling work. Bathrooms were filthy with urine on the floor. Pipes and fixtures by the sink were loose and felt like I could pull them off the wall. Dead flies on the window sills. It's just very run down. Service varied from indifferent to unfriendly and the food was ok, nothing special, just food. Would not recommend nor will I return. read more

3 strikes... This was our 3rd very dissapointing experience with curbside. First bad experience was a 45 minute wait AFTER our pick up time plus forgotten items. 2nd time we ordered traditional wings and got smoked (which we do not like and they were wasted). We called the restaraunt and they promised to refund our order via a mailed gift card which we never got. We finally decided to try one more time with their traditional wings. Went here for my husbands first Father's Day. He used to love the one when it was in north Olmsted. Zoe was our waitress and was wonderful !!! The food was alright. My husband really enjoyed it. I absolutely love this place. It's so nice walking in and seeing and feeling a working fireplace. Psychologically, it draws me in. The place is so big that you rarely see a full house and wonder how it stays afloat. Well I'm here to tell you. I have been going there for decades and can attest to the consistent food quality, service and fair pricing. Most, if not all of the servers, try hard to get the job done. They are very attentive to the flow of service that most customers anticipate. Today, one server stands out above the others: Scott. Scott went the extra mile. I felt like he really cared about my satisfaction and made me feel important. All this was coupled with an amazing slab of ribs and two sides for only $14.99. I also indulged myself with a tall draft for only $2.99! I recommend the broccoli as a side along with a baked potato. I've also had the steak fries and they were good too. When they run the burger special there's no competition that can beat it for most band for your buck. Thinking back, I've only had about two three-star experiences in almost twenty years. So last time I was here was just a regular day. Today was Father's Day, and of course I allot for the crowd. But this is about the kitchen. Our waitress Tiffany was great, attentive and sweet. She also seemed to be trying to make up for the wait from the kitchen being backed up, which wasn't the problem. I ordered the three tacos, my pork belly taco came with ONE piece of pork belly making half a taco. My chicken taco was so crunchy I chipped a tooth. My fiancé had a steak salad that should have been called a jerky salad since the steak was so overdone. My father in law had a half bbq chicken which came to the table cold? Again, this all has nothing to do with Tiffany, whose service I cannot say enough good things about. She was wonderful. But as the partner of a chef I question the kitchen work here. If you can't get your food out the way it's meant to be eaten when you're busy then you shouldn't have it on the menu. If you need to slow down then do, people will wait and if they don't that's their problem not the restaurants. The Brunswick stew is usually full of meat & vegetables so much so that it's practically a meal by itself. The Brunswick stew last night had 2 pieces of pork a couple of tiny peppers & the rest was broth. The flavor was great, but, it was just broth. The ribs were fantastic. I should have gotten a whole slab & skipped the Brunswick stew & sides. The baked potato was a normal baked potato. The corn which used to be my reason for coming here was horrendous. It didn't taste fire roasted or smoked. It tasted like it was seasoned with vinegar & something thick & gelatinous. The waitress replaced it with new sides.
